本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物及其制备方法和应用;本申请公开了一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,包括以下重量百分比的原料:成膜剂10‑25%、纳米粒子0.1‑1.5%、极压剂1‑5%、无机盐3‑7%、防锈剂1‑5%、表面活性剂5‑10%、溶剂1‑5%、余量为水。本申请得到的含硅润滑组合物,含有硅聚合物而不含磷,可以实现磷皂化一体的需求且具有良好的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
磷化是常用的耐腐蚀性的方法,采用磷化的方法可以较好在线材表面生成一层膜层,磷化后再经过一层皂化,生成的磷皂化膜层可以减少后续加工模具的损耗以及避免线材的刮伤,目前应用最为广泛,但因为磷皂化是两步工艺,且磷化为酸性,皂化为碱性,因此磷化后还需要至少一个水洗槽,工艺长,磷皂化时间长。
拉丝工艺是一种金属加工工艺,在压力作用下使金属强行通过模具,金属截面积被压缩,并获得所要求的截面积形状和尺寸的技术加工方法。影响线材拉伸的因素主要有线材的抗拉强度、变形程度,线材与磨孔间的摩擦系数,线模模孔尺寸,线模位置等。目前,在不锈钢线材拉伸工艺中,通常采用拉丝油进行加工,由于不锈钢线材拉伸过程中,会在线材表面产生较多的油渍或杂质,采用单一的拉丝油,无法保证拉伸后的线材表面的油渍或杂质完全清除;而且拉丝润滑剂有多种,使用性能相差很大,有的拉丝润滑剂在使用中会变黑、变质、发臭。
而专利CN2016100696746,公开了一种无磷无铬的耐腐蚀金属表面处理剂,其原料包括纳米二氧化锆分散液、丙酰胺、氟化氢胺、聚乙烯醇、丙二醇、硅氧烷、醋酸、茶皂素、柠檬酸钠、海藻酸钠、氢氧化钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、助膜剂、亚麻油和助剂,通过以纳米二氧化锆分散液作为本发明金属表面处理剂的主料,然后添加丙酰胺、氟化氢胺、聚乙烯醇、丙二醇、硅氧烷、醋酸、茶皂素、柠檬酸钠、海藻酸钠、氢氧化钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、助膜剂、亚麻油和助剂作为该申请所述金属表面处理剂的辅助添加料,进一步提高了该申请所述金属表面处理剂的耐腐蚀和耐磨性能,该申请所述金属表面处理剂不含有磷和铬元素,对环境不污染,金属表面处理效果好,效率高,成本低。虽然其金属表面处理剂不含有磷和铬元素,但是在具体实施方式中,没有给出具体的耐腐蚀性能测试结果,该结果未经过验证,而且通过市面上常见的进行磷皂化一体的处理液,线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试,耐硫酸铜滴定时间比较短,通常小于50s,而在进行拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀小于45天,因此当前进行磷皂化一体的处理液,耐腐蚀时间短,拉拔变形量低,有较大的局限性。因此对于这种情况,专门开发一款耐腐蚀性强的磷化皂一体液。
鉴于此问题,本发明开发一款可以实现磷皂化一体的需求,且具有耐腐蚀性强和润滑性好的润滑组合物及其制备方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本申请的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物及其制备方法和应用,所述含硅润滑组合物,可以实现磷皂化一体的需求且具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
本申请的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
本申请的第一目的是为了提供,一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
成膜剂10-25%、纳米粒子0.1-1.5%、极压剂1-5%、无机盐3-7%、防锈剂1-5%、表面活性剂5-10%、溶剂1-5%、余量为水。
作为优选的方案,所述成膜剂为聚硅氧烷聚合物或聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂中的一种或两种。
具体的,在本申请中常用的聚硅氧烷聚合物为聚二甲基硅氧烷。聚二甲基硅氧烷,其拥有较低的表面能和铺展系数,聚二甲基硅氧烷可在金属盐类(无机盐)催化剂作用下,低温可交联成膜,在各种物质表面(例如金属线材)形成防水膜;本申请的聚二甲基硅氧烷粘度为500-700CP,聚二甲基硅氧烷粘度太高,不易乳化,聚二甲基硅氧烷粘度太低,润滑性不好;而聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂作为成膜剂,聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的酰胺键可以有较好的线材吸附性,其CAS号68987-79-1,具体分子量选用500-600。
作为优选的方案,所述纳米粒子为氧化铝、氮化硼、磷化锆中的任一种或者任几种;所述纳米粒子的粒径30-60nm。
具体的,在本申请中,纳米粒子可以在溶液中混合起来,起到很好的支撑作用,能够降低线材表面拉拔的摩擦力;纳米粒子的粒径低于30nm,则含硅润滑组合物吸附线材能力较弱,纳米粒子的高于60nm,纳米粒子不易混合在含硅润滑组合物中,造成含硅润滑组合物在静止过程中容易发生沉淀。
作为优选的方案,所述极压剂为磷酸酯、氯化石蜡、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种或多种。
具体的,在本申请中,极压剂主要是在拉拔过程中,模具与线材的接触面,经高速拉拔后的高温及压力状态下能与线材表面形成较高熔点的化学反应膜,提高润滑性。
