高含量白藜芦醇酒生产工艺,属于酒类生产工艺技术领域。由于白藜芦醇在葡萄中是一种对真菌感染或伤害做出反应而产生的次生代谢物,受气候、产地、感染程度、产量、加工工艺等各方面条件的制约,所以,在葡萄酒中的含量很不均衡,而其他酒类不含白藜芦醇。本发明的技术方案为:将白藜芦醇加入酒精液中,待充分溶解后,再加入一定量酒充分混合均匀,然后再将此酒加入酒罐中,搅拌混合均匀后,制得高含量白藜芦醇酒。它的优点是:工艺简单,成本低,社会效益巨大,对常喝酒的人来说,可以大大减少心脑血管病的发病几率,提高葡萄酒的白藜芦醇含量和使白酒啤酒含有白藜芦醇,提高了酒的档次。

技术领域:本发明涉及酒类生产工艺技术领域,更具体的讲是高含量白藜芦醇酒生产工艺。
背景技术:由于白藜芦醇在葡萄中是一种对真菌感染或伤害做出反应而产生的次生代谢物,受气候、产地、感染程度、产量、加工工艺等各方面条件的制约,所以,在葡萄酒中的含量很不均衡,自然条件下,难以使其含量达到一致,其含量也较少,一般白葡萄酒中含量在0.2mg/L,红葡萄酒为0.3-2.1mg/L,而其他酒类不含白藜芦醇。现有工艺生产的酒类,难以提高和含有白藜芦醇含量,如要达到人们期待的每日2-10mg的白藜芦醇最佳食用量,像啤酒和葡萄酒就要摄入大量的酒精,而较大量的酒精对人的肝脏和神经是没有益处的。
发明内容:为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的是发明一种高含量白藜芦醇酒生产工艺。它的技术方案为:将白藜芦醇加入酒精液中,待充分溶解后,再加入一定量酒充分混合均匀,然后再将此酒加入酒罐中,搅拌混合均匀后,制得高含量白藜芦醇酒。该发明的优点是:工艺简单,可充分利用原有生产设备和仪器,成本降低,社会效益巨大,对常喝酒的人来说,可以大大减少心脑血管病的发病几率,提高葡萄酒的白藜芦醇含量和使白酒啤酒含有白藜芦醇,提高了酒的档次,食用同等量的白藜芦醇,对葡萄酒来讲减少了90%的酒精摄入量,增强人们的健康水平、增强抗病能力。
具体实施方式:一吨高含量白藜芦醇酒类生产实例:
按每升葡萄酒白藜芦醇含量增加10mg计算,需准备白藜芦醇10克,葡萄酒1000kg,取葡萄酒适量,低温蒸馏得70%v/v以上葡萄酒精液50mL,将10g白藜芦醇加入上述葡萄酒精液中,待充分溶解后,加入1000mL葡萄酒中,充分均匀后,然后将此酒加入一吨葡萄酒中,搅拌混合均匀,制得高含量白藜芦醇葡萄酒。
按每升白酒白藜芦醇含量增加10mg计算,需准备白藜芦醇10克,白酒1000kg,将10g白藜芦醇加入白酒50mL中,待充分溶解后,加入1000mL白酒中,充分均匀后,然后将此酒加入一吨白酒中,搅拌混合均匀,制得高含量白藜芦醇白酒。
按每升啤酒白藜芦醇含量增加10mg计算,需准备白藜芦醇10克,啤酒1000kg,将10kg白藜芦醇加入啤酒50mL中,待充分溶解后,加入1000mL啤酒中,充分均匀后,然后将此酒加入一吨啤酒中,搅拌混合均匀,制得高含量白藜芦醇啤酒。

1、高含量白藜芦醇酒生产工艺,其特征是:将白藜芦醇加入酒精液中,待充分溶解后,再加入一定量酒充分混合均匀,然后再将此酒加入酒罐中,搅拌混合均匀后,制得高含量白藜芦醇酒。
