本申请案大体涉及电子封装的外壳及相关联设计特征。特定来说,本申请案涉及涉及用于(例如)悬挂式天花板中的天花板安装式电声组件(例如阵列麦克风)的外壳及相关机械及装饰设计特征。
背景技术
会议环境(例如会议室、视频会议情境及类似者)可涉及使用麦克风来从音源捕获声音,及使用扬声器来将捕获的声音散布到环境中的听众、电视广播、网络广播等。音源可包含(例如)人类演讲者。
在一些环境中,麦克风及/或扬声器可放置于靠近音源的桌或讲桌上以便捕获声音。然而,此类麦克风及扬声器归因于其大小及/或其中使用所述麦克风的环境的美观而可为突兀或不合意的。另外,放置于桌上的麦克风可能检测到不合意噪音,例如敲笔或翻页。放置于桌上的麦克风还可例如被纸、布或餐巾覆盖或遮挡,使得声音无法恰当或最佳地被捕获。
在其它实施例中,麦克风可包含枪式麦克风,其主要对一个方向的声音敏感。枪式麦克风可经定位远离音源,且可经引导以通过使麦克风指向由特定音源占据的区域而检测来自所述音源的声音。然而,确定指向枪式麦克风的方向以最佳地检测来源于其音源的声音可为困难且乏味的。可需要试错法来针对来自音源的声音的最佳检测调整枪式麦克风的位置。因而,无法理想地检测来自音源的声音,直到恰当地调整麦克风的位置。且即便如此,如果音源在麦克风的拾取范围内外移动(例如,如果人类演讲者在说话时移动他/她的座位),那么音频检测可能非最佳。
在一些环境中,麦克风及/或扬声器可安装到会议室的天花板或壁以空出桌上空间且使人类演讲者能够在室内自由移动,借此用桌上及枪式麦克风解决至少一些上述问题。在一些天花板安装式麦克风或扬声器设计中,可期望将麦克风或扬声器直接安装到天花板或悬挂在天花板上。在其它设计中,可期望利用现存悬挂式天花板格架来安装麦克风或扬声器。此外,虽然天花板麦克风鉴于其远离桌而无法拾取桌上噪声,但此类麦克风归因于与扬声器及HVAC系统的更近近接性、距音源更远及对空气运动或白噪音的增加敏感度而具有其自身的拾音困难。且在其中天花板麦克风安装于悬挂式天花板格架内的情形中,存在起作用的其它因素,例如,例如各种建筑法规或认证要求,及与各种安装配置及壳体设计相关的麦克风性能/质量变量。
因此,尤其允许取决于特定安装或环境的安装及性能考虑中的灵活性的设计可行。
发明内容
在实施例中,一种用于天花板阵列麦克风的外壳经配置用于将所述麦克风安装于悬挂式天花板的格架系统内。所述外壳包括用于将所述外壳安装于所述格架系统内的安装元件。所述安装元件包含唇缘部分,所述唇缘部分靠近所述外壳的外围定位且经配置以在所述外壳配合所述格架系统安装时接合所述格架。
在实施例中,所述安装元件包括围绕所述外壳的所述外围的框架。在一些实施例中,所述框架具有弯曲或曲线轮廓。在一些实施例中,所述框架可包括两个或更多个组件。
在实施例中,所述安装元件经配置为分离的且可附接到所述外壳。

图13及14展示具有曲线形状的安装元件80的另一实施例的轮廓及透视图。如说明,安装元件80及框架元件82一起产生曲线形状因子。应理解,考虑许多其它线性、弯曲、曲线及其它几何形状以在被并入如本文考虑的天花板阵列麦克风中时提供许多可能的装饰形状及设计。还应理解,安装元件80及框架元件82可具有一体式设计。
图15及16展示其中托架90附接到天花板阵列麦克风96的外壳94的后部部分92的又另一实施例。在此实施例中,托架90包含多个延伸部98,其各自具有经配置以接合格架系统104的格架部件102的面板表面100的唇缘部分99。再次,如同其它实施例,托架90定位天花板阵列麦克风,使得含有天花板阵列麦克风96的电子设备及麦克风的外壳94的部分定位于由周围天花板砖122的内部房间表面120形成的平面下方。
图17及18进一步说明将天花板阵列麦克风96安装于格架系统104内。托架90可经由紧固件或粘合剂机械紧固到外壳94的后部部分92,且在一些实施例中,托架90可与外壳94的一部分一体成型。参考图15及16,可见,外壳94与周围天花板砖122之间存在一间隙,所述间隙在一些观看角度允许房间内的人看到悬挂式天花板的下降空间。因此,如果这是不合意的,那么一些实施例可部署实心托架使得不存在到下降空间的开口。在其它实施例中,可在托架90上方放置盖或天花板砖以实现相似结果。