作为优选的方案,所述无机盐为硫酸钠、磷酸钠中的一种或两种。在本申请中,无机盐的作用主要是用来平衡槽液的阴阳离子,因覆膜发生时线材表面首先会发生阴离子吸附,因此阴离子长链以及表面活性剂会优先吸附线材表面,那么在反应瞬间会产生阳离子过量的情况,而加入本申请的无机盐,可以很好的平衡界面处的离子平衡。
作为优选的方案,所述防锈剂为胺类防锈剂、醇胺类防锈剂中的一种或者两种。
具体的,胺类防锈剂为单乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺中的任一种,醇胺类防锈剂为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的任一种。
作为优选的方案,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或两种。
具体的,在本申请中,表面活性剂主要用来乳化聚硅氧烷聚合物或聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。阴离子表面活性剂靠双电层结构分散来稳定乳液,非离子表面活性剂靠屏蔽作用形成的水化层来稳定和分散乳液,可以有效增加乳液的稳定性。所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基二苯醚磺酸二钠盐、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的任一种或任几种;非离子表面活性剂为OP-10、NP-10,Tx-10、伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、线性乙氧基脂肪醇中的任一种或任几种。
作为优选的方案,所述溶剂为醚类溶剂、醇类溶剂中的一种或两种;所述含硅润滑组合物,还包括重量百分比为1-3%的羧甲基纤维素。
在本申请中,羧甲基纤维素的加入,可以有效的提高含硅润滑组合物的粘度。同时因为羧甲基纤维素,在结构上是一种羧酸盐,可以跟硅酸盐一起,有协同作用,可以优先吸附在线材上,起到润滑作用。
具体的,在本申请中,醚类溶剂为二丙二醇二甲醚,醇类溶剂为异丙醇、正丁醇中的一种或者两种。
本申请的第二目的是为了提供,一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照含硅润滑组合物各原料的重量份进行备料;
S2.将表面活性剂和成膜剂混合,在温度80-90℃,加热搅拌20-30min,加入适量水,搅拌速度在800-1200rpm,乳化0.6-1h,乳化后,得到混合液A,待用;
S3.将极压剂、防锈剂、无机盐、溶剂、适量水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,待用;
S4.将混合液A和混合液B进行混合,搅拌均匀;加入纳米粒子,在40-50℃下,超声震荡30-40min;超声处理结束,得到混合液C,待用;
S5.在得到的混合液C中加入羧甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,加入剩余的水进行充分混合,得到含硅润滑组合物。
本申请的第三目的是为了提供,一种含硅润滑组合物的应用,所述含硅润滑组合物用于金属线材的拉拔过程,所述含硅润滑组合物来自上述所述的含硅润滑组合物或者是依照上述制备方法制备得到的含硅润滑组合物。
本申请的有益效果在于:
1.本申请得到的含硅润滑组合物,原料中未采用磷化皂化的方式生成磷皂化膜层,也没有采用磷化加皂化的润滑方式,而是通过采用含硅润滑组合物直接吸附的方式,一步代替磷皂化槽进行加工,减少了工艺过程,提高了加工的效率。
2.本申请得到的含硅润滑组合物,通过加入聚硅氧烷聚合物和聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,成膜性、吸附性、耐腐蚀性,均较常规润滑剂得到明显提高。

实施例1
一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照含硅润滑组合物各原料的重量份进行备料;
S2.取三口烧瓶,一口放置温度计,一口放置冷凝装置,一口用于机械搅拌,在三口烧瓶中分别加入硅聚合物(聚二甲基硅氧烷,粘度控制在500-700CP)10g、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂(分子量控制在500-600)20g、NP-10 2g、线性乙氧基脂肪醇3g,混合在一起作为预乳液,加热保持在90℃,加热搅拌20min,之后分三次加入水合计20g,同时机械搅拌速度保持在800rpm,乳化1h,待其从疏水物质转化为乳白色乳液状物质;乳化结束后,得到混合液A,待用;
S3.另取一个烧杯,加入硫酸钠3g,加水30g溶解,之后再分别加入磷酸酯1g、单乙胺1g、三乙醇胺2g,加入丙醇2g、二丙二醇二甲醚3g,充分混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,待用。
S4.将混合液A和混合液B进行混合,搅拌均匀,加入三氧化二铝(粒径为30nm)1g,40℃超声震荡40min,完全混合;超声处理结束,得到混合液C,待用;
S5.在得到的混合液C中加入羧甲基纤维素2g,补足水分至总重量为100g,混合均匀,得到含硅润滑组合物。
本实施例得到的含硅润滑组合物呈现乳液状,动力粘度为420N·s/㎡,静置后无分层现象。
使用方法:含硅润滑组合物稀释为15%重量浓度的润滑液,加热到70℃时,检测数据为糖度为5.4,动力粘度为64N·s/㎡。
使用过程:线材酸洗→水冲洗→浸泡覆膜(本实施例的15%重量浓度的润滑液)→烘干→拉拔;
