可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,每一所述子像素还包括:依次位于所述多个光敏器件所在层背离所述第一晶体管所在层一侧的面状公共电极、绝缘层和狭缝状像素电极,其中,所述狭缝状像素电极与所述第一晶体管电连接。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,还包括:与所述光敏器件一一对应的驱动电路,所述驱动电路在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述第二行间隙内。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,所述驱动电路包括:与所述第一晶体管同层设置的第二晶体管、第三晶体管和第四晶体管;其中,
所述第二晶体管的栅极与第二栅线电连接,所述第二晶体管的第一极与第一电源线电连接,所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述光敏器件电连接;
所述第三晶体管的栅极与所述光敏器件电连接,所述第三晶体管的第一极与第二电源线电连接,所述第三晶体管的第二极与所述第四晶体管的第一极电连接;
所述第四晶体管的栅极与第三栅线电连接,所述第四晶体管的第二极与读取线电连接。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,所述第二栅线和所述第三栅线在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述第二行间隙内。
另一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种液晶显示面板,包括相对位置的显示基板和彩膜基板,以及位于所述显示基板与所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;其中,所述显示基板为上述显示基板。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,所述彩膜基板包括:黑矩阵;
所述黑矩阵包括:覆盖第二行间隙的第一部,且所述第一部在所述衬底基板上的正投影与所述第二行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第一交叠面积相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,所述第一部具有多个开口,所述光敏器件在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述开口的正投影内。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,所述黑矩阵还包括:覆盖第一行间隙的第二部,且所述第二部在所述衬底基板上的正投影与所述第一行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第二交叠面积相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,所述第一交叠面积与所述第二交叠面积相同。
另一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括:上述液晶显示面板,以及在所述液晶显示面板入光侧的背光模组。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例的附图,对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。需要注意的是,附图中各图形的尺寸和形状不反映真实比例,目的只是示意说明本公开内容。并且自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“内”、“外”、“上”、“下”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)由于其具有重量轻、耗电少、辐射低和携带方便等优点而被广泛应用在现代化信息设备,如显示器、电视、移动电话和数字产品等。相关技术中,如图1所示,液晶显示装置的各像素行之间均设置一条第一栅线Gate1,且用于指纹识别的每个光敏器件(Sensor)与M*N(M≥1,N≥2)个像素对应,其中,M为在第一栅线Gate1延伸方向上对应像素的数量,N为在数据线Data延伸方向上对应像素的数量,光敏器件和与其电连接的第二栅线Gate2、第三栅线Gate3均置于与该光敏器件对应像素所在像素行之间的任一行间隙处,为避免相邻行的亮暗差异,须将遮挡相邻行间隙的黑矩阵(BM)增大以保证相邻行的透过率一致,由此导致该像素架构搭载光敏器件后开口率相对降低20%。
针对相关技术中存在的上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供了一种显示基板Array,如图2和图3所示,包括:
第一衬底基板100;
多个子像素(例如红色子像素R、绿色子像素G和蓝色子像素B),位于第一衬底基板100之上;每两行子像素构成一像素组;
多条第一栅线Gate1,位于像素组之间的第一行间隙处,且每一第一行间隙处设置有两条第一栅线Gate1;
多个光敏器件101,每行光敏器件101在第一衬底基板100上的正投影完全覆盖像素组内的第二行间隙,且与子像素的正投影部分交叠。
在本公开中,通过将相邻子像素行的第一栅线Gate1设置在像素组之间的第一行间隙处,使得光敏器件101所覆盖像素组内的第二行间隙处无需设置第一栅线Gate1,从而可在一定程度上减小第二行间隙的宽度,此时,为保证相邻行亮度相同或相近,第一行间隙也适应性减小,从而提高了开口率。
具体地,如图3所示,光敏器件101可以包括依次层叠设置的金属电极1011、光电转换层1012和透明电极1013,其中光电转换层1012为由P型半导体层、本征半导体层和N型半导体层叠加构成的PIN结构。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的显示基板中,第一行间隙宽度与第二行间隙宽度相等或大致相等,例如在±10%的工艺误差范围内,以使得各行子像素的开口率相近,保证显示的均一性。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,如图2所示,光敏器件101在第一衬底基板100上的正投影与第二行间隙两侧的子像素的正投影交叠面积相同,以使得光敏器件101对第二行间隙相邻的两行子像素的遮挡程度相同,从而保证第二行间隙相邻的两行子像素的开口率相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,沿行方向排列的每n个子像素构成一像素,其中n为正整数;
