Description

WO 2017/066779 A1描述具有一个或多个金属化层、底漆、涂层和密封剂层的多层金属性膜。金属性膜可装配有包含金属颜料的外涂层并可具有亚光至光亮的外观。
GB 2 150 881 A公开了装饰性包装膜,具有由合成聚合物制成并包含高度光学吸收性颜料的基础层,并具有一个或多个由第二合成透明聚合物制成的表面层;这些包含由例如碳酸钙的材料制成的具有0.1至10μm的粒度并且量为1至40重量%的固体颗粒。拉伸包装膜,其中在表面层中在固体颗粒周围形成空泡。膜的外观从强烈的乳光变化为光亮的金属性外观。

本发明还涉及制品例如通过由以上所述膜之一热成型产生的托盘、罐和吸塑包装。
本发明复合膜的第一和第二膜对于由其热成型的包装的外观具有决定性的重要性,实例是处于片剂和丸剂形式的药用产品或食品补充剂的吸塑包装。
在热成型中,将单层或多层聚合物膜加热至90至150℃范围内的温度并气动地或借助于真空压入或吸入由金属性材料制成的模具。膜的某些区域这里被拉伸多达6倍。如果膜包含金属性涂层,这在拉伸区域中被破坏。这里经常出现由交替的金属涂覆的和未涂覆的聚合物形成的条纹图案。在以这种方式已拉伸或“破坏”的区域中,金属性涂层是部分透明的。
本发明的复合膜的第一金属涂覆的膜面向由此热成型的包装的可见侧。本发明的复合膜的第二膜在热成型包装内布置在被第一膜掩盖的内侧上。
因此,第一膜主要造成本发明复合膜的金属性外观。第二膜起到减小在热成型过程中第一膜的金属性涂层中产生的裂纹和其它缺陷的视觉遮蔽。
令人惊讶地,发明人发现了通过调整第一膜或用于第一膜的金属性涂层的聚合物载体膜,能够几乎忠实地再现金属箔例如铝箔的外观。
在穷举性实验的过程中,发明人发现了实现期望金属性外观的各种方法。这些方法包括纳米或亚微米尺度纹理化在第一膜内为金属性涂层提供的表面,以及使用微粒状添加剂或膜泡以提供光学雾度。借助于使用平铺膜模口、冷却辊和两个或更多个引出辊的常规挤出系统来生产第一膜或用于第一膜内金属性涂层的聚合物载体膜。
在挤出过程中使用陶瓷涂覆的、化学蚀刻的、喷砂的或电蚀的冷却辊,在第一膜的聚合物载体膜内为了金属性涂层提供的表面中产生纳米或亚微米程度纹理。
第一膜的纳米或亚微米程度的表面纹理提高金属性涂层的漫反射比例。可在金属性涂层的两面上观察到所产生的光学无光泽。因此,如果需要,在这个实施方案中第一膜的布置可为这样的使得第一膜的金属性涂层面向或背对着外侧的第一表面或观察者。
在以上的替代中,第一膜的聚合物载体膜表现出光学雾度。为此,使用具有颗粒或膜泡形成添加剂的聚合物材料来产生第一膜的聚合物载体膜。二氧化钛特别适合作为颗粒添加剂因为它的高折射率:2.7。在同样有利的另一实施方案中,使用微米程度玻璃珠或微米程度聚合物珠。
在用于在第一膜的聚合物载体膜中产生雾度的另一挤出方法中,使用温度控制在50至80℃的冷却辊以促使结晶球晶的生长。
当使用具有光学雾度的第一膜时,第一膜以以下方式布置在本发明的复合膜中使得表现出光学雾度的聚合物载体膜面向第一表面或向外朝向观察者,并使得金属性涂层背对着第一表面或观察者。
根据本发明借助于层压产生三层复合膜,其具有以下结构或层序列:

在本发明的另一有利的实施方案中,使用具有至少5分钟的结晶半衰期的半结晶或非晶的聚酯。例如在Eastman Chemical Company的专利EP 1 066 339 B1中描述了这种类型的共聚聚酯。这种共聚聚酯由(i)二酸残基组分和(ii)二醇残基组分组成。二酸残基组分(i)包含至少80mol%的选自以下的二酸残基组分:对苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸、1,4-环己烷二甲酸、间苯二甲酸及其混合物,基于共聚聚酯中包含的所有二酸残基组分(=100mol%)。二醇残基组分(ii)包含80-100mol%的选自具有2-10个碳原子的二醇及其混合物的二醇残基组分和0-20mol%的选自以下的改性的二醇:1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,8-辛二醇、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、丙二醇、2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇,基于共聚聚酯中包含的所有二醇残基(=100mol%)。具有至少5分钟的结晶半衰期的非晶的或半结晶共聚聚酯非常适合于常规的压延工艺。能够通过压延由包含大比例(通常大于50重量%)具有至少5分钟的结晶半衰期的半结晶或非晶共聚聚酯的聚合物材料来生产均质和实际上无缺陷的膜。
具有至少5分钟的结晶半衰期的非晶的或半结晶聚酯尤其是以商品名CadenceCopolyester由Eastman Chemical Company销售。这些共聚聚酯用作生产聚酯膜的主要组分,其中其比例基于聚酯膜的总重量通常为大于40至70重量%。
借助差示扫描量热计或DSC测定用于膜的共聚聚酯的结晶半衰期。DSC是用于测量固体的热性质,特别是相转变温度的标准方法。本发明中通过以下测定结晶半衰期:取15mg的待测量共聚聚酯,将其加热至290℃,然后在存在氦的情况下以320℃/分钟的速率冷却至在180-210℃的预定温度,并检测达到等温结晶温度或DSC曲线的结晶峰所需要的时间。根据结晶对时间变化的过程确定结晶半衰期。结晶半衰期是在结晶的初始阶段之后在180-210℃的预定温度下为了在样品中获得50%的最大可实现结晶度所需要的时间。
在本发明的膜的有利实施方案中,两个或更多个层或膜互相独立地通过相同或不同的粘合剂彼此连接。作为粘合剂优选使用包含用多异氰酸酯交联的或不用多异氰酸酯交联的水解基团的聚氨酯或丙烯酸酯。在一些生产工艺例如共挤出中,在一些情况下能够直接即不使用粘合剂连接由不同聚合物制成的层。
测量方法
按照DIN EN ISO 1183:2005测定膜的密度并按照DIN 53370:2006测定厚度。
借助于触觉轮廓仪例如使用Jenoptik公司的“Hommel-Etamic W20”仪器或Mahr公司的“Perthometer S2/PGK”仪器来测定膜表面的平均粗糙度值Ra。按照标准DIN EN ISO4287:2010和DIN EN ISO 16610-21:2013进行测量。这里使用具有小于2μm的半径的探测头。对于每个粗糙度测量而言扫描示踪长度lr≥8mm。按照DIN EN ISO 16610-21:2013用于分离粗糙度和波纹的低通滤波器的极限波长λC的值为λC=0.8mm。由下式计算平均粗糙度值
其中Z(x)表示垂直于膜表面的所测量偏移(深度或高度)作为扫描位置x的函数。
按照DIN 5033-7:2014-10使用以下参数测量膜的CIE色值L*、a*、b*:

按照DIN EN ISO 2813:2015-02以20°的测量角度测定膜的光泽度值。
按照DIN EN ISO 13468-2:2006-07通过使用D65光源的双光束分光光度计测量膜的光学透射率。
按照DIN EN ISO 13468-1:1997-01或ASTM D1003,程序A通过使用D65光源的单光束分光光度计测定膜的雾度。
Claims (7)
1.两层或多层热成型复合膜,包含
-第一金属性外观表面,具有CIE色值L1*、a1*、b1*,其中90≤L1*≤97,-3≤a1*≤3,-3≤b1*≤3;
-由第一聚合物材料制成的具有金属性涂层的第一膜
-由第二聚合物材料制成的第二膜,具有CIE色值L2*、a2*、b2*,其中60≤L2*≤90,-3≤a2*≤3,-3≤b2*≤3;
其中
-第一膜布置在第二膜和第一表面之间,并且第一膜的金属性涂层从第一表面侧可见;
特征在于
第一表面具有光泽度值G1,其中50≤G1≤600。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,特征在于50≤G1≤150、100≤G1≤200、150≤G1≤250、200≤G1≤300、250≤G1≤350、300≤G1≤400、350≤G1≤450、400≤G1≤500、450≤G1≤550或500≤G1≤600。
4.根据权利要求1至3中一项或多项所述的复合膜,特征在于第一膜具有等于L1*、a1*、b1*的CIE色值。
6.根据权利要求1至5中一项或多项所述的复合膜,特征在于向第一膜提供由金属或由金属合金制成的CVD涂层、PVD涂层或溅射涂层。
7.根据权利要求1至6中一项或多项所述的复合膜,特征在于向第一膜提供由铝制成的涂层。