还考虑,托架90可用于将延伸柱(未展示)的一个端附接到其,取代直接附接到天花板阵列麦克风。延伸柱的相对端可附接到天花板阵列麦克风。在此实施例中,延伸柱将提供天花板阵列麦克风到内部房间空间中的进一步突出。延伸柱可为通常用于天花板投影仪或类似者的现成类型的柱,或其可针对本文考虑的应用特殊设计。虽然通常具有圆柱形形状,但延伸柱可采取任何数目个形式,例如矩形或杆状、I型梁形状,或甚至可为(例如)电缆或导线。在一些实施例中,延伸柱及托架可用凸轮锁类型附接系统配置,其中延伸柱的端具有接合托架中的对应一或多个狭缝或突出部的一或多个狭缝或突出部,使得当柱的端与对应狭缝或突出部配接时,其可被扭转到接合位置。还考虑,此安装配置还可被直接并入天花板阵列麦克风的外壳中以直接安装到托架,使得天花板阵列麦克风可直接凸轮锁定或扭转锁定到托架。还考虑柱/托架及柱/麦克风附接两者可为凸轮型或扭转锁定附接配置。
图19以部分横截面展示又另一实施例,其说明天花板阵列麦克风130的又另一曲线轮廓。如展示,安装元件132与框架元件134分离,其中框架元件134界定具有弯曲、线性或曲线轮廓的外围边界。安装元件132提供进一步轮廓上下文且可具有弯曲、线性或曲线轮廓。此配置在提供许多装饰形状及设计方面提供灵活性,同时仍起作用以将天花板阵列麦克风安装于悬挂式天花板的天花板格架系统内。安装元件132经配置为具有凸缘或唇缘部分133,所述凸缘或唇缘部分133接合天花板格架的表面以用于安装于悬挂式天花板内。
在图20及21中可见具有安装元件132及框架元件134的天花板阵列麦克风130的总体视觉外观。在其它实施例中,安装元件132可与框架元件134成一体。如在图19中说明,安装元件132可附接到天花板阵列麦克风的支撑部件136。此附接方案允许安装元件132更明显朝向天花板阵列麦克风130的中心向内弯曲,同时仍在安装配置中提供充分的刚性及支撑。附接可通过机械紧固件实现,例如螺丝137、或粘合剂、焊接、摩擦配合或技术中已知的任何其它附接方法。如在图21中展示,支撑部件136安置于天花板阵列麦克风130的每一大体边角处,但应理解,还考虑其它支撑结构,例如围绕天花板阵列麦克风的大体外围安置的连续或间隔框架部件,或利用其中安装元件132直接附接到其或与其一体成型的天花板阵列麦克风的外壳的后部表面。

Claims (10)
1.一种天花板阵列麦克风,其包括经配置用于将所述天花板阵列麦克风安装于悬挂式天花板的格架系统内的外壳,及安置在所述外壳的后表面的后部外壳,所述外壳包括用于将所述天花板阵列麦克风安装于所述格架系统内的安装元件,所述安装元件包括唇缘部分,所述唇缘部分靠近所述外壳的外围定位且经配置以在所述外壳配合所述格架系统安装时接合格架部件,其中所述安装元件经配置以将所述后部外壳定位于所述悬挂式天花板下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述唇缘部分经配置以搁置于所述格架部件的平坦表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述外壳进一步包括前面板,所述安装元件经进一步配置以附接到所述前面板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述安装元件经进一步配置以附接到所述外壳的所述后表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述安装元件进一步包括:端部部分,其与所述唇缘部分相对定位;及突出部分,其经配置以在所述唇缘部分与所述端部部分之间延伸,所述突出部分具有经配置以使所述后部外壳定位于所述悬挂式天花板下方的长度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述外壳进一步包括界定所述天花板阵列麦克风的外围边界的框架元件,所述安装元件经进一步配置以附接到所述框架元件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述后表面安置于所述唇缘部分下方,且所述安装元件邻近于所述外壳的所述后表面附接到所述框架元件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述安装元件是托架,所述托架包括所述唇缘部分且耦合到所述后部外壳。
9.根据权利要求8所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述托架经配置以使所述后表面和所述后部外壳定位于所述悬挂式天花板下方。
10.根据权利要求1所述的天花板阵列麦克风,其中所述后部外壳安置于所述后表面上,所述后部外壳为一或多个处理器和/或连接端口提供进一步封装空间。