光敏器件101在行方向上的长度与多个像素在行方向上的长度相等。
具体的,图2中n为3,光敏器件101在行方向上的长度与2个像素在行方向上的长度相等。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,如图2和图3所示,每一子像素包括:位于多个光敏器件101所在层与第一衬底基板100之间的一第一晶体管T1;
在任意一个第一行间隙内,其中一行第一晶体管T1与该第一行间隙处的一条第一栅线Gate1电连接,另一行第一晶体管T1与该第一行间隙处的另一条第一栅线Gate1电连接。也就是说,第一行间隙处的第一晶体管T1形成了“背靠背”式结构。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,如图2和图3所示,每一子像素还包括:依次位于多个光敏器件101所在层背离第一晶体管T1所在层一侧的面状公共电极103、第一绝缘层104和狭缝状像素电极105,其中,狭缝状像素电极105与第一晶体管T1电连接。具体地,狭缝状像素电极105通过其与第一晶体管T1之间各导电膜层实现电连接。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,如图2至图4所示,还包括:与光敏器件101一一对应的驱动电路,驱动电路在第一衬底基板100上的正投影位于第二行间隙内,以避免影响开口率。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,如图4所示,驱动电路包括:与第一晶体管T1同层设置的第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4;其中,
第二晶体管T2的栅极与第二栅线Gate2电连接,第二晶体管T2的第一极与第一电源线VDD1电连接,第二晶体管T2的第二极与光敏器件101电连接;
第三晶体管T3的栅极与光敏器件101电连接,第三晶体管T3的第一极与第二电源线VDD2电连接,第三晶体管T3的第二极与第四晶体管T4的第一极电连接;
第四晶体管T4的栅极与第三栅线Gate电连接,第四晶体管T4的第二极与读取线OUT电连接。
具体地,如图5所示,在复位阶段t1,第二晶体管T2在第二栅线Gate2的控制下导通,使得第一电源线VDD1通过导通的第二晶体管T2对光敏器件101的输出端进行复位;在积分阶段t2,各晶体管均处于截止状态,光敏器件101响应于所接收的可见光而产生并存储光电流信号;在读取阶段t3,第三晶体管T3在光敏器件101存储的光电流信号的控制下导通,并将光电流信号进行放大后写入第四晶体管T4;第四晶体管T4在第三扫描线Gate3的控制下导通,并将放大后的光电流信号写入读取线OUT。
另外,为节省掩膜工艺,实现轻薄化设计,可设置第一栅线Gate1、第二栅线Gate2、第三栅线Gate3同层设置,第一电源线VDD1、第二电源线VDD2、读取线OUT与信号点Data同层设置。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板中,第二栅线Gate2和第三栅线Gate3在第一衬底基板100上的正投影位于第二行间隙内,以避免影响开口率。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例提供了一种液晶显示面板,包括本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板Array。由于该液晶显示面板解决问题的原理与上述显示基板解决问题的原理相似,因此,该液晶显示面板的实施可以参见上述显示基板的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的一种液晶显示面板,如图2和图3所示,包括相对而置的显示基板Array和彩膜基板CF,以及显示基板Array和彩膜基板CF之间的液晶层LC;其中,彩膜基板CF包括:黑矩阵102;
黑矩阵102包括:覆盖第二行间隙的第一部1021,且第一部1021在第一衬底基板100上的正投影与第二行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第一交叠面积相同,以保证第二行间隙两侧的两行子像素开口率相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,为使得经手指反射回的光线可照射至光敏器件,如图2和图3所示,第一部1021具有多个开口,光敏器件101在第一衬底基板100上的正投影位于开口的正投影内。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,如图2和图3所示,黑矩阵102还可以包括:覆盖第一行间隙的第二部1022,且第二部1022在第一衬底基板100上的正投影与第一行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第二交叠面积相同,以使得第一行间隙两侧的两行子像素开口率相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,第一交叠面积与第二交叠面积相同,使得每行子像素开口率相同。
