Abstract
本发明为一种超细改性氢氧化铝的制备方法。由在旋转床超重力条件下的碳分分解和改性处理两道步骤组成,本发明的碳分分解反应在旋转床的多孔填料层中进行,极大地强化了反应的传质及微观混合过程,随后的改性处理过程使得到的氢氧化铝凝胶(沉淀或/和干粉)进一步转化。可实现对氢氧化铝改性晶粒大小的控制、粒度分布均匀、反应时间短,尤其是改性处理过程大大提高了其失重温度,失重率,极大地扩大了氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂等的使用范围。得到的改性氢氧化铝颗粒平均粒径可在50nm到几个微米间变化并可控,粒径分布均匀,颗粒纳米化,可提高聚合物的力学性能。本发明的方法易于工业化,可大幅度地提高生产效率及产品品位。
