背景技术
普通玻璃不仅使光进入房间,还会使热进入房间。这种热通常被视为是不合意的,例如在车辆中。
对于不动产,面对阳光的大部分玻璃是有问题的。在此,阳光保护玻璃或阳光保护系统(外部窗帘、遮阳棚和阳光保护膜)提供保护以阻挡太阳能,并由此阻挡玻璃系统上已有的热。
薄膜是对建筑物或车辆整体外观的改变程度最低的阳光保护系统,并确实是最低廉的解决方案。
已知的阳光保护膜是具有多种金属涂层的自粘合透明聚酯膜,其被应用于玻璃表面,大大降低了阳光导致的强入射热辐射和强光。它们起着反射保护屏蔽的作用。阳光保护膜用于门窗或顶上玻璃的玻璃表面可能导致强光或温度升高的各种场合。房间或车辆的气候变得更为平和,因而更为舒适。通常,支撑材料是具有光学澄清的金属蒸汽涂层或溅射涂膜的聚酯膜,并具有粘合剂。通常,太阳保护膜在化学上耐醇、烃、酮、酯、碱和稀酸。
普通均匀的铝蒸汽沉积涂层反射辐射的太阳能,使高对比、衰减的光进入。太阳保护膜降低紫外辐射,因而可以延缓漂白过程。在玻璃破损的情况下,太阳保护膜通过粘连玻璃碎片来增加安全性。
通常,使用以下测量参量来表征阳光保护膜:
透光性通常根据DIN EN 410在380-780nm(DN 65)的范围内测量,对于阳光保护膜,该值通常低于40%。
总能量透射率g通常根据DIN 4108-3测量,对于阳光保护膜,通常低于1。
透光率(VLT)通常根据DIN 67507测量,以%为单位,对于阳光保护膜,通常低于40%。但在美国,法规要求VLT值至少为35%。
选择性常数是透光率与总能量透射率的商,对于阳光保护膜,通常低于1。
光反射率通常根据mark DIN 5036-3(400-700)测量,对于阳光保护膜,通常大于70%。
色度(色值)定义为C*(CIELAB系统,对应于(a2+b2)之和的平方根;a,b:分别为黄移和蓝移的测量值,基于白色;C*=“色度”),对于阳光保护膜,通常大于5。
遮光系数定义为总能量透射率g除以厚3cm的玻璃板的总能量透射率g,后者的总能量透射率定义为0.87。
通常,支撑膜由PET组成,厚度为0.5-1mm。至少在车辆领域,支撑膜的宽度通常为155cm或更大。

WO 03/050193 A1描述了一种红外吸收材料,其导致色调在x/y色标中,x值在0.220-0.205的范围之内,y值在0.235-0.325的范围之内。
EP 1008564 A1描述了一种含有六硼化物的红外辐射吸收材料。
US 6,191,884 B1描述了一种红外辐射吸收膜,其中该膜的基质由光阳离子(photocationically)形成的聚合物组成。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种性能优异、并具有不导致额外反射的适当性质的阳光保护膜。
在第一个实施方式中,本发明的目的通过用于透明或半透明玻璃的阳光保护膜实现,该阳光保护膜在波长1000nm处的透射率至多是低于1000nm的波长范围内透射率最大值的50%,其包括:
a)至少一层厚度为0.1-500μm的金属化或非金属化的支撑膜,并且与至少一层粘合层平面接触,和
b)至少一层功能层,其在支撑膜的至少一个主表面上含有有机红外辐射吸收材料,并且其含有金属、是金属性的或不含金属,并且
i)含有颜料和/或着色剂,
ii)含有至少一层UV辐射吸收材料和/或
iii)铅笔硬度至少为3H。
在此,支撑膜(不含粘合层)层厚在0.1-500μm的范围。
本发明意义上的玻璃具体包括需要专门绝热的不动产玻璃、车辆玻璃(客车、卡车、飞机、电车、公共汽车等)和不动产内部的玻璃表面。
优选地,阳光保护膜具有至少两层功能层,各个功能层在i)至iii)中至少一个性质上与相邻的功能层不同,并且仅一层所述层含有有机红外辐射吸收材料。
由于近红外区(如1000nm处)的透射率与现有技术相比较低,尽管根据本发明的膜着色相对较低,却可以提供优异的绝热。尽管已知的膜必须加入大量着色剂来实现有效绝热,所述着色剂还明显降低了可见光透射率,而根据本发明的阳光保护膜尽管着色很低,却可以实现在近红外区的低透射率。有利地,入射光波长1000nm处的透射率为阳光保护膜最大透射率的至多10%。
优选地,阳光保护膜包括用于安置支撑层的粘合层。因此,所述粘合层是用于平面粘附于玻璃上的阳光保护膜的外层。
优选地,根据本发明的阳光保护膜没有独立的底层。因此,可以略去额外的处理步骤,并且设计更低廉的制造工艺。
全部阳光保护膜的层厚优选为5-550μm,特别是5-200μm。
