Abstract
本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,具体地说涉及一种含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的杀虫组合物,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的重量比为1:50~50:1。本发明将两有效成分进行优势互补,真正起到了增效、扩谱的作用。二者按一定比例混配后具有明显增效作用,能减少各单剂的使用量,提高防治效果,不仅如此,利用本发明提供的杀虫组合物,可减少溴虫氟苯双酰胺的施用量和使用次数,减轻农药残留。

本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的杀虫组合物。
背景技术
小菜蛾,鳞翅目菜蛾科,Plutella xylostella(Linnaeus);别名:小青虫、两头尖。世界性迁飞害虫,主要为害甘蓝、紫甘蓝、青花菜、薹菜、芥菜、花椰菜、白菜、油菜、萝卜等十字花科植物。为害特点:初龄幼虫仅取食叶肉,留下表皮,在菜叶上形成一个个透明的斑,"开天窗",3~4龄叶食成孔洞和缺刻,严重时全叶被吃成网状。在苗期常集中心叶为害,影响包心。在留种株上,危害嫩茎、幼荚和籽粒。
地老虎属夜蛾科。世界约2万种,中国约1600种。成虫口器发达,多食性作物害虫。种类很多,农业作物造成危害的有10余种。其中小地老虎、黄地老虎、大地老虎、白边地老虎和警纹地老虎等尤为重要。均以幼虫为害。寄主和危害对象有棉、玉米、高粱、粟、麦类、薯类、豆类、麻类、苜蓿、烟草、甜菜、油菜、瓜类以及多种蔬菜等。药用植物、牧草和林木苗圃的实生幼苗也常受害。多种杂草常为其重要寄主。
溴虫氟苯双酰胺由巴斯夫与三井化学(MCAG)共同研发,作用机理新颖,是被国际杀虫剂抗性行动委员会归入第30族的新型杀虫剂成分,与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性,在控制多种咀嚼式口器害虫方面有卓越的功效,能够针对经济作物和大田作物防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目及蓟马等害虫,在公共卫生中可用于防控白蚁、蚂蚁、蟑螂和苍蝇等害虫。溴虫氟苯双酰胺这一成分还可开发用于谷物种衣剂防治金针虫。
这种作用于鱼尼丁受体的新型化合物,虽然活性较高,与传统农药无交叉性,选择性好,对人畜安全,但这类农药如果长期单一使用,害虫会很快产生抗性。
虫螨腈为新型吡咯类化合物,作用于昆虫体内细胞的线粒体上,通过昆虫体内的多功能氧化酶起作用,主要抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)向三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的转化。而三磷酸腺苷贮存细胞维持其生命机能所必须的能量。该药具有胃毒及触杀作用。在叶面渗透性强,有一定的内吸作用,且具有杀虫谱广、防效高、持效长、安全的特点。可以控制抗性害虫。防治对象主要为小菜蛾、菜青虫、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、菜螟、菜蚜、斑潜蝇、蓟马等多种蔬菜害虫。
申请人经大量试验研究发现,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈混合使用,不仅能起到良好的药效增效作用,同时能减少溴虫氟苯双酰胺的用药量。经检索,目前尚无溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈混配增效的相关研究。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种不易产生抗性的,具有增效作用的含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的杀虫组合物及其应用。
本发明所述的含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的杀虫组合物,其有效成分包括A和B,其中有效成分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,有效成分B为虫螨腈。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物,其有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:50~50:1。
本发明对有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为50:1、40:1、30:1、20:1、10:1、5:1、1:1、1:5、1:10、1:20、1:30、1:40和1:50复配得到的杀虫组合物进行了对小菜蛾等害虫的毒力测定。检测结论显示,有效成分A和有效成分B为1:50~50:1时,所述的杀虫组合物共毒系数均大于120,具有良好的增效杀虫作用。
经进一步优选,所述杀虫组合物中有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:30~10:1时具有更高的共毒系数,当所述的杀虫组合物中有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:20~3:1时,共毒系数达到以上,因此选择1:20~3:1为有效成分A和有效成分B的最优重量比。
进一步的,所述的杀虫组合物中还包括农药制剂辅助成分,其中杀虫组物中的有效成分占杀虫组合物的重量百分比为0.5%~90%,优选为5%~20%。
进一步的说,所述的杀虫组合物中所含的农药制剂辅助成分包括载体和助剂。
所述载体为水、溶剂或填料中的一种、二种或三种,水优选去离子水。
所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、甲醇、乙醇、三甲基环己酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙胺。N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、丁醚、乙醇胺、异丙胺、乙酸乙酯或乙腈中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉或轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述助剂至少包括一种表面活性剂,根据不同的使用场合和需求,还可加入防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、消泡剂等其他功能性助剂。