具体为使用线材为22A,线径为6mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡(本实施例的15%重量浓度的润滑液)6min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层油亮的透明膜层,膜层均匀,且膜层均匀包覆在线材上,膜重为12.2g/m2。
拉拔结果:经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面依然光亮,基材未裸漏。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间100s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为90天。
实施例2
S1.按照含硅润滑组合物各原料的重量份进行备料;
S2.取三口烧瓶,一口放置温度计,一口放置冷凝装置,一口用于机械搅拌,在三口烧瓶中分别加入硅聚合物(聚二甲基硅氧烷,粘度控制在550-650CP)25g、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂(分子量控制在550-600)18g、烷基二苯醚磺酸二钠盐3g、伯醇聚氧乙烯醚1g、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5g混合在一起作为预乳液,加热保持在90℃,加热搅拌30min,之后分三次加入水合计30g,同时机械搅拌速度保持在1200rpm,乳化1h,待其从疏水物质转化为乳白色乳液状物质;乳化结束后,得到混合液A,待用;
S3.另取一个烧杯,加入磷酸钠7g,加水26g溶解,之后再分别加入磷酸酯5g、三乙醇胺4g、异丙醇1g、二丙二醇二甲醚4g,充分混合搅拌均匀;得到混合液B,待用。
S4.将混合液A和混合液B进行混合,搅拌均匀,加入三氧化二铝(粒径为60nm)1.5g,40℃超声震荡40min,待溶液完全混合;超声处理结束,得到混合液C,待用;
S5.在得到的混合液C中加入羧甲基纤维素3g,补足水分至总重量为100g,混合均匀,得到含硅润滑组合物。
本实施例得到的含硅润滑组合物呈现乳液状,动力粘度为610N·s/㎡,静置后无分层现象。
使用方法:含硅润滑组合物稀释为10%重量浓度的润滑液,加热70℃时,检测数据糖度为5.1,动力粘度为56N·s/㎡。
使用过程:线材酸洗→水冲洗→浸泡覆膜(本实施例的10%重量浓度的润滑液)→烘干→拉拔;
使用线材为18A,线径为6mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡(本实施例的10%重量浓度的润滑液)6min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层油亮的透明膜层,膜层均匀,且膜层均匀包覆在线材上,膜重为11.5g/m2。
拉拔结果:经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面依然光亮,基材未裸漏。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间110s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为105天。
实施例3
S1.按照含硅润滑组合物各原料的重量份进行备料;
S2.取三口烧瓶,一口放置温度计,一口放置冷凝装置,一口用于机械搅拌,在三口烧瓶中分别加入硅聚合物(聚二甲基硅氧烷,粘度控制在600-700CP)10g、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂(分子量控制在500-550)10g、OP-102g、线性乙氧基脂肪醇1g、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1g混合在一起作为预乳液,加热保持在80℃,加热搅拌30min,之后分三次加入水合计20g,同时机械搅拌速度保持在800rpm,乳化40min,待其从疏水物质转化为乳白色乳液状物质;乳化结束后,得到混合液A,待用;
S3.另取一个烧杯,加入无机盐磷酸钠3g,加水22g溶解,之后再分别加入磷酸酯1g、三乙醇胺0.8g、正丁醇0.4g、二丙二醇二甲醚0.6g,充分混合搅拌均匀;得到混合液B,待用。
S4.将混合液A和混合液B进行混合,搅拌均匀,加入氮化硼(粒径为30nm)0.1g,40℃超声震荡40min,待溶液完全混合;超声处理结束,得到混合液C,待用;
S5.在得到的混合液C中加入羧甲基纤维素1g,补足水分至总重量为100g,混合均匀,得到含硅润滑组合物。
本实施例得到的含硅润滑组合物呈现乳液状,动力粘度为483N·s/㎡,静置后无分层现象。
使用方法:含硅润滑组合物稀释为8%重量浓度的润滑液,加热70℃,检测数据糖度为4.9,动力粘度为34N·s/㎡。
使用过程:线材酸洗→水冲洗→浸泡覆膜(本实施例的8%重量浓度的润滑液)→烘干→拉拔;
使用线材为45Cr,线径为6mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡(本实施例的8%重量浓度的润滑液)4min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层油亮的透明膜层。膜层均匀,且膜层均匀包覆在线材上,膜重为12g/m2。
拉拔结果:经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面依然光亮,基材未裸漏。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间100s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为101天。
对比例1:
目前市面上的磷皂化一体的润滑剂。
该润滑剂为粉状,溶解起来时间比较久,开槽浓度为15%(15g润滑剂+85g水),使用温度为90℃,检测数据糖度为5.5,动力粘度为32N·s/㎡。