优选地,功能层和/或支撑层可以包括着色剂、颜料,特别是金属颗粒,如银颗粒或碳黑。而且,支撑层和/或功能层可以优选含有UV吸收剂,以提高对光辐射的稳定性。
功能层
优选地,功能层基质主要由选自聚丙烯酸酯、PMMA、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇、聚氨酯、双酚类聚合物、聚环氧化物、硅氧烷类聚合物和/或聚酯的聚合物组成。所述聚合物可优选为选自乙烯基单体、丙烯酸酯和环氧化物的单体的均聚物或共聚物、或均聚物和/或共聚物的混合物。同样优选地,将UV-交联材料用作基质材料。特别优选使用含有丙烯酸酯的聚丙烯酸酯或共聚物。
作为根据本发明的聚氨酯的起始成分,脂肪族、环脂肪族、芳代脂肪族、芳香族和杂环聚异氰酸酯是适合的,其已经描述于,例如,W.Siefken的Justus Liebigs Annalen der Chemie,562,p.75-136,例如下式的聚异氰酸酯

有利地,本发明的阳光保护摸具有一层或多层不含硅氧烷树脂的功能层,以防止硅氧烷树脂中常常含有的表面活性物质与阳光保护膜表面接触,从而损害阳光保护膜的性能。
优选地,含有红外辐射吸收材料的功能层不含六硼化物,因为如果仅仅出于以下原因而使用硼化物是不利的:通常的混合氧化物的制造方法必须扩大有其它处理步骤。而且,预计使用硼化物必然与所有硼化合物类似,形成攻击中枢神经系统的可燃性有毒化合物。由于该原因,根据本发明的阳光保护膜中不使用六硼化物是有利的。
优选地,功能层的基质不是由光阳离子形成的聚合物制成的。相反,功能层的基质由例如阴离子或通过自由基形成的聚合物制成是有利的。通过干燥聚合物溶液制造聚合物层是同样优选的。
有利地,功能层含有其量为10-60重量%、特别是20-40重量%的红外辐射吸收材料。
优选地,功能层含有低于60重量%的ATO,特别是低于40重量%的ATO,因为这使得达到的透光性或光透射率更高,还使得可以以更低的成本制造功能层。
优选地,功能层含有有机红外辐射吸收材料或无机红外辐射吸收材料。

本发明意义上的红外辐射吸收材料可以是有机的或无机的。通常,本发明意义上的红外辐射吸收材料是在700-35,000nm的波长区域内,在1000nm、1500nm、2000nm和3500nm中的至少两个波长处摩尔消光系数为至少1.5l·mol-1·cm-1。特别优选地,红外吸收材料的吸收峰在900-1000nm的区域内。因此,红外辐射吸收材料已经可以提供轻微着色。作为有机红外辐射吸收材料,优选使用选自酞菁、萘酞菁(naphthalocyanine)、蒽醌、菁化合物、squalylium化合物、硫醇镍复合化合物、三烯丙基甲烷、萘醌、蒽醌和胺化合物,例如N,N,N’,N’-四(对二正丁基氨基苯基)-对亚苯基二铵高氯酸盐、亚苯基二铵氯酸盐、亚苯基二铵六氟锑酸盐、亚苯基二铵氟硼酸盐、亚苯基二铵氟酸盐和亚苯基二铵高氯酸盐的材料。作为无机红外辐射吸收材料,优选使用选自Sn、Ti、Si、Zn、Zr、Fe、Al、Cr、Co、Ce、In、Ni、Ag、Cu、Pt、Mn、Ta、W、V和Mo的金属化合物的材料。金属化合物优选所述金属的氧化物、氮化物、碳化物、氧氮化物和/或硫化物。特别优选ITO(铟锡氧化物)、ATO(锑锡氧化物)、SnO2、TiO2、SiO2、ZrO2、ZnO、Fe2O3、Al2O3、FeO、Cr2O3、Co2O3、CeO2、In2O3、NiO、MnO和CuO。特别优选的红外辐射吸收材料是ITO、ATO、TiN或氧化锌。特别有利的红外辐射吸收材料是ITO。
本发明意义上的UV吸收材料可以是有机的或无机的。通常,本发明意义上的UV吸收材料是那些在100-250nm的波长区域内,在150nm和200nm的波长处摩尔消光系数为至少1.5l·mol-1·cm-1的材料。优选无机UV吸收材料,例如,ITO和/或ATO。同样优选的是选自以下的有机UV吸收材料:苯并三唑衍生物,例如2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑、2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑和2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔戊基苯基)苯并三唑;以及二苯甲酮衍生物,例如2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2,2’-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,2’-二羟基-4,4’-二甲氧基二苯甲酮和2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺基二苯甲酮;以及氰基丙烯酸酯衍生物,例如2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3’-二苯基丙烯酸酯和2-氰基-3,3’-二苯基丙烯酸乙酯。
