Abstract

Description

具有表面结构体的吸湿性物品
本发明涉及一次性使用尿布、尿失禁(患者)用衬垫、生理用卫生巾等的吸湿性物品，特别是关于具有对身体有优良的贴紧性的表面结构体的吸湿性物品。
现有的一次性使用尿布、尿失禁用衬垫、生理用卫生巾等的吸湿性物品，一般具有向着受液侧的透液性顶层、设在外侧的不透液性背层、夹于上述两层间的由浆料与高吸湿性聚合物等构成的吸湿性芯。
在这些吸湿性物品中，接触裆下部时能很好贴紧泌尿器及其周边的，不使尿、经血等排泄液横漏的构造得到了大量的研究。例如，实用的有：在吸湿性芯的受液侧设置由亲水性纤维层构成的比较膨松的衬垫层，或在吸湿性芯的受液侧重叠以比该吸湿性芯还小的吸湿性材料层、在该吸湿性材料层的上面重叠以前述衬垫层等。其他，则以防止横漏的闭合体设于吸湿芯的两侧。
但是，前述设置衬垫层的吸湿性物品，未必能准确适应不同人裆下部的形状差别。特别是，对于老人看护用一次性使用尿布或尿失禁(患者)用衬垫等，不能准确贴紧裆下部的情况是很多的。这里，对于老人来说，与婴儿相比，裆下宽度、裆下部、腹部或臀部的肥胖、以及皮肤的下垂、皱褶等其差别是很大的。如吸湿性物品不能贴紧于裆下，排泄液即容易流动到皮肤，漏到吸湿性物品外，弄脏衣服与寝具。这个问题，对于一次排尿量比婴儿格外多的老人来说，尤为突出。另外，在裆下穿着不合适的吸湿性物品情况下，在吸湿性物品的受液侧产生不规则皱褶，排泄液更难以吸收。
对于这一点，在吸湿芯两侧设置防止横漏的闭合体，吸湿性芯相应于闭合体、形成与裆下部相适应地弯曲的吸湿性物品。但是，即使在这种场合，由于吸湿性芯自身不能弯曲，吸湿性芯难以贴紧裆下部，吸湿性芯与裆下部间产生间隙。其结果，大量的排泄液横向流出，防止横漏的闭合体也不能根本上防止漏流。
本发明是为解决上述现有课题而提出的，其目的在于提供一种吸湿性物品，其受液侧设置的表面结构体能相应于裆间、泌尿器、腹腿部的形状而容易地贴紧。
本发明的再一目的在于，提供一种吸湿性物品，它形成有容易贴紧穿着者裆下部的弯曲形状，使排泄液不易产生横漏。
本发明的吸湿性物品由叠层体形成，这种叠层体具有位于受液侧、有着透液性表面层的表面结构体，背面层，夹于表面结构体与背面层间的吸湿性芯。其特征在于，设定与吸湿性物品长度方向正交的方向为横向，在前述横向的至少中央部，由前述表面层沿前述横向交互形成沿前述长度方向延伸的凹部与凸部；在前述凸部，至少在其顶部或其顶部附近，沿前述长度方向赋予其弹性收缩功能，使表面结构体成弯曲形状。
由于在本发明的吸湿性物品的表面结构体中，构成表面结构体的表面层可沿长度方向弹性收缩，表面结构体向长度方向收缩的结果使整体弯曲，受液侧沿着裆下部、腹部、背部容易贴紧。从而，排泄液迅速为吸湿性物品所吸收、不易产生泄漏。前述弹性收缩功能，可由在前述表面层凸部的顶部安装沿长度方向延伸的弹性构件来实现。
另外，本发明的吸湿性物品的前述表面结构体中，由表面层形成了沿长度方向延伸的、相互平行成列的许多凸部。由于凸部对上下左右的压力保持自由度，表面结构体在弯曲状态，表面结构体象填埋泌尿器、裆下间腹腿部的间隙那样较多地接触身体。因此，排泄液不会横流过间隙，进一步减少漏流。
前述表面结构体，最好另有位于前述表面层与吸湿性芯间的透液性支承层，前述表面层与前述支承层拉开间隔接合，形成前述凹部。
另外，最好在前述凸部内，设置夹于前述表面层与前述支承层间的衬垫层。
