Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道装配设备,并且更具体地,涉及一种这样的管道装配设备,即,该管道装配设备配置成连接管道并保持所连接的管道之间的气密性。
背景技术
通常,为了连接管道,必须扩展管道以便将另一根管道插入管道中,并且该管道必须焊接。然而,通过焊接连接管道的缺点在于,需要专家的专业技能和用于焊接的作业工具,在焊接操作期间可能发生火灾,以及焊接时间较长。
已经开发了一种能够使用螺母连接管道的装配设备以弥补这些缺点。由于可以通过简单地拧紧螺母来联接装配设备,因此不需要专家的专业技能和用于焊接的各种作业工具,并且不执行焊接操作,因此优点在于没有火灾的危险,并且最重要的是,减少了操作时间。
然而,尽管用于连接管道的装配设备可以快速地连接管道,但是存在的问题是在连接管道之后必须保持管道之间的气密性。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种管道装配设备,其能够在管道连接的同时保持其中管道连接的部分的气密性。
本发明还旨在提供一种管道装配设备,其能够临时固定到管道上,以便在连接管道时容易地执行管道连接操作。
根据本发明的方面,一种管道装配设备包括:装配主体,其中第一端部部分可旋转地连接到第一管道的外圆周表面,以及第二端部部分围绕第二管道的外表面,其中倾斜表面是锥形的并且在距装配主体的第一端部部分的一定深度处形成在装配主体内部,并且在装配主体和第二管道之间形成间隙;固定螺母,其中固定螺母的第一端部部分可旋转地连接到装配主体的第二端部部分的外圆周表面,并且固定螺母的第二端部部分围绕第二管道的外表面;以及夹头,其设置在固定螺母内部,并且在固定螺母旋转和拧紧时按压第二管道,其中夹头包括:设置在固定螺母内部的底座部分;连接到底座部分并且其中弯曲凹槽形成在弯曲部分内部的弯曲部分,其中弯曲部分的端部部分位于间隙处并且当固定螺母拧紧时移动到其中,并且弯曲部分向下弯曲;挤压部分,其形成在弯曲部分的端部部分内侧并且挤压和密封第二管道;以及保护部分,其从弯曲部分的端部部分突出并且保护挤压部分。

管道装配设备还可以包括装配主体填料,其中当夹头移动到间隙中时,装配主体填料可以安装在装配主体内部,压靠第二管道,并压靠保护部分。
粘合带可以缠绕在装配主体和固定螺母的外圆周表面周围,以防止固定螺母旋转并保持装配主体和固定螺母之间的预定距离。
如上所述,将会产生以下效果。
首先,固定螺母被旋转并联接到装配主体,安装在固定螺母内部的夹头被弯曲,并因此可以挤压和密封管道。此外,由于夹头被挤压,并且由保护部分保护执行密封的挤压部分,所以可以防止由于其它组件的冲击而对挤压部分的冲压或损坏。
此外,由于管道和管道装配设备是手动旋转的,并由分别设置在装配主体和固定螺母内的装配主体填料和固定螺母填料临时固定,并由扳手拧紧,所以不需要单独的固定设备。

参考图1,根据本公开的管道装配设备包括连接第一管道10和第二管道20的装配主体100和固定螺母200,并且在图3中示出详细结构。
参考图2和图3,根据本发明实施例的管道装配设备的主要组件是装配主体100、固定螺母200和夹头300,并且管道装配设备还包括扩口填料400、装配主体填料500和固定螺母填料600。
装配主体100是主体,其配置成连接第一管道10和第二管道20。
装配主体100形成为整体圆柱形,并且装配主体100的外圆周表面形成为螺母形状以供扳手使用。此外,装配主体100沿着长度具有腔体,流体可以在该腔体中流动。
阴螺纹部分形成在装配主体100的第一端部,以可旋转地联接到形成在第一管道10的端部处的外圆周表面上的阳螺纹部分。此外,倾斜表面形成在装配主体100内部比阴螺纹部分的位置更深的位置处,以对应于第一管道10的扩口倾斜部分12和扩口填料400。扩口填料400能够被挤压并密封在第一管道10的扩口倾斜部分12和装配主体100的倾斜表面之间。
根据实施例,扩口填料400包括双平面表面,其中每个表面部分具有如图4所示的不同的倾斜角度,以便根据扩口倾斜部分12的角度相应地压靠第一管道10的扩口倾斜部分12。扩口倾斜部分12的角度可以根据国家而变化,但通常为45°或37°。由于扩口填料400包括倾斜角度为45°的倾斜表面和倾斜角度为37°的倾斜表面,因此扩口填料400可以形成并用于一般目的。这里,扩口填料400也可以由铜或铝材料形成。