无机红外辐射吸收材料的粒径优选为1-20,000nm,特别优选1-2000nm。非常优选所述红外辐射吸收材料的粒径至多100nm。如果功能层还含有金属和氧化物,可以通过将金属和氧化物共溅射到层中来加入金属。
有利地,功能层的空气和/或氧渗透性JLS在25℃下为至多7.64×1019kg·m/(m2·s·Pa),和/或透水性JW在25℃下为至多1.1×1015kg·m/(m2·s·Pa)。还可以将天然基材如木材提供给膜,从而防止湿气和/或侵蚀性废气,这是有利的。
测量透水性时,水的活度AW为0.4-0.9。
支撑膜
本发明的支撑膜也可以有利地含有红外辐射吸收材料。因此,功能层可以设计得更薄,或者负载更少量的粒状红外辐射吸收材料,以使光散射特性最小化。
优选地,支撑膜主要由透明的热塑性材料制成。特别适合的是选自以下的材料:聚乙烯和聚丙烯、氯乙烯树脂、苯乙烯树脂、ABS树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸树脂、丙烯腈苯乙烯树脂、偏二氯乙烯树脂、AAS树脂、AES树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、聚-4-甲基戊烯-1树脂、聚丁烯-1树脂、偏二氟乙烯树脂、氟乙烯树脂、碳氟化合物树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚苯醚树脂、聚酯树脂如聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、聚砜树脂和聚烯丙基树脂。在此,特别合适的是PET、PC、PMMA、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸聚合物、甲基丙烯酸聚合物、聚氯乙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、环氧化物和酚醛树脂或者还有PE或PP和环聚烯烃、多环聚烯烃、聚醋酸酯、聚缩醛、聚酰胺。还可以使用混合物或相应的共聚物。特别优选由PET组成的膜。如果在支撑膜中也实现性质i)-iii)中的一项或多项是特别有利的。
如果支撑膜是金属化的,金属化膜的层厚各为1-100nm,特别是5-50nm。在金属化层的选择中,其颜色和/或反射率是非常重要的。特别优选Ti、Fe、Ni、Cr、贵金属,最优选使用铝作为金属化层的金属。但是,特别优选没有金属化层,以避免干扰正面的光反射。
有利地,支撑膜的宽度超过155cm,特别优选超过175cm。有利地,支撑膜的层厚可以为5-200μm。根据本发明的阳光保护膜共计具有优选为至少两层支撑膜,特别优选具有两层支撑膜。如果存在有至少两层支撑膜,与基底最接近的支撑膜优选层厚为0.8-1.2mm,而远离基底的支撑膜优选层厚为0.1-0.7mm。
粘合层
有利地,粘合层的厚度为相邻层粗糙度的倍数。特别优选地,粘合层的层厚各为5nm至50μm。有利地,粘合层也可以包括IR吸收材料,特别是ATO。优选地,粘合层由选自压敏粘合剂、热敏粘合剂和/或湿敏粘合剂的材料组成。
具体地,适合作为压敏粘合剂(PSA)的是天然橡胶、合成橡胶、丙烯酸树脂(acryl)、聚乙烯醚、氨基甲酸酯或硅酮压敏粘合剂,特别是苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶、异丁烯异戊二烯橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、苯乙烯异戊二烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯乙烯丁烯嵌段共聚物和乙烯乙酸乙烯酯弹性体,丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、2-乙基己基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯腈的共聚物,聚乙烯醚、聚乙烯基异丁基醚和二甲基聚硅氧烷。
