中国经济的快速发展催生了人们对美容的强烈追求，特别是女性。正所谓“一白遮百丑”，美白对爱美女性特别是亚太地区的女性来说，需求巨大。美白的方法主要包括化学剥落祛斑美白、物理遮盖美白以及生物制剂美白等。化学剥落祛斑美白虽然效果明显，但对人体皮肤刺激性大，安全性无法保证；物理遮盖美白存在使用复杂，美白持续时间短的缺点，所以，目前比较流行的方式是通过生物制剂美白。通过深入的研究调研发现，生物制剂美白具有以下几个缺点：
(1)美白功效不明显；
(2)与其他原料不兼容；
(3)原料稳定性差，易失活；
(4)易致敏；
因此，开发一款安全温和无刺激，美白效果显著，稳定性的好美白产品有较大的应用价值。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：本发明的一种美白组合物，蔗糖二月桂酸酯能够有效作用于B16黑色素细胞，显著降低黑色素小体的成熟，降低黑色素细胞中酪氨酸酶的活性，阻止黑色素合成，提亮肤色；豌豆提取物可以直接作用于细胞，促进胶原蛋白，弹性蛋白和壳聚糖胺合成，通过抑制蛋白分解酶的活性，保护蛋白不被降解，有效提高皮肤的弹性和张力；肌肽是一种高效生物肽，具有抗氧化、抗衰老，清除氧自由基，防止紫外线照射导致的细胞DNA损伤功能，特别地，其抗糖基化作用极其强烈，对黄化肌肤的祛黄效果尤其显著；楝树(LANSIUM DOMESTICUM)提取物可以通过对miR-490-3P片段(控制酪氨酸酶合成RNA片段)作用，增加miRNA表达，抑制mRNA表达，从而降低酪氨酸酶合成，减少黑色素生。本发明的美白组合物采用四种成分，能够显著地抑制络氨酸酶的活性，促进胶原蛋白，弹性蛋白合成，抑制糖基化反应，祛黄美白提亮效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种美白组合物，美白组合物包含：蔗糖二月桂酸酯、豌豆提取物、肌肽、楝树提取物。
美白组合物，以该美白组合物总质量为基准，美白组合物活性成分质量百分比范围是：蔗糖二月桂酸酯0.1％-2％、豌豆提取物0.1％-3％、肌肽0.1％-5％、楝树提取物0.05％-0.5％。
美白组合物可用于制备具有美白效果的化妆品中，包括但不限于：水剂，乳液、膏霜、凝胶或面膜，且美白组合物在化妆品中的重量百分含量为0.5％-8％。
美白组合物在化妆品中的重量百分含量为2％-4％。
以乳液为例，乳液，以该美白组合物的总质量为基准，乳液的质量百分比范围是：美白组合物0.5％-5％、防腐剂0.3％-3％、保湿剂2％-15％、乳化剂1％-5％、润肤剂3％-20％、悬浮剂0.2％-0.5％、Ph调节剂、以及水余量。
防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇，对羟基苯乙酮，辛酰羟肟酸，戊二醇中的一种或多种。
保湿剂选自丙二醇、甘油、甜菜碱、透明质酸中的一种或多种。
乳化剂选自鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡硬脂醇、C12-20烷基葡糖苷、聚山梨醇酯-60中的一种或多种。
润肤剂选自霍霍巴籽油，异构十六烷、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
悬浮剂选自纤维素，卡波姆，小核菌胶中的一种或多种。
Ph调节剂选自氢氧化钾，三乙醇胺，精氨酸中的一种。
实施例与对比例的制备方法：
1)将A相原料依次称入烧杯中，搅拌下加热至90℃，中速均质2min,使原料分散溶解完全，恒温灭菌10min,低速搅拌均匀，备用；
2)将B相原料依次称入另一个烧杯中，搅拌下加热至75℃，恒温低速搅拌3min,使原料溶解完全；
3)中速搅拌下将处理好的B相原料加入A相，中速均质3min，中速搅拌降温；
4)降温至70摄氏度，恒温搅拌10min,消泡完全后，加入C相原料，低速搅拌均匀；
5)低速搅拌降温至45℃，依次加入D相原料，中速搅拌5min,混合均匀，即可。
二、实施例与对比例产品理化性质及安全性和功效评价
1、理化性质
按照化妆品行业通用方法对所述实施例1及对比例1-5美白乳液进行稳定性测试，pH值测试按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)“卫生化学检验方法”pH值的测定。结果如图2所示。
由图2可知，添加美白组合物的美白乳液的耐热、耐寒和循环测试稳定性好，pH值与人体皮肤pH值接近，零负担结
2、安全性评价
对实施例1，对比例1-5制得的美白乳液液进行安全性评价。
受试者20人，年龄20～50岁之间，皮肤健康。随机分组，每组10人。
