本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,特别是涉及一种含氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮的杀虫组合物及其用途。
背景技术
氯虫苯甲酰胺的化学结构具有其他任何杀虫剂不具备的全新杀虫原理,能高效激活昆虫鱼尼丁(肌肉)受体使内部储存的钙非正常流失,结合的位点不同于鱼尼丁。主要通过摄入吸收,以胃毒为主,其次是接触,接触药剂的昆虫变现为嗜睡和肌肉毛笔,昆虫迅速停止取食,慢慢死亡,对鳞翅目害虫的幼虫活性高,杀虫谱广,持效性好。根据目前的试验结果对靶标害虫的活性比其它产品高出10-100倍.并且可以导致某些鳞翅目昆虫交配过程紊乱,研究证明其能降低多种夜蛾科害虫的产卵率,由于其持效性好和耐雨水冲刷的生物学特性,这些特性实际上是渗透性、传导性、化学稳定性、高杀虫活性和导致害虫立即停止取食等作用的综合体现。可防治大多数咀嚼式害虫,适用作物包括果树、蔬菜、葡萄、棉花、甘蔗、水稻和草坪。因此决定了其比目前绝大多数在用的其它杀虫剂有更长和更稳定的和对作物的保护作用。
氟吡呋喃酮,英文通用名称:flupyradifurone,是德国拜耳公司开发的一种研发代号为BYI02960的杀虫剂。氟吡呋喃酮以全新的丁烯酸内酯药效团为其生物活性骨架,是一种安全、有效的IPM工具。可以用于防治水稻、果树、蔬菜、中耕作物及观赏植物上刺吸式口器害虫、锉吸式口器害虫和双翅目幼虫如蚧壳虫、叶蝉、飞虱、木虱、蓟马和美洲斑潜蝇等,无论是叶面处理、种子处理还是土壤处理都有良好效果,且毒性很低。
氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮均是良好的杀虫单剂,但在农业生产的实际过程中,防治害虫最容易产生的问题是害虫抗药性的产生。不同品种成分进行复配,是防治抗性害虫很常见的方法。不同成分进行复配,根据实际应用效果,来判断某种复配是增效、加和还是拮抗作用。绝大多数情况下,农药的复配效果都是加和效应,真正有增效作用的复配很少,尤其是增效作用非常明显、共毒系数很高的复配就更少了。经过发明人研究,发现将氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮复配后能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮复配的相关报道尚未公开。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种复配组合物,并将其制成抗性风险小、杀虫谱广、药效长、成本低、环境污染小的农用复配杀虫组合物。
发明的技术方案为:农用复配的杀虫组合物,其有效成分为氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮复配。
所述有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮的重量比为1:50~50:1,优选1:10~10:1。
上述有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮可以通过各种商业渠道购得。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以通过已知方法制备成农业上允许的剂型,较好的剂型为悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
在上述杀虫组合物中,除有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮外,还包括农用制剂辅助成分。有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮在所述杀虫组合物中所占的总的重量百分含量为1%~90%,优选20%~80%。所述农药制剂辅助成分包括载体和助剂。
所述载体为水、溶剂或填料中的一种、二种或三种,水优选去离子水。所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、甲醇、乙醇、三甲基环己酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙胺。N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、丁醚、乙醇胺、异丙胺、乙酸乙酯或乙腈中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉或轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述助剂至少包括一种表面活性剂,根据不同的使用场合和需求,还可加入防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、消泡剂等其他功能性助剂。所述表面活性剂选自乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂或渗透剂中的一种或四种。上述表面活性剂为常见的非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂的单剂或复配制剂。
所述其他功能性助剂选自防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂或消泡剂中一种或五种。