优选地,热敏粘合剂可以使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、苯氧基树脂、尼龙11、尼龙12、饱和聚酯、苯并呋喃茚树脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物橡胶、聚乙烯树脂和聚氨酯树脂。
例如,湿敏粘合剂可以使用聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醚、纤维素衍生物和淀粉。
优选地,用于粘合层的材料是上述材料之一或其混合物。有利地,所述材料可以额外地包括填料和其它助剂。
特别优选的是压敏粘合剂(PSA)。粘合层根据本发明优选应用于阳光保护膜外侧且面向基底,可以有利地是所谓的组装粘合层,而阳光保护膜中任选存在的其它粘合层,有利地是所谓的层压粘合层。为了考虑这些不同粘合层的特殊需要,组装粘合层优选由不同于层压粘合层的其它材料组成。因此,对于组装粘合层来说非常重要的是,与基底材料的可特别良好地粘附,该基底材料可以不同于支撑膜的材料。
光学性质和热性质
优选地,本发明的阳光保护膜的能量透射率g根据DIN 4108-3测量为至多0.85,因为这可以保证阳光保护膜能够有效屏蔽特定的热能量。
如上文所定义,阳光保护膜的选择性系数优选至少为1.1。这保证透光性高的同时能量透射率特别低。
优选地,光反射率至多15%,特别是至多10%。这保证本发明的阳光保护膜还可以用于不希望甚至不允许有光反射的应用,例如,用于客车的挡风玻璃。为了实现所述的低光反射率,阳光保护膜有利地没有金属层。
根据本发明的阳光保护膜的透光率在400nm至700nm的波长区域内至少为70%,特别是至少80%。因此,与已知的阳光保护摸相反,根据本发明的阳光保护膜还可用于必须或希望有高透光率的应用。
优选地,阳光保护膜的雾度值为0.1-4%。当改变含有红外吸收材料的功能层的层厚时,该雾度值不会显著变化。
特别优选地,阳光保护膜可以着色成蓝色或绿色。功能层、粘合层和/或支撑膜中可以含有至少一种着色剂。红外辐射吸收材料也可以用着色剂加以着色。所述着色剂在这些层中的至少一层中的含量可以是0.1-10重量%,特别优选0.2-1重量%。着色剂可以选自颜料、合成着色剂、天然着色剂和/或其混合物。天然着色剂可以有利地选自花色素、茜素、甜菜拉因(betalain)、采木(haematoxylon)、叶绿素、胭脂虫红、姜黄、血红蛋白、靛蓝、胭脂、茜草、石蕊、胭脂树橙、苔红素、古代紫(purple of the ancients)和/或红花。合成着色剂有利地选自酞菁着色剂、萘酞菁、氨基苯基衍生物、苯并醌衍生物、苯胺蓝、苯胺黑、蒽黑、Bismarck褐、橘红、Ciba蓝、品红、海昌蓝(Hydronblue R,3%,G)、直达黑(Immedial和直达浅色染料)、刚果红、结晶紫、孔雀绿、亚甲基蓝、甲基橙、甲基紫、Variamin蓝和/或维多利亚蓝。纳米级颜料有利地选自金属粉末;白色颜料,例如钛白(二氧化钛)、铅白、锌白、锌钡白、锑白、锑白;黑色颜料,例如碳黑、氧化铁黑、锰黑和钴黑和锑黑;有色颜料,例如铬酸铅、铅丹、锌黄、锌绿、镉红、钴蓝、柏林蓝、群青、锰紫、镉黄、巴黎绿、钼橙和钼红、铬橙和红、氧化铁红、氧化铬绿和/或锶黄。有利地,使用有机吸收剂、无机吸收剂或其混合物。而且,如果红外吸收剂吸收特别少量的可见光则是有利的。
具体实施方式
比较例1:ITO涂层
将45克粒径小于100nm的Sn掺杂氧化铟的甲苯分散体(固含量40重量%)与55克固含量24重量%的PU涂料混合。混合5分钟后,形成透明分散体。
使用线绕型涂层棒将涂料涂敷于PET膜50μm厚,并在80℃下干燥30分钟。产生的层内颗粒含量为9g/m2,颗粒在层总质量中的比例为57重量%。图1显示了测得的透射率曲线。近红外区域内波长1000nm处的透射率显著高于阳光保护膜最大透射率的50%。
实施例1
实施例1与比较例1类似地进行,但是,向涂层溶液中加入N,N,N’,N’-四-(对二正丁基氨基苯基)-对亚苯基二胺和N,N,N’,N’-四-(对二正丁基氨基苯基)-对苯并醌双-(铵六氟锑酸盐)的2∶3混合物。在该实施例中混合物的总量为ITO的7.5重量%。图2显示了相应的透射率曲线。该层呈绿色。近红外区域内波长1000nm处的透射率显著低于阳光保护膜最大透射率的50%。
