Claims (3)
1. Frasschneideinsatz mit einer Ober-, einer Basis- und
einer Seitenfläche, wobei der Schnitt jeder Seitenfläche und der Oberfläche eine Schneidkante bildet, und
Spanflächen, die Teil der Oberfläche sind und jeweils den Schneidkanten zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/? der Einsatz eine im wesentlichen prismatisch rhomboide Form hat mit einem
ersten Paar benachbarter Schneidkanten (10, 11), die sich an einer ersten gemeinsamen Einsatzecke (15) treffen,
einem zweiten Paar benachbarter Schneidkanten (12, 13), die sich an einer zweiten gemeinsamen Einsatzecke (16)
treffen, die diagonal zu der ersten Einsatzecke (15) angeordnet ist, wobei die zu jedem Paar zugehörigen
Schneidkanten (10, 11; 12, 13) und ihre zugeordneten Spanflächen (2a) zur Basisfläche (3) und zu ihrer
gemeinsamen Ecke (15, 16) geneigt sind.
2. Frässchneideinsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daj3 jede Seitenfläche (4, 5, 6) in eine
obere gebogene Frei flankenfläche (4a, 5a, 6a) und eine untere, im wesentlichen ebene Freiflankenfläche (4b, 5b,
6b) geteilt ist.
3. Frässchneideinsatz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 die Spanflächen (2a) gebogen sind und
die Frei- und Radialspanwinkel entlang der Längen der Schneidkanten (10, 11, 12, 13) im wesentlichen
unverändert bleiben.
Frässchneideinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dajB jede Schneidkante (10, 11, 12, 13)
gebogen ist, wobei die Krümmung so bemessen ist, daß jede Scheidkante (10, 11, 12, 13) einen Teil der gebogenen
Seite einer Ebene bildet, die einen Zylinder, der eine Oberfläche einer Umdrehung einer Scheidkante darstellt,
in einem Winkel entsprechend dem axialen Spanwinkel des Einsatzes im Fräswerkzeug schneidet.