如图3所示,当紧固固定螺母200时,夹头300朝向装配主体100移动并被挤压。当弯曲部分340的端部部分(见图5)移动到间隙中时,弯曲部分340的端部部分沿着装配主体100的渐缩的倾斜表面移动并被挤压。夹头300在弯曲凹槽342处弯曲,并且在弯曲部分340(见图5)的端部部分处的内表面上形成的挤压部分360(见图5)挤压并密封第二管道20的外圆周表面。
通过形成保护部分380,挤压部分360被阻止与另一组件接触并受到保护,并且因为保护部分380形成在挤压部分360的前面,所以可以防止挤压部分360与装配主体填料500直接接触,并且因此可以防止挤压部分360冲压装配主体填料500,并且保护部分380还可以保护装配主体填料500。
接下来,将根据本发明描述使用管道装配设备的方法。
图6是示出当执行第一管道连接操作时的管道装配设备的示意图,图7是示出当执行第二管道连接操作时的管道装配设备的示意图,以及图8是示出当执行第三管道连接操作时的管道装配设备的示意图。
连接管道装配设备的方法的顺序为图6、图7和图8的顺序。
参考图6,首先,临时联接装配主体100和固定螺母200。当由胶带T固定装配主体100和固定螺母200的外表面时,装配主体100和固定螺母200不被拧紧而松弛,从而允许插入第二管道20。这是因为,如果如此紧密地拧紧装配主体100和固定螺母200,则装配主体填料500和固定螺母填料600会被压缩,并且第二管道20不能穿过固定螺母填料600和装配主体填料500而被插入。因为可以沿着第二管道20的外圆周表面移动联接到装配主体100的固定螺母200,所以优点在于可以在拧紧固定螺母之前将第二管道定位到精确的长度。此外,在移除胶带T之后,装配主体100旋转并联接到第一管道10以压缩扩口填料400,并且将装配主体100和第一管道10制成为气密的。
接下来,参考图7,当手动旋转和拧紧联接到装配主体100的固定螺母200时,压缩固定螺母填料600,并且第二管道20临时固定到固定螺母200。
接下来,参考图8,当固定螺母200通过扳手S进一步朝向装配主体100旋转和拧紧时,压缩夹头300,使得弯曲部分340变形,并且挤压部分360挤压第二管道20,从而制成为气密的。同时,保护部分380压缩装配主体填料500,使得压缩第二管道20,从而制成为气密的。
本发明的范围不限于上述具体实施例。在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,本领域技术人员可以改变或修改的各种其它实施例落入本发明的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种管道装配设备,包括:
装配主体,其中第一端部部分可旋转地连接到第一管道的外圆周表面,第二端部部分围绕第二管道的外表面,倾斜表面是渐缩的、并且形成在所述装配主体内距离所述装配主体的所述第一端部部分一深度处,并且在所述装配主体和所述第二管道之间形成间隙;
固定螺母,其中所述固定螺母的第一端部部分可旋转地连接到所述装配主体的所述第二端部部分的外圆周表面,并且所述固定螺母的第二端部部分围绕所述第二管道的所述外表面;以及
夹头,其设置在所述固定螺母内部,并且在所述固定螺母被旋转和拧紧时挤压所述第二管道,
其中所述夹头包括:底座部分,所述底座部分设置在所述固定螺母内部;弯曲部分,所述弯曲部分连接到所述座部部分,并且弯曲凹槽形成在所述弯曲部分中,所述弯曲部分的端部部分位于所述间隙处,并且在所述固定螺母被拧紧时移动到所述间隙中,并且所述弯曲部向下弯曲;挤压部分,其形成在所述弯曲部分的所述端部部分内,并且挤压和密封所述第二管道;以及保护部分,其从所述弯曲部分的所述端部部分突出并保护所述挤压部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道装配设备,还包括扩口填料,所述扩口填料设置在所述第一管道和所述装配主体之间,并且包括双平面表面,所述双平面表面具有不同的倾斜角度,以根据所述第一管道的扩口倾斜部分的角度相应地压靠所述扩口倾斜部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道装配设备,还包括固定螺母填料,所述固定螺母填料放置在所述固定螺母内,压靠并固定到所述第二管道上以防止所述固定螺母移动,并且压靠所述夹头的所述底座部分以防止所述夹头被推动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道装配设备,还包括装配主体填料,所述装配主体填料位于所述装配主体内部,压靠在所述第二管道上,并且在所述夹头移动到所述间隙中时压靠在所述保护部分上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管道装配设备,其中在所述装配主体的的外圆周表面和所述固定螺母的外圆周表面上贴有粘合带,以防止所述固定螺母旋转,并保持所述装配主体和所述固定螺母之间的预定距离。
