技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂。
背景技术
根据统计,世界上每年会有总重相当于金属年产量10-20%的钢铁制品由于腐蚀、锈蚀等原因造成不能使用,为此人们采取了各种各样的防锈方法来避免锈蚀,减少损失。防锈剂的种类多种多样,其中亚硝酸钠因其防锈性能优异并且价格低廉一直备受青睐并广泛使用,但是因其它具有强致癌基因的物质,因此在20世纪80年代,国内外便进行了大量的研发工作,制备了多种以烷基、烷氧基、卤代基、萘酸类及其衍生物、硝基苯甲酸类以及硼酸酯、硼酸盐和钼酸盐等为主的材料来取代亚硝酸钠的新型水溶性防锈剂。尽管这些新型防锈剂较亚硝酸钠更加的安全合理,但是在其成膜使用过程中,存在着较复杂的去膜处理问题,通常要采用碱水处理,或者用竹刀和刮片等物理方法处理,这样的处理不仅不能够除尽涂膜还有可能损伤金属表面,还耗工费时增加成本。因此随着防锈技术的不断发展,人们对防锈液及其成膜的应用要求也逐渐提高,出现了新型的防锈膜,可剥性防锈膜。
郭俊在《PVA水溶性高分子可剥防锈膜的研制》一文中提出了通过向聚乙烯醇中加入防锈剂及其他添加剂,将其放置在烧杯中在温度为99℃的恒温水浴锅中加热至完全溶解,再利用涂布流延法将其均匀涂覆在金属表面,干燥成膜,测定膜的性能,实验结果表面具有良好的防锈性,在40℃以下的冷水中,几乎完全不溶于水,但是置于40℃以上的热水中,膜会逐渐变软变薄,最后全部溶解,所以限制了使用区域。本发明针对这个缺点对聚乙烯醇膜改性提高其耐水、耐热、抗油等性能,使其能够满足多种领域的需求,使达到更好的防锈效果和防蚀时期。

本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硼砂0.4-0.5、聚乙烯醇40-50、聚乙二醇12-15、乳化剂op100.4-0.6、丙三醇0.3-0.5、三乙醇胺0.6-0.8、苯并三氮唑6-8、苯甲酸钠6-7、十二烷基硫酸钠2-3、丁二醛0.4-0.6、纳米纤维素4-5、二乙烯三胺0.3-0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.32-0.4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.2-0.3、铜粉1.2-1.6、儿茶素0.8-1.2、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.4-0.6、去离子水适量。
所述一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将二乙烯三胺加到10-12倍量的去离子水中溶解,再加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,磁力搅拌10-18min,然后加入铜粉、儿茶素和乙二胺四乙酸钠在40-55℃下反应2-3h,自然冷却至室温后备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2-3倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明根据聚乙烯醇能被微生物分解,对环境没有伤害,是一种环境友好型材料,由于表面含有大量的羟基,致使薄膜的吸水能力强,水溶液好,成膜后具有优异的可剥性和塑性,根据聚乙烯醇本身的化学结构及性质,选择丁二醛对其进行交联改性,提高了聚乙烯醇膜的抗溶胀、渗透气化和拉伸强度,利用纳米纤维素的纳米效应,高机械强度、强亲水性等特性,提高聚乙烯醇膜的机械强度、热稳定性和降低断裂伸长率等性能,还通过化学反应将儿茶素和铜结合起来形成络合物,可以克服儿茶素不稳定、易氧化的特性,剩余的铜与乙二胺四乙酸钠形成络合物提高对金属表面的抗腐蚀性,并且利用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的成膜性,使其在聚乙烯醇中分散良好,起到协同作用,对金属表面起到很好的保护作用,本发明制备的金属表面处理剂具有制备方法简单,成本低,成膜性能好,后期处理简单,对金属表面具有良好的抗氧化、防锈和防腐等方面的作用,效果优良,应用前景好。

(1)将二乙烯三胺加到10倍量的去离子水中溶解,再加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,磁力搅拌10min,然后加入铜粉、儿茶素和乙二胺四乙酸钠在40℃下反应2h,自然冷却至室温后备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
将清洗干净的金属工件浸渍到按照实施例制备的防锈液中,干燥成膜后进行性能测试,结果如下:
外观:膜光滑完整,无破洞和赘余;
盐雾试验(5%氯化钠,48h):A级;
可剥性试验:良好;
水溶性:>70℃。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硼砂0.4-0.5、聚乙烯醇40-50、聚乙二醇12-15、乳化剂op100.4-0.6、丙三醇0.3-0.5、三乙醇胺0.6-0.8、苯并三氮唑6-8、苯甲酸钠6-7、十二烷基硫酸钠2-3、丁二醛0.4-0.6、纳米纤维素4-5、二乙烯三胺0.3-0.4、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.32-0.4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.2-0.3、铜粉1.2-1.6、儿茶素0.8-1.2、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.4-0.6、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗氧化金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将二乙烯三胺加到10-12倍量的去离子水中溶解,再加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,磁力搅拌10-18min,然后加入铜粉、儿茶素和乙二胺四乙酸钠在40-55℃下反应2-3h,自然冷却至室温后备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇用去离子水在温度为95℃时加热和搅拌下配置成8Wt%溶液,待全部溶解后和步骤(1)制备的产物混合,超声搅拌均匀后降温至30℃,加入丁二醛和适量浓硫酸,在搅拌下使其充分反应,反应结束后加入除纳米纤维素之外其余的剩余物料,超声分散;
(3)将纳米纤维素用2-3倍量的去离子水溶解超声分散制成悬浮液,超声分散均匀后和步骤(2)制备的产物混合,搅拌均匀后超声分散,常温下静置脱泡,然后将产物喷涂在金属工件表面,干燥成膜即可。