所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、羧甲基纤维素或硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述稳定剂选自环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、BHT、乙酸乙酯、磷酸三苯酯的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述崩解剂选自膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、低取代羟丙基纤维素、乳糖、柠檬酸、丁二酸或碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种组成的混合物。所述消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10~C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物或C8~C10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
上述物质均可通过市场购得。
本发明具备以下优点:
1、扩大虫谱,对于鳞翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目等具有良好的杀虫效果;2、增效作用明显,不是各组分活性简单的叠加,药效大幅提高;
3、防治药效突出,持效期长,抗性风险小;
4、有效成分的田间用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染;
5、由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓害虫抗药性的产生。
具体实施案例:
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。
将不同结构类型的农药有效成分进行复配,是目前解决农药单剂使用过程中成本和抗性等问题的一项有效措施。不同结构类型的农药有效成分混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。但具体为何种作用,无法预测,只能通过大量试验得出结论。复配增效较好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药使用剂量,有助于延缓抗性的产生,是抗性治理的重要手段之一。
一、制剂制备案例:
本发明杀虫组合物可以用已知的方法制备成适合农业上使用的悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用以解释本发明,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。
制剂实施例1:51%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺50%、氟吡呋喃酮1%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、烷基萘磺酸钠3%、甲基纤维素3%、丙三醇3%、硅油0.8%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得51%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2:82%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮可湿性粉剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺80%、氟吡呋喃酮2%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、烷基萘磺酸钙6%,高岭土补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得82%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例3:31%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微乳剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺30%、氟吡呋喃酮1%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮10%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙8%、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯5%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚7%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得31%的氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微乳剂。
制剂实施例4:21%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水乳剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺20%、氟吡呋喃酮1%、环己酮5%、农乳600#3%、吐温-60#2%、农乳2201#4%、聚羧酸盐6%、苯甲酸3%、丙二醇3%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得21%的氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水乳剂。
制剂实施例5:11%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微囊悬浮剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺10%、氟吡呋喃酮1%、高分子囊壁材料聚合物MDI3%、溶剂亚麻油5%和S-200溶剂油9%,乳化剂三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物3.5%、分散剂烷基萘磺酸钠5%。将上述有效成分、高分子囊壁材料、溶剂混合,使溶解成均匀油相,乳化剂、分散剂溶于水中制备成均匀水相,在剪切条件下,将油相加入水相溶液中,制备成乳液,搅拌下加入10%乙二胺水溶液4%,升温至65℃保温反应4.0h,两种材料在油水界面发生反应,形成高分子囊壁,即可制得11%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微囊悬浮剂。
制剂实施例6:72%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水分散粒剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺60%、氟吡呋喃酮12%、木质素磺酸钠6%、十二烷基苯硫酸钙10%、烷基硫酸钙5%、聚乙二醇3%,高岭土补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得72%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例7:20%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺10%、氟吡呋喃酮10%、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠4%、烷基磺酸钙5%、甲基纤维素4%、乙二醇5%、硅油1.5%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得20%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮剂。
制剂实施例8:12%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微乳剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺2%、氟吡呋喃酮10%、环己酮10%、农乳700#3%、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚10%、环氧氯丙烷2%、有机硅3%、噻酮5%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得12%的氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微乳剂。
制剂实施例9:22%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水乳剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺2%、氟吡呋喃酮20%、溶剂油15%、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%、吐温-60#3%、农乳600#4%、黄原胶5%、苯甲酸3%、丙三醇2%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得22%的氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水乳剂。
制剂实施例10:21%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微囊悬浮剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺1%、氟吡呋喃酮20%、高分子囊壁材料聚合物MDI 2%、溶剂亚麻油5%和S-200溶剂油7%,乳化剂农乳600#4%、分散剂烷基萘磺酸钙3%。将上述有效成分、高分子囊壁材料、溶剂混合,使溶解成均匀油相,乳化剂、分散剂溶于水中制备成均匀水相,在剪切条件下,将油相加入水相溶液中,制备成乳液,搅拌下加入10%乙二胺水溶液4%,升温至65℃保温反应4.0h,两种材料在油水界面发生反应,形成高分子囊壁,即可制得21%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮微囊悬浮剂。
制剂实施例11:31%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮可分散油悬浮剂称取氯虫苯甲酰胺1%、氟吡呋喃酮30%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚3%、农乳600#3%、烷基萘磺酸盐钠5%、膨润土3%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、二丁基羟基甲苯3%,大豆油补足100%。上述原料经混合,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径小于5μm即制得31%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮可分散油悬浮剂。制剂实施例12:41%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬乳剂
称取氯虫苯甲酰胺1%,氟吡呋喃酮40%,Solvesso20010%,乙氧基化蓖麻油5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钙12%,改性木质素磺酸钙5%,羧甲基纤维素5%,膨润土3%,丙二醇5%,去离子水补足100%。先将氟吡呋喃酮溶解在Solvesso200中,加入乙氧基化蓖麻油得到氟吡呋喃酮乳油,再将上述各组分按比例混合均匀,经砂磨,制备成悬浮剂。将氟吡呋喃酮的油相加入到含氯虫苯甲酰胺的悬浮剂中,得到41%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮悬乳剂。
制剂实施例13:51%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水分散粒剂
氯虫苯甲酰胺1%、氟吡呋喃酮50%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物6%、烷基硫酸钙10%,白炭黑补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得51%氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮水分散粒剂。
二、生物联合毒力
生物测定实施案例1:氯虫苯酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮复配对水稻稻飞虱的室内联合毒力测定试验。
试验对象:褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens(Stdl)),室内人工饲养多代。试验方法:参照《农业行业标准NY/T 1154.11-2008》第11部分稻茎浸渍法。选取实验室培养的健壮一致的分蘖水稻苗,连根挖取,洗净,剪成月10cm长的带根稻茎,于阴凉处晾至表面无水痕。将准备好的稻茎在分别在稀释好的药剂中浸30s,取出晾干后,用湿脱脂棉包住根部保湿,外包保鲜膜,置于培养皿中,放入培养皿中,用吸虫器将3龄中期若虫移入培养皿中,每个15头,设清水为对照,每个处理4次重复。处置后在温度26℃环境内培养,相对湿度为65%,光照周期为16:8h条件下饲养和观察。处理后48小时检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。
采用几率值分析的方法对数据进行处理,计算各药剂的LC50,再依据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
当CTC≤80,则组合表现为拮抗作用;
当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用;
当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)×100。毒力测定结果见表1。