另外，最好是在横向中心附近的凸部的高度，与其两侧区域的凸部高度不同。

吸湿性物品1，如图1与图2所示，在吸湿芯2的背面侧的背面层(バックシ-ト)3与作为受液侧的表面侧的表面结构体4相重叠。表面结构体4具有表面层5与支承层6，在不存在吸湿性芯2的周边区域A，表面层5和支承层6与前述背面层3以热熔剂(ホットメルト)等粘结剂相粘结。另外，在表面层5和支承层6与背面层3含有熔融胶合性纤维的情况下，在前述周边区域A将各层熔融胶合也可以。或者，也可以在前述周边区域A将支承层6与背面层3相接合，表面层5的端部在前述周边区域A内侧接合于支承层6。
吸湿性芯2，由粉碎浆料或粉碎浆料与高吸湿性聚合物(SAP)的混合物包以薄纱等的吸湿性层来构成。背面层3是不透液性的，例如由聚烯烃(ォレフィン)系树脂层等形成。另外，在吸湿性物品1作为一次性使用尿布或生理用卫生巾使用时，背面层3最好是通气性的。但，为着使过量的排泄液向装于吸湿性物品更外侧的外部安装体透过并吸收，也可以将本发明的吸湿性物品1的背面层3做成透液性的。
构成表面结构体4的前述表面层5与支承层6，比如可以由疏水性纤维经亲水处理或亲水性纤维形成，如点粘结型、通气型(ェァ-スル-)纺粘型、射流喷网成布型等不织布。或者也可以是具有许多开口的聚乙烯(PE)等的树脂膜。
表面层5沿横向拉开间距7P与支承层6相接合。以符号7a表示该接合部。由于形成了前述接合部7a，表面层5上形成了凹部，在接合部7a与接合部7a之间，在表面层5上形成了凸部(向穿着者一侧立起膨胀)8。许多凸部8与凹部7沿长度方向(Y向)延伸，形成了相互平行的许多列。形成凹部7的表面层5与支承层6的接合，是由热熔粘接剂等的粘结剂粘结。或在表面层5与支承层6含有熔融胶合性纤维的情况下，表面层5与支承层6由熔融胶合接合起来。
前述接合部7a沿长度方向成连续线形成也可以，也可以使接合部7a沿长度方向间隔形成。例如，在支承层6的表面上将热熔型粘结剂涂成螺旋状，如在其上面接合表面层5，前述接合部7a即在长度方向间断形成。由于接合部7a间隔形成，进入凹部7的尿等排泄物即可较容易地从凹部7的底部透向吸湿性芯2。
在前述凸部8的顶部8t处，沿长度方向配置着弹性构件10。弹性构件10粘结于表面层5内侧，即粘结于表面层5的吸湿性芯2一侧的面。这时，弹性构件10在拉伸状态沿长度方向粘结于顶部8t，粘结之后，如图3所示，由该弹性构件10的弹性收缩功能，表面层5在顶部8t处沿长度方向收缩。其结果是，吸湿性芯也沿长度方向弯曲。
弹性构件10，只要是具有弹性的材料什么都可以，例如，可使用天然橡胶、合成橡胶、伸缩性不织布等。且，也可以以伸缩性不织布形成整个表面层5，使整个表面层5沿长度方向具有弹性收缩功能。这种情况下，不需在表面层5上装弹性构件10，由于构造简单，制造也容易。
由表面层5形成的凸部8的高度，即从支承层6的表面到凸部8的顶部8t的凸部高度尺寸8h(参照图2)，最好是5～50mm。设定这样的高度，是针对每个人不同的老人等的身体凹凸形状，使吸湿性物品的受液侧能无间隙地贴紧于穿着者的裆部。更好一点，尺寸8h为10～30mm。
另外，在表面结构体4中，如图1、图2所示，可以在前述凸部8的内部，即表面层5与支承层6间，设置由亲水性材料构成的衬垫层9。如设置了衬垫层9，由于凸部8的弹性增高，并可保形，表面结构体对裆部的贴紧性增高。但，也可以不设置该衬垫层9，表面层5与支承层6间形成空隙。