所述消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物或C8-C10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
上述所述的物质均可通过市场购得。
本发明用已知的方法可制备成适合农业生产使用的任意一种剂型,比较好的剂型有可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、乳油。
本发明还提供了前述杀虫组合物在防治蔬菜上的菜青虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、地老虎等多种鳞翅目害虫,防治效果优异、并可以减少各有效成分的施用剂量,提供防治效果,降低害虫抗药性,延长防效时间。
本发明的优异效果在于:
有效成分A与有效成分B作用机理不同,相互混用能延缓或客服害虫抗药性产生,会延长新化合物A的使用寿命。本发明的两种有效成分按照不同的比例混配后,具有明显的增效作用,能减少各单剂的施用量,提高防治效果,延缓抗性。
具体实施方式:
下面将结合实施例对本发明的优选实施方式进行详细说明。需要理解的是一下实施例的给出仅是为了起到说明作用,并不是对本发明范围进行限制。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的宗旨和精神的情况下,可以对本发明进行各种修改和替换。
下述实施例中所使用的方法如无特殊情况说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所使用的材料、如无特殊情况说明,均可从商业途径购得。
一、制剂制备案例
1、实施例1
称取10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、10%虫螨腈、7%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、5%十二烷基硫酸钠,膨润土补足余量。将上述原料在混合机中混合,经超微气流粉碎机后再次混合均匀,即可制成20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂。
2、实施例1
称取15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、30%虫螨腈、8%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6%拉开粉BX、5%硫酸铵、3%羧甲基纤维素钠,白炭黑补足余量。按上述原料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎并混合均匀,再加水捏合造粒,在沸腾干燥机中干燥、筛分,经检测分析,即可制成35%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·虫螨腈水分散粒剂。
3、实施例3
称取10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、5%虫螨腈、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1.5%乙二醇、0.6%黄原胶、0.4%己醇、3%三硅氧烷、0.8%苯甲酸钠,去离子水补足余量。将去离子水和其它助剂经高速剪切均质机混合均匀,再加入有效成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺、虫螨腈,在砂磨机中进行砂磨,使悬浮剂粒径D90在5μm以下,即可制成15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂。
4、实施例4
称取15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、5%虫螨腈、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1.5%乙二醇、0.6%黄原胶、0.4%己醇、3%三硅氧烷、0.8%苯甲酸钠,去离子水补足余量。将去离子水和其它助剂经高速剪切均质机混合均匀,再加入有效成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺、虫螨腈,在砂磨机中进行砂磨,使悬浮剂粒径D90在5μm以下,即可制成20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂。
5、实施例5
称取5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、15%虫螨腈、15%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、油酸甲酯补足至100%,将上述物料按比例混合,经溶解搅拌均匀后,即可制成20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·虫螨腈乳油。
一、活性案例
(一)室内活性案例
本实验用于研究不同质量比溴虫氟苯双酰胺(A)与虫螨腈(B)复配对小菜蛾的联合毒力。
试虫:小菜蛾。
供试药剂:溴虫氟苯双酰胺(A)与虫螨腈(B)以不同配比制备的悬浮剂。
试验依据:NY/T1154.9-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第9部分喷雾法》,NY/T1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准侧杀虫剂第7部分混配的联合作用测定》。
试验方法:将新鲜的甘蓝叶片,放入电邮保湿滤纸的培养皿中,用Potter喷雾塔在菜叶叶面喷施一次药液后,翻转叶片。每个培养皿中放入试虫10头,再喷药液一次,每次喷雾量为10ml。依同样的方法喷灯亮的清水为空白对照。每处理重复4次。处理后试虫置于温度为25±1℃,相对湿度为95%环境中,并在48小时后调查死亡情况。
数据调查与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式1和2计算,计算结果均保留2个小数点。

K-处理死亡虫数,单位为头;
N-表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1-校正死亡率,单位百分数(%);
Pt-处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0-空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式2进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
统计分析:用统计分析系统进行数据粉丝,计算各药剂的LC50。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC)按式3、4、5计算:

S-标准药剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升;
L-混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升。
TTI=TIA*PA+TIB*PB···············4

PA-A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB-B药剂毒力指数;
PB-B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。
CTC=ATI/TTI*100···············5

CTC-共毒系数;
ATI-混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI-混剂理论毒力指数。
复配药剂的共毒系数CTC≥120,表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;CTC介于80至120之间表现为相加作用。

(二)田间药效试验
本试验案例利用实施例1至5中所制备的杀虫组合物研究其对田间小菜蛾的防治效果。
试验依据:GB/T 17980.13-2000《田间药效试验准则(一)杀虫剂防治十字花科蔬菜的鳞翅目幼虫》
试验方法:采用喷雾法,亩用喷雾药液75公斤,均匀喷雾于甘蓝上,施药1次。设同处理重复4次。计数每小区不少于10株作物上不同龄期的活幼虫数,调查整个植株。调查施药前,施药后1天,3天,7天及,14天。
药效计算方法,药效按式(1)、式(2)计算:

CK0:空白对照区药前虫数;
CK1:空白对照区药后虫数。

根据表2可以看出,根据溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈混配对于小菜蛾田间药效均在85以上,且防效时间长。
Claims (9)
1.一种含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺与虫螨腈的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:其有效成分A和有效成分B。有效成分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,有效成分B虫螨腈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:50~50:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:30~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:有效成分A和有效成分B的重量比为1:20~3:1。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的农药组合物还包括农药制剂辅助成分。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物中有效成分杀虫组合物中的重量百分比为0.5%~90%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物中有效成分杀虫组合物中的重量比为5%~20%。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的农药制剂辅助成分包括载体和助剂。
9.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、6、7、9所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、乳油。