将受试物约0.020mL～0.025mL滴于斑试器内，外用专用胶带贴覆于受试者手臂，受试期间，不可洗漱受试区域，24小时后去除受试物，分别去除后0.5、6、12、24、48小时观察皮肤反应，按照《化妆品卫生规范》中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。
人体皮肤贴斑实验结果显示：各组受试者通过美白乳液的斑贴实验，在0.5、6、12、24、48小时观察皮肤反应，其中0例出现皮肤不良反应，说明添加美白复合物的美白乳液使用安全。
3、功效评价
对实施例1对比例1-5制得的美白乳液进行功效评价。
受试者96人，年龄区间为20～55岁，其中女性84人，男性12人。将受试者随机平均分成6组，每组16人。分别使用实施例1对比例1-5制得的美白乳液，每天晚上使用一次，使用量为0.15-0.25g,受试区域为志愿者左侧脸颊，右侧脸颊为自身对照。受试期间，不能使用任何其它美白产品，分别于1天，7天，14天，28天采用CK MPA580皮肤测试仪、Mexameter皮肤黑色素和血红素测试探头分析受试者面部肌肤状况，结果如图3所示。
如图3中数据可得，未添加美白组合物的对比例1黑色素含量减少最小，其它添加部分美白组合物，如对比例2-5，或添加全部美白组合物的实施例1的黑色素含量显著降低，皮肤显著变白，透亮。
工作原理：本发明的一种美白组合物，蔗糖二月桂酸酯能够有效作用于B16黑色素细胞，显著降低黑色素小体的成熟，降低黑色素细胞中酪氨酸酶的活性，阻止黑色素合成，提亮肤色；豌豆提取物可以直接作用于细胞，促进胶原蛋白，弹性蛋白和壳聚糖胺合成，通过抑制蛋白分解酶的活性，保护蛋白不被降解，有效提高皮肤的弹性和张力；肌肽是一种高效生物肽，具有抗氧化、抗衰老，清除氧自由基，防止紫外线照射导致的细胞DNA损伤功能，特别地，其抗糖基化作用极其强烈，对黄化肌肤的祛黄效果尤其显著；楝树(LANSIUMDOMESTICUM)提取物可以通过对miR-490-3P片段(控制酪氨酸酶合成RNA片段)作用，增加miRNA表达，抑制mRNA表达，从而降低酪氨酸酶合成，减少黑色素生。本发明的美白组合物采用四种成分，能够显著地抑制络氨酸酶的活性，促进胶原蛋白，弹性蛋白合成，抑制糖基化反应，祛黄美白提亮效果显著。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (11)
1.一种美白组合物，其特征在于：所述美白组合物包含：蔗糖二月桂酸酯、豌豆提取物、肌肽、楝树提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白组合物，其特征在于：所述美白组合物，以该美白组合物总质量为基准，所述美白组合物活性成分质量百分比范围是：蔗糖二月桂酸酯0.1％-2％、豌豆提取物0.1％-3％、肌肽0.1％-5％、楝树提取物0.05％-0.5％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白组合物，其特征在于：所述美白组合物可用于制备具有美白效果的化妆品中，包括水剂，乳液、膏霜、凝胶或面膜，且所述美白组合物在所述化妆品中的重量百分含量为0.5％-8％。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种美白组合物，其特征在于：所述美白组合物在所述化妆品中的重量百分含量为2％-4％。
5.一种乳液，其特征在于：所述乳液，以该美白组合物的总质量为基准，所述乳液的质量百分比范围是：美白组合物0.5％-5％、防腐剂0.3％-3％、保湿剂2％-15％、乳化剂1％-5％、润肤剂3％-20％、悬浮剂0.2％-0.5％、Ph调节剂、以及水余量。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇，对羟基苯乙酮，辛酰羟肟酸，戊二醇中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述保湿剂选自丙二醇、甘油、甜菜碱、透明质酸中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述乳化剂选自鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡硬脂醇、C12-20烷基葡糖苷、聚山梨醇酯-60中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述润肤剂选自霍霍巴籽油，异构十六烷、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述悬浮剂选自纤维素，卡波姆，小核菌胶中的一种或多种。
11.根据权利要求5所述的一种乳液，其特征在于：所述Ph调节剂选自氢氧化钾，三乙醇胺，精氨酸中的一种。