从表1中试验结果可以看出,氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮的配比在50:1~1:50之间时,对褐飞虱的共毒系数均在120以上,具有协同增效作用,特别是配比在10:1~1:10之间时,增效作用最明显,其共毒系数均在190以上。
生物测定实施案例2:氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮复配对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的室内联合毒力测定试验。
试验对象:甜菜夜蛾(Beet armyworm),室内人工饲养多代。
试验方法:试验参考《农业行业标准NY/T 1154.14-2008》第14部分采用浸叶法进行测定。用不同浓度的药液将滤纸湿润,铺在9cm培养皿内,将甘蓝叶置于不同浓度药液中浸泡15s,取出放在培养皿内,然后用毛笔轻轻地移入20头大小一致的3龄若虫,将试虫移至(25±1)℃,14/10(L/D),相对湿度70%的温室中正常培养。每一处理重复4次。
用DPS9.50统计分析软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),统计和计算方法同生物测定实施例1。毒力测定结果见表2。

从表2中试验结果可以看出,氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮的配比在50:1~1:50之间时,对甜菜夜蛾共毒系数均在120以上,具有协同增效作用,特别是配比在10:1~1:10之间时,增效作用最明显,其共毒系数均在170以上。
三、田间药效案例
田间应用实施例1:氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂对水稻褐飞虱的田间药效试验
试验前起垄,划小区,小区面积为25m2,采用背负式喷雾器进行均匀喷雾,选取的水田水稻生长基本一致,正处于分蘖盛期,褐飞虱发生情况基本一致,采用5点抽样法药前调查虫口基数,并于药后7d、15d和30d调查活虫数。计算防治效果。防治效果计算方法如下:
虫口减退率%=(药前虫口基数-药后活虫数)/药前虫口基数*100
防治效果(%)=(处理区虫口减退率-空白区虫口减退率)/(100-空白区虫口减退率)*100

从表3中试验结果可以看出,氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂在防治水稻褐飞虱田间药效试验时,各复配剂药后7d、15d和30d的防效均高于对照药剂200克/升氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂和17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液剂的防效,说明氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂对褐飞虱的防治效果良好。试验过程中,也观察到各药剂对水稻和天敌均无影响。田间应用实施例2:氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂对黄瓜甜菜夜蛾的田间药效试验
试验在海利尔生测基地开展,每处理4次重复,施药前进行虫口基数调查,药后1天、3天、7天分别调查存活的甜菜夜蛾数量,计算防治效果。防治效果计算方法如下:
虫口减退率%=(药前虫口基数-药后活虫数)/药前虫口基数*100
防治效果(%)=(处理区虫口减退率-空白区虫口减退率)/(100-空白区虫口减退率)*100

从表3中试验结果可以看出,氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂在防治黄瓜甜菜夜蛾田间药效试验时,各复配剂药后1d、3d和7d的防效均高于对照药剂200克/升氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂和17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液剂的防效,说明氯虫苯甲酰胺·氟吡呋喃酮复配剂对甜菜夜蛾的防治效果良好。试验过程中,也观察到各药剂对水稻和天敌均无影响。
Claims (6)
1.一种含氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:组合物中含有有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮的两者的质量比为1:50~50:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟吡呋喃酮的两者的质量比优选1:10~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺与氟吡呋喃酮在所述杀虫组合物中所占的总的重量百分含量为1%~90%,优选20%~80%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述杀虫组合物的剂型是悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
6.权利要求1所述杀虫组合物用于防治水稻、蔬菜和果树上飞虱、潜叶蝇、蓟马、蚜虫、蚧壳虫等害虫的用途。