形成衬垫层9的亲水性材料，可使用各种材料。例如，聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚酯、聚酯与聚乙烯的复合纤维等的疏水性纤维经亲水处理而成纤维的长纤维(纤维束)，粘胶丝等的亲水性纤维的长纤维，或者在窄宽度薄膜或短栅状纤维上具亲水性或进行亲水处理的材料。或是以进行了亲水处理的纤维形成的通气性(ェァ-スル-)不织布等的膨松低密度的不织布，或者是开松比较短的纤维(亲水性纤维或经亲水处理的纤维)形成的网状物。该衬垫层9，最好是膨松容易透液，而且加压后容易弹性回复。衬垫层9的密度最好小于0.4g/cm3；而形成衬垫层9的纤维的细度最好在1旦尼尔以上。
图4是示出了本发明第二实施例的吸湿性物品1B的立体图。在这种吸湿性物品1B中，凸部8的高度各不相同。在图4所示的例子中，宽度方向的中央附近的凸部8a高；位于其两侧的凸部8b低。做成这样，是为由凸部8a的高度不同，使其对裆下部与泌尿器的贴紧性更高。这种场合，比如最好为：凸部8a的高度25mm，而凸部8b的高度为15mm。另外，作为本实施例的变形，从位于中央部的凸部8c、8c，向位于两侧的凸部8d、8d，也可以是其高度逐渐变低。

由图1～图6所示吸湿性物品构成的一次性使用尿布，由接触穿用者裆下部的中间部21、接触其腹部侧的前部22、接触其臀部侧的后部23连续形成。
在图7中示出的一次性使用尿布中，背面层3与支承层6成砂漏形状，同时吸湿性芯也成砂漏形状。这些砂漏形的横向宽度短的部分成了前述中间部21。另外，在砂漏形一次性使用尿布中，在不存在吸湿性芯2的周边区域A，支承层6与背面层3相接合。
图7所示的一次性使用尿布中，图1与图2所示的表面层5，仅设在受液侧宽度方向中央区域，在该表面层5上形成了凸部8与凹部7。且在这种场合也是，表面层5与支承层6间也可以设衬垫层9；也可以不设衬垫层9。
前述多条凸部8成从一次性使用尿布的前部22、经过中间部21、延伸到后部23的长方形。在横向，以中心线30为界，设于两侧部区域31、31。在图7所示的一次性使用尿布也是，在表面层5的凸部8的顶部8t设弹性构件10，由其弹性收缩力，使整个一次性使用尿布弯曲。
弹性构件10在沿凸部8的长度方向的全长上设置可以；弹性构件10仅在中间部21上设置也可以。另外，不在所有凸部8上设置弹性构件10，仅在其中某个凸部8上设弹性构件10也可以。
在本发明中，为将表面结构体的弯曲程度做成最适宜的程度，最好是沿吸湿性物品1的长度方向的全长尺寸L1的至少10％以上的长度上设置弹性构件10。但是，也不限于弹性构件10连续沿10％以上的长度上设置，也可以部分的、比如占全长尺寸L1的5％以上的长度的弹性构件于2处设置。另外，需要弯曲的部分因使用对象而异，比如，婴儿或幼儿用，沿圆形腹部与臀部前部22与后部23最好都要弯曲；如是老人用，前部22也可不使其弯曲，这样对弯曲作适当调整。
另外，表面结构体4的凸部8，如图7所示，在其两端部8e、8e上覆盖以罩层11、11也可以。罩层11比形成凸部8部分的横向宽度大一圈，以开口部向着中间部21方向的コ字形接合部11b接合于支承层6，最好是在中间部21一侧不接合，使罩层11形成口袋形。