使用线材为22A,线径为6mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡5min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层膜层,但膜层颜色较暗,无油亮度。膜重为8g/m2。
经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面依然基本无膜层,有局部刮伤。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间40s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为40天。
对比例2
未加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,其余原料组成和实施例1一致(水量适应性调整);制备过程和工艺参数和实施例1一致。
本对比例制备得到的含硅润滑组合物呈现乳液状,动力粘度为380N·s/㎡,静置后无分层现象。
使用方法:含硅润滑组合物稀释为14.5%重量浓度的润滑液,加热到70℃时,检测数据为糖度为6,动力粘度为24N·s/㎡。
使用过程:线材酸洗→水冲洗→浸泡覆膜(本对比例的14.5%重量浓度的润滑液)→烘干→拉拔;
具体为使用线材为45Cr,线径为10mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡(本对比例的14.5%重量浓度的润滑液)6min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层油亮的透明膜层,膜重为8.5g/m2。
拉拔结果:经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面有少量的膜层,局部明显刮伤。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间50s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为48天。
对比例3
在步骤S5中未加入羧甲基纤维素,其余条件和实施例1一致。
本对比例制备得到的含硅润滑组合物呈现乳液状,动力粘度为280N·s/㎡,静置后无分层现象。
使用方法:含硅润滑组合物稀释为16.5%重量浓度的润滑液,加热到70℃时,检测数据为糖度为5.8,动力粘度为10N·s/㎡。
使用过程:线材酸洗→水冲洗→浸泡覆膜(本对比例的16.5%重量浓度的润滑液)→烘干→拉拔;
具体为使用线材为22A,线径为6mm,经酸洗和水洗后,进行浸泡(本对比例的16.5%重量浓度的润滑液)6min后取出,烘干,观察外观有一层油亮的透明膜层,膜重为10g/m2。
拉拔结果:经多模具拉拔至2mm时,线材表面有少量的膜层,局部轻微刮伤。
线材浸泡后未拉拔前的耐腐蚀性测试:耐硫酸铜滴定时间63s,拉拔后实际的耐腐蚀为65天。
上述实施例为本申请较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本申请还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
成膜剂10-25%、纳米粒子0.1-1.5%、极压剂1-5%、无机盐3-7%、防锈剂1-5%、表面活性剂5-10%、溶剂1-5%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚硅氧烷聚合物或聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米粒子为氧化铝、氮化硼、磷化锆中的任一种或者任几种;所述纳米粒子的粒径30-60nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述极压剂为磷酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述无机盐为硫酸钠、磷酸钠中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为胺类防锈剂、醇胺类防锈剂中的一种或者两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为醚类溶剂、醇类溶剂中的一种或两种;所述含硅润滑组合物,还包括重量百分比为1-3%的羧甲基纤维素。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的耐腐蚀性强的含硅润滑组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照含硅润滑组合物各原料的重量份进行备料;
S2.将表面活性剂和成膜剂混合,在温度80-90℃,加热搅拌20-30min,加入适量水,搅拌速度在800-1200rpm,乳化0.6-1h,乳化后,得到混合液A,待用;
S3.将极压剂、防锈剂、无机盐、溶剂、适量水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,待用;
S4.将混合液A和混合液B进行混合,搅拌均匀;加入纳米粒子,在40-50℃下,超声震荡30-40min;超声处理结束,得到混合液C,待用;
S5.在得到的混合液C中加入羧甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,加入剩余的水进行充分混合,得到含硅润滑组合物。
10.一种含硅润滑组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述含硅润滑组合物用于金属线材的拉拔过程,所述含硅润滑组合物来自权利要求1-8任一项所述的含硅润滑组合物或者是依照权利要求9的制备方法制备得到的含硅润滑组合物。
