背景技术

发明内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种既无需热熔胶，也无需拉伸无纺布，便能将无纺布在弹性透气膜拉伸状态下复合在其上，且在弹性透气膜回弹复位后形成弧形贴面的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面及成型方法。
设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在结构设计上：1、弹性膜的膜面有很多透气孔的设计，是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于：由于本发明所述弹性透气膜是在拉伸的状态下与无纺布面无胶（无热熔胶）复合，即弹性膜的膜面是在拉伸状态下与无纺布直接热压复合，不会发生热熔胶堵塞弹性膜面透气孔的现象。其次，弹性透气膜的好处在于：一是它不仅能够使本不透气的弹性膜变成透气膜，而且能使布满透气孔的弹性膜的拉伸率增大---弹性好，有效地提高了弹性透气膜的伸缩率；二是采用本发明的弹性透气膜，它能够它取代目前卫生巾贴面采用橡筋制作所带来的制造设备复杂、制作工艺复杂、成本高，效率低，以及采用胶粘剂定位橡筋所导致的卫生巾弹力下降、透气性差、舒适性差的缺陷。2、带有很多透气孔的弹性膜在拉伸状态下与无纺布热压复合的设计，是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于：由于无纺布具有良好阻水性，但弹性非常小，基本上可以忽略不计。本发明将弹性膜在拉伸的状态下与无纺布热压复合后回弹形成弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，该弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面所构成的卫生巾在女性使用时，即形成窝形状结构，该窝形状结构既有效地减少了卫生巾面与女性阴部的接触面积---仅仅是窝状卫生巾贴面四周与女性阴部接触，也解决了经液收集、导流与吸收问题。3、弹性膜中透气孔成形的负压吸口沿呈凸台口结构的设计，是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于：弹性膜面在由负压抽气打孔的过程中，其弹性膜面中的负压抽吸孔（负压出气一端）的孔口沿呈凸台口，该凸台台就犹如布在弹性膜面多个孔形支撑，该由于孔形支撑的孔口部高于膜面，因此当其与卫生巾吸收芯层接触时，使得吸收芯层面与弹性膜面的凸台口呈多个口状点结合，使吸收芯层面与弹性膜之间形成多路且路路相通的中空多点支撑，不仅透气性极佳，而且开创了中空多点支撑的先例。

Claims (8)

1.一种弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：弹性膜（2）在拉伸状态下与无纺布（1）热压复合后，弹性膜回弹复位迫使无纺布形成折绉凹弧形卫生巾贴面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜，或弹性透气膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性打孔透气膜的膜面透气孔为锥形孔（3）。
4.根据权利要求2所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性打孔透气膜（2）中透气孔采用负压抽吸打孔且孔口沿（4）高出膜面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性透气膜是由有机成份与无机成份构成的弹性膜在拉伸状态下形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性打孔透气膜的拉伸率在50%-500%之间且包括端值。
7.一种弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面的成型方法，其特征是：弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜（2）或弹性透气膜，或弹性膜通过膜打孔辊组打孔构成弹性打孔透气膜，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下与无纺布（1）热压复合后，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹迫使无纺布（1）随弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹形成弹性弧形透气折绉式复合无纺布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的弹性弧形透气折绉式卫生巾贴面，其特征是：所述弹性透气膜是由有机成份与无机成份构成的弹性膜在拉伸状态下形成。
