Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的药物组合物，特别是涉及一种以植物中草药为原料制成的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中成药一妇炎胶囊。
二、背景技术
慢性盆腔炎，包括子宫内膜炎、附件炎及盆腔结缔组织炎，是妇料常见病、多发病，也是疑难病症之一，椐统计约占成年妇女的60％以上。由于急性盆腔炎治疗不及时、不彻底，或患者体质较差，或轻型亚急性病变不被重视迁延或演变而成。现代医学认为，由于患者发病前存在自身代谢水平低下，抗病能力明显减退，当遇需氧菌或厌氧菌感染，使炎症向宫体、宫旁扩散，进而引起附件及盆腔结缔组织的炎症，必然存在局部病变产生粘连、萎缩、纤维化等病理改变。在治疗方面，西医采用抗生素有一定效果，但长期应用不仅直接降低抗感染疗效，也可导致细菌耐药，还可出现不良反应及加重病人的经济负担。
本病隶属于祖国医学“带下病”、“腹痛”、“癥瘕”、“月经不调”和“不孕”等范畴。一般认为，多由于湿热之邪伤及任脉而发病，《素问骨空论》就曾指出：“任脉为病，女子带下积聚”。历代医家对此病一直未间断研究，传统方剂有易黄汤、二黄三白散等，新近学者有的用自拟方剂(包括汤剂、中成药)，也有的用中药湿敷、中药灌肠、理疗等方法治疗，这些方法疗效均不很确切，容易复发，有的还比较麻烦，病人难以坚持应用，不能广泛地在临床推广应用。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的就是能够克服上述不足，而提供一种疗效好、不易复发、无毒副作用、价格低廉、便于应用和携带的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中成药一妇炎胶囊。
本发明采取的技术方案是根据临床上最常见的“湿热血瘀”证，采用清热化湿、活血化瘀治疗，可谓药证相符，切中肯綮。现代中药药理研究已证明，清热化湿类药可降低毛细血管通透性，减少渗出，加速炎症吸收，预防结缔组织进一步增生，活血化瘀药可改变血流量，促进增生性病变的软化和吸收。
治疗慢性盆腔炎的中成药妇炎胶囊的药物组成是：所用药材重量比例为金银花15～18g、连翘12～15g、土茯苓15～30g、黄柏12～15g、败酱草15～30g、红藤12～15g、白花蛇舌草15～30g、椿根皮15～30g、萆15～30g、赤芍12～15g、桃仁12～15g、莪术10～12g、丹参12～30g。
本发明妇炎胶囊的最佳重量(克)配比是：金银花15g、连翘12g、土茯苓15 g、黄柏12g、败酱草15g、红藤12g、白花蛇舌草15g、椿根皮15g、萆15g、赤芍12g、桃仁12g、莪术10g、丹参12g。
将上述各组分制成本发明妇炎胶囊的制备方法为：取以上十三味药加水浸没煎煮2小时，过滤，滤渣重复煎煮2次，合并滤液，浓缩成稠膏，烘干，粉碎成细粉装入胶囊备用。
规格：0.4g×60粒/瓶。
用法用量：每次6～8粒，每日3次，饭前口服或遵医嘱。
四、有益效果
本发明具有较好的抑制炎症和减轻炎症后遗证的作用，在治疗慢性盆腔炎的过程中，有着优良的治疗效果。主治女性生殖器官炎症，主要用于慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎、附件炎及结缔组织炎等。

五、实施例
本发明妇炎胶囊按下述配比称取原料(千克)，各种药材的取量为：金银花15g、连翘12g、土茯苓15g、黄柏12g、败酱草15g、红藤12g、白花蛇舌草15g、椿根皮15g、萆15g、赤芍12g、桃仁12g、莪术10g、丹参12g。制备方法为：取以上十三味药加水浸没煎煮2小时，过滤，滤渣重复煎煮2次，合并滤液，浓缩成稠膏，烘干，粉碎成细粉装入胶囊备用。通过筛选合格的病例随机分配到治疗组(A)或对照组(B)，治疗组共100例，对照组共50例。治疗组服用妇炎胶囊，每日3次，每次6～8粒；对照组服用妇乐冲剂，每日2次，每次9g。两药均服一个月为疗程，并在服药前后进行疗效性及安全性检测的检查，经临床观察，治疗组总有效率为93.75％，对照组总有效率为75.84％，治疗组明显高于对照组，证实了该药疗效显著，无不良反应。实验结果证明本发明具有较好的抑制炎症、减轻炎症后遗症和明显止痛的作用，动物急性毒性实验观察口服安全。疗效显著，无毒副作用；实用性强，价格低廉，药源广，服用安全携带方便，为慢性盆腔炎的治疗提供了一条新的途径。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中成药一妇炎胶囊，其特征在于是由十三味药材组成，其所用药材重量比例为金银花15～18g、连翘12～15g、土茯苓15～30g、黄柏12～15g、败酱草15～30g、红藤12～15g、白花蛇舌草15～30g、椿根皮15～30g、萆15～30g、赤芍12～15g、桃仁12～15g、莪术10～12g、丹参12～30g。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中成药一妇炎胶囊，其中各原料的重量配比是金银花15g、连翘12g、土茯苓15g、黄柏12g、败酱草15g、红藤12g、白花蛇舌草15g、椿根皮15g、萆15g、赤芍12g、桃仁12g、莪术10g、丹参12g。