比较例2:ATO涂层
将45克粒径小于100nm的锑掺杂氧化锡的甲苯分散体(固含量20重量%)与55克固含量24重量%的PU涂料混合。混合5分钟后,形成透明分散体。
使用线绕型涂层棒将涂料涂敷于PET膜50μm厚,并在80℃下干燥30分钟。产生的层内颗粒含量为4.5g/m2,图3显示了测得的透射率曲线。近红外区域内波长1000nm处的透射率显著高于阳光保护膜最大透射率的50%。
实施例2
实施例2与比较例2类似地进行,但是,向加入10重量%(基于ATO)的N,N,N’,N’-四-(对二正丁基氨基苯基)-对亚苯基二胺和N,N,N’,N’-四-(对二正丁基氨基苯基)-对苯并醌双(铵六氟锑酸盐)的2∶3混合物。图4显示了透射率谱图。近红外区域内波长1000nm处的透射率显著低于阳光保护摸最高透射率的50%。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于透明或半透明玻璃的阳光保护膜,其在波长1000nm处的透射率至多是低于1000nm的波长范围内透射率最大值的50%,所述阳光保护膜包括:
a)至少一层厚度为0.1-500μm的金属化或非金属化支撑膜,所述支撑膜与至少一层粘合层平面接触,和
b)至少一层功能层,其在所述支撑膜的至少一个主表面上含有有机红外辐射吸收材料,并且其含有金属、是金属性的或不含金属,并且
i)含有颜料和/或着色剂,
ii)含有至少一层UV辐射吸收材料和/或
iii)铅笔硬度至少为3H。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其包括至少两层功能层,其中各个功能层在i)至iii)中至少一个性质上与相邻功能层不同,并且这些层中仅一层含有有机红外辐射吸收材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其包括用于固定所述支撑层的粘合层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于背向玻璃的外功能层的铅笔硬度至少为3H。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各功能层不含硅氧烷树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于含有红外辐射吸收材料的功能层不含六硼化物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述功能层的基质不是由光阳离子形成的聚合物组成的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各功能层含有低于60重量%的颗粒,特别是ATO颗粒。
9.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各功能层含有有机红外辐射吸收材料或无机红外辐射吸收材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于其不具有独立的底层。
11.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于能量透射程度g为至多0.85。
12.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于选择性系数为至少1.1。
13.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于光反射率为至多15%,特别是至多10%。
14.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于波长400nm至700nm区域内透光率为至少70%,特别是至少80%。
15.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各支撑膜含有红外辐射吸收材料。
16.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各粘合层含有红外辐射吸收材料。
17.根据权利要求1所述的阳光保护膜,其特征在于所述的各功能层含有红外辐射吸收材料。