一般地,在本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板中,如图3所示,显示基板还可以包括:第二绝缘层106、偏置电压线107、第三绝缘层108、第一平坦层109、侧壁保护层110、第二平坦层111和栅绝缘层112;狭缝状像素电极105具体通过面状公共电极103、偏置电压线107、金属电极1011中相应的走线实现与第一晶体管T1的电连接。彩膜基板CF还可以包括:色阻层114(具体可包括红光色阻层、绿光色阻层和蓝光色阻层),隔垫物层113和第二衬底基板115。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括本公开实施例提供的上述液晶显示面板,以及位于液晶显示面板入光侧的背光模组。具体地,该背光模组可以为直下式背光模组,也可以为侧入式背光模组。该液晶显示装置可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪、智能手表、健身腕带、个人数字助理等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。对于液晶显示装置的其它必不可少的组成部分均为本领域的普通技术人员应该理解具有的,在此不做赘述,也不应作为对本公开的限制。另外,由于该液晶显示装置解决问题的原理与上述液晶显示面板解决问题的原理相似,因此,该液晶显示装置的实施可以参见上述液晶显示面板的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
本公开实施例提供的上述显示基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置,包括:衬底基板;多个子像素(例如红色子像素R、绿色子像素G和蓝色子像素B),位于衬底基板之上;每两行子像素构成一像素组;多条第一栅线,位于像素组之间的第一行间隙处,且每一像素组之间的第一行间隙处设置有两条第一栅线;多个光敏器件,每行光敏器件在第一衬底基板上的正投影完全覆盖像素组内的第二行间隙,且与子像素的正投影部分交叠。在本公开中,通过将相邻子像素行的第一栅线设置在像素组之间的第一行间隙处,使得光敏器件所覆盖像素组内的第二行间隙处无需设置第一栅线,从而可在一定程度上减小像素组内第二行间隙的宽度,此时,为保证相邻行亮度相同或相近,像素组之间的第一行间隙也适应性减小,从而提高了开口率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开实施例的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (14)
1.一种显示基板,其中,包括:
衬底基板;
多个子像素,位于所述衬底基板之上;每两行所述子像素构成一像素组;
多条第一栅线,位于相邻所述像素组之间的第一行间隙处,且每一所述第一行间隙处设置有两条所述第一栅线;
多个光敏器件,每行所述光敏器件在所述衬底基板上的正投影完全覆盖所述像素组内的第二行间隙,且与所述子像素的正投影部分交叠,其中,所述第二行间隙宽度与所述第一行间隙宽度相等。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,所述光敏器件在所述衬底基板上的正投影与所述第二行间隙两侧的所述子像素的正投影交叠面积相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,沿行方向排列的每n个所述子像素构成一像素,其中n为正整数;
所述光敏器件在行方向上的长度与多个所述像素在行方向上的长度相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,每一所述子像素包括:位于所述多个光敏器件所在层与所述衬底基板之间的一第一晶体管;
在一所述第一行间隙内,其中一行所述第一晶体管与该所述第一行间隙处的一条所述第一栅线电连接,另一行所述第一晶体管与该所述第一行间隙处的另一条所述第一栅线电连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示基板,其中,每一所述子像素还包括:依次位于所述多个光敏器件所在层背离所述第一晶体管所在层一侧的面状公共电极、绝缘层和狭缝状像素电极,其中,所述狭缝状像素电极与所述第一晶体管电连接。
6.如权利要求4所述的显示基板,其中,还包括:与所述光敏器件一一对应的驱动电路,所述驱动电路在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述第二行间隙内。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示基板,其中,所述驱动电路包括:与所述第一晶体管同层设置的第二晶体管、第三晶体管和第四晶体管;其中,
所述第二晶体管的栅极与第二栅线电连接,所述第二晶体管的第一极与第一电源线电连接,所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述光敏器件电连接;
所述第三晶体管的栅极与所述光敏器件电连接,所述第三晶体管的第一极与第二电源线电连接,所述第三晶体管的第二极与所述第四晶体管的第一极电连接;
所述第四晶体管的栅极与第三栅线电连接,所述第四晶体管的第二极与读取线电连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示基板,其中,所述第二栅线和所述第三栅线在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述第二行间隙内。
9.一种液晶显示面板,其中,包括相对位置的显示基板和彩膜基板,以及位于所述显示基板与所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;其中,所述显示基板为如权利要求1-8任一项所述的显示基板。
10.如权利要求9所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述彩膜基板包括:黑矩阵;
所述黑矩阵包括:覆盖第二行间隙的第一部,且所述第一部在所述衬底基板上的正投影与所述第二行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第一交叠面积相同。
11.如权利要求10所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述第一部具有多个开口,所述光敏器件在所述衬底基板上的正投影位于所述开口的正投影内。
12.如权利要求10所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述黑矩阵还包括:覆盖第一行间隙的第二部,且所述第二部在所述衬底基板上的正投影与所述第一行间隙两侧的子像素正投影的第二交叠面积相同。
13.如权利要求12所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述第一交叠面积与所述第二交叠面积相同。
14.一种液晶显示装置,其中,包括:如权利要求10-13任一项所述的液晶显示面板,以及在所述液晶显示面板入光侧的背光模组。