在排泄液沿着凸部8移动的情况下，排泄液向着吸湿性物品1的前部22或后部23移动，再进一步向吸湿性物品1的端部1e、1e移动，但如果设了罩层11，其口袋封住了向长度方向的流动，排泄液不会从凸部8的端部8e漏出。另外，罩层11由于盖着了膨松部8的两端部8e，也具有美观效果。该罩层11，最好是疏水性层，比如每付20g/m2以上的纺粘型不织布、点粘结型不织布、叠层聚乙烯不织物、薄膜等。
图8是本发明吸湿性物品一具体例、表示失禁患者或老人用吸尿衬垫的立体图，图9是图8的横剖面图，图10是其长度方向剖面图。图8所示吸尿衬垫，作为女性用也适用，可重叠于一次性使用尿布或贴身衣物等的外装体的内侧使用。
这种吸尿衬垫，如图9所示，由背面层3与表面结构体4、以及夹于它们中间的吸湿性芯2构成。吸湿性芯2由薄纱2a包裹粉碎浆料与高吸湿性聚合物(SAP)的混合物而成。
以表面结构体4的表面层5形成的许多凸部8，如图8与图10所示，沿长度方向，沿吸尿衬垫的大致全长延伸，其两端部由罩层11、11覆盖。而后，罩层11、支承层6与背层3，在不存在吸湿性芯2的周边区域A相互接合。且与图7所示吸湿性物品一样，罩层11形成口袋形。
该吸尿衬垫，由设在凸部8的弹性构件10像图10所示那样使其全体弯曲，贴于穿着者下裆部。因而，在凸部8的表面形成许多皱折。
另外，在凸部8的横向两侧部，形成了防止横漏用的立体闭合体16、16。由于设置立体闭合体16、16，可进一步防止排泄液的横漏。该立体闭合体16、16，是以不透液性带状层形成，在该带状层的侧缘设置弹性构件17、17，而其相对一侧的侧缘则接合于支承层6的上面。这样，在吸湿性物品1E上形成了向穿着者方向立起的立体闭合体16、16。而且，立体闭合体16、16的长度方向的两端部和凸部8的端部一样，由于罩层11、11而不出现在表面。
本发明的吸湿性物品不仅是一次性使用尿布或尿失禁者的衬垫，也可构成生理卫生巾等。这时，吸湿性物品的整体形状可根据用途作种种变更，如其平面形状也可为长方形。
在上述本发明的吸湿性物品中，由于表面结构体沿裆下部贴紧，故可防漏。进而，具有凸部的本发明的吸湿性物品，由于可相应于各人裆下部的差别而自由变形，很容易贴紧穿着者皮肤，故可进一步防漏。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸湿性物品，它由叠层体所形成，该叠层体包括：具有位于受液侧的透液性表面层的表面结构体、表面层、以及夹于表面结构体与背面层间的吸湿性芯；其特征在于，
在将与吸湿性物品的长度方向相垂直的方向定为横向时，在前述横向的至少中央部，由前述表面层在前述横向交互形成沿前述长度方向延伸的凹部与凸部，在前述凸部，至少在其顶部或顶部近旁，沿长度方向赋予其弹性收缩功能，使表面结构体成弯曲形状。
2.权利要求1所述的吸湿性物品，其特征在于，通过在前述表面层凸部的顶部设置沿长度方向延伸的弹性构件，以此赋予其前述弹性收缩功能。
3.权利要求1或2所述的吸湿性物品，其特征在于，前述表面结构体具有位于前述表面层与吸湿性芯间的透液性支承层，前述表面层与前述支承层在横向间隔地接合，形成前述凹部。
4.权利要求3所述的吸湿性物品，其特征在于，在前述凸部内，设有夹于前述表面层与支承层之间的衬垫层。
5.权利要求1～4中任一项所述的吸湿性物品，其特征在于，横向中心附近的前述凸部的高度与其两侧区域中的前述凸部的高度不同。
