Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til styring af atmosfæren i et aflukkeligt rum (1) der er mindst delvis fyldt med landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukter, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: - at direkte detektere respiration af landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukterne; og - at justere et oxygenindhold, et carbondioxidindhold og et nitrogenindhold i rummet (1) der er genstand for den detekterede respiration; kendetegnet ved, at: - respirationen registreres periodisk, i hvert tilfælde for en bestemt tid; og - rummet (1) forsegles mod ydre påvirkninger under detektionen af respirationen, hvilket rum (1) har en lækagetæthed på mindre end 0,2 cm2 pr. 100 m3 under detektion af respirationen, hvilket rum (1) bringes til et højere tryk end det omgivende område forud for detektion af respirationen, - et justeringsapparat (5) for oxygenindholdet, carbondioxidindholdet og nitrogenindholdet der er forbundet med rummet (1), slukkes under detektion af respirationen, og - justeringsmidler (10) til temperaturen der er forbundet med rummet (1), slukkes under detektion af respirationen.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at respirationen detekteres i mindst en time ad gangen, fortrinsvis i flere timer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at atmosfæren i rummet (1) sættes i eller holdes i bevægelse under detektion af respirationen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der kan gå dage eller uger mellem successive detekteringer.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at respirationen af landbrugs- eller gartneriproduktet detekteres ved at måle deres oxygenabsorption, måle deres carbondioxidfrigivelse og bestemme forholdet (RQ) deraf, og oxygen indholdet i rummet (1) reduceres, så længe det således bestemte forhold (RQ) forbliver i det væsentlige konstant.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at oxygenindholdet i rummet (1) øges mindst midlertidigt, så snart forholdet (RQ) mellem oxygenabsorption og carbondioxidfrigivelse ændrer sig betydeligt.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved, at en detektion omfatter et antal målinger af oxygenabsorptionen og carbondioxidfrigivelsen.
8. Anlæg (4) til styring af atmosfæren i et aflukkeligt rum (1), der mindst delvist er fyldt med landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukter, hvilket anlæg omfatter: - et justerbart apparat (5) til justering af et oxygenindhold, et carbondioxidindhold og et nitrogenindhold i rummet (1), hvilket justerbare apparat (5) endvidere har midler til at justere et tryk i rummet (1) og midler (10) til at justere en temperatur i rummet (1); - et styresystem (6) der er forbundet med det justerbare apparat (5); og - midler (13, 14) der er forbundet til styresystemet (6) til direkte detektion af respirationen af landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukter; kendetegnet ved, at: styresystemet (6) er konfigureret: - til periodisk at tænde midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen i en bestemt periode ad gangen; - at forsegle rummet (1) mod ydre påvirkninger, når midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen er tændt; - at tænde midlerne til at justere et trykket for at bringe rummet (1) til et højere tryk end det omgivende område, før midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen tændes; og - at slukke for det justerbare apparat (5), når midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen tændes.
9. Anlægget (4) ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at styresystemet (6) er konfigureret til at holde midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen tændt i mindst en time ad gangen, fortrinsvis i flere timer i træk.
10. Anlæg (4) ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved midler (17) til at sætte atmosfæren i rummet (1) i bevægelse, hvor styresystemet (6) er konfigureret til at tænde bevægelsesmidlerne (17), når midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen er tændt.
11. Anlæg (4) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8-10, kendetegnet ved, at styresystemet (6) er konfigureret til at tænde midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen i intervaller på flere dage til flere uger.
12. Anlæg (4) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8-11, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen omfatter mindst en oxygenmåler (13) og mindst en carbondioxidmåler (14), og at styresystemet (6) er konfigureret til at bestemme forholdet (RQ) mellem en målt oxygenabsorption og en målt carbondioxidfrigivelse af landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukter og til at styre juste-ringsapparatet (5) for at reducere oxygenindholdet i rummet (1), så længe det således bestemte forhold (RQ) forbliver i det væsentlige konstant.
13. Anlægget (4) ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at styresystemet (6) er konfigureret til at styre justeringsapparatet (5) for at øge oxygen indholdet i rummet (1) mindst midlertidigt, så snart forholdet (RQ) mellem oxygenabsorption og carbondioxidfrigivelse ændrer sig betydeligt.
14. Anlæg (4) ifølge krav 12 eller 13, kendetegnet ved, at oxygenmåleren (13) og carbondioxidmåleren (14) er konfigureret til at udføre et antal målinger, når midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen er i drift.
15. Aflukkeligt rum (1) til opbevaring af landbrugs- eller gartneriprodukter i en kontrolleret atmosfære som er forsynet med et anlæg (4) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8-14, kendetegnet ved, at rummet (1) er i det væsentlige fuldstændigt lækagetæt, mindst når midlerne (13, 14) til detektion af respirationen er i drift, hvor rummet (1) har en lækagetæthed på mindre end 0,2 cm2 pr. 100 m3, fortrinsvis mindre end 0,15 cm2 pr. 100 m3 og mere fortrinsvis i størrelsesordenen 0,10 cm2 pr. 100 m3.
