Abstract

一种洗衣机平衡环,它是由上平衡环、下平衡环及其间的加强筋连接固定的一体化结构,并在下平衡环上设置多个与脱水桶相固定螺栓孔,可用注塑工艺一次成型,可广泛用于双桶洗衣机上。

一种洗衣机平衡环
本实用新型涉及一种洗衣机平衡环。
已有双桶洗衣机的平衡环为上下两体的环状结构，以达到所要求的脱水性能。但是这种结构需要开制两套模具，还要先后经过两次熔敷才能完成组装脱水桶部件，并且需要制作两套熔敷胎具，不但耗资费时，往往还会残留对衣物产生磨损的熔敷痕迹。
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上缺点，提供一种结构简单，省工省料的上下一体化的洗衣机平衡环。
本实用新型的技术方案是采用一体化结构的上下平衡环，凭借注塑工艺一次成型而抛弃了熔敷设备，将平衡环和脱水桶以螺栓连接。
下面结合附图给出本实用新型的具体实施例。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
本实用新型是由上平衡环3、下平衡环4及其间连接结构1组成，其特征是上平衡环3、下平衡环4与其间的连接结构1的加强筋成一体，以塑料工艺一次成型即可，且在下平衡环4侧周设置多个与脱水桶相固定的螺栓孔2。
本实用新型结构简单合理，大量节约人力物力，适合工业化生产，可广泛用于双桶洗衣机上。

Claims (1)

1、一种洗衣机平衡环，它是由上平衡环(3)、下平衡环(4)及其间连接结构(1)组成，其特征是上平衡环(3)、下平衡环(4)与其间的连接结构(1)的加强筋成一体，且在下平衡环(4)侧周设置多个与脱水桶相固定的螺栓孔(2)。
