Abstract
本发明公开了一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,包括下横板本体,下横板本体由基材层、抗老化层和耐磨层组成,基材层的外部包覆有抗老化层,抗老化层的外部包覆有耐磨层,下横板本体的内部的四个角分别设置有螺钉孔基座,螺钉孔基座的表面设置有螺钉孔,螺钉孔基座的边侧设置有加强筋。本发明通过设置蜂窝结构的加强筋,很大程度的提高了座椅靠背的静强度和冲击强度,且螺钉孔基座可使螺钉到座椅的距离减短,使下横板与座椅连接牢固,同时下横板本体由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成抗老化层和三氧化二铝材料制作的耐磨层组成,可加强基材层的抗老化能力,防止人体与靠背座椅的接触摩擦使横板受损,从而延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车座椅,特别涉及一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和人们生活品质的提高,人们对汽车车内装饰的舒适性和安全性要求也越来越高,其中,座椅护板是汽车座椅不可缺少的组成部分,特别是汽车座椅靠背骨架,汽车座椅内部的重要结构之一,承载着人体对座椅的大部分冲击和压力,而现目前的汽车座椅背靠,结构采用一体式板体设计,刚性大,抗冲击能力差,内部的弹簧均采用金属材料,质量大且柔性不够,舒适度降低,且汽车经常有急刹车或者急启动的情况,十分容易造成人体对汽车背靠产生一定力度的冲击而使靠背破损甚至断裂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,通过设置蜂窝结构的加强筋,蜂窝结构强度很高,重量又很轻,可使下横板本体的强度增加,很大程度的提高了座椅靠背的静强度和冲击强度,且螺钉孔基座可使螺钉到座椅的距离减短,使下横板与座椅连接牢固,同时下横板本体由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成抗老化层和三氧化二铝材料制作的耐磨层组成,可加强基材层的抗老化能力,防止人体与靠背座椅的接触摩擦使横板受损,从而延长使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,包括下横板本体,所述下横板本体由基材层、抗老化层和耐磨层组成,所述基材层的外部包覆有抗老化层,所述抗老化层的外部包覆有耐磨层,所述下横板本体的内部的四个角分别设置有螺钉孔基座,所述螺钉孔基座的表面设置有螺钉孔,所述螺钉孔基座的边侧设置有加强筋。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述加强筋呈蜂窝结构。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述基材层由TPU材料制作而成,所述抗老化层由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成,所述耐磨层由三氧化二铝材料制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明是一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,通过设置蜂窝结构的加强筋,蜂窝结构强度很高,重量又很轻,可使下横板本体的强度增加,很大程度的提高了座椅靠背的静强度和冲击强度,且螺钉孔基座可使螺钉到座椅的距离减短,使下横板与座椅连接牢固,同时下横板本体由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成抗老化层和三氧化二铝材料制作的耐磨层组成,可加强基材层的抗老化能力,防止人体与靠背座椅的接触摩擦使横板受损,从而延长使用寿命。

此外,如果已知技术的详细描述对于本发明的特征是不必要的,则将其省略。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,包括下横板本体1,下横板本体1由基材层2、抗老化层3和耐磨层4组成,基材层2的外部包覆有抗老化层3,抗老化层3的外部包覆有耐磨层4,下横板本体1的内部的四个角分别设置有螺钉孔基座5,螺钉孔基座5的表面设置有螺钉孔7,螺钉孔基座5的边侧设置有加强筋6。
进一步的,加强筋6呈蜂窝结构,加强筋6和螺钉孔基座5的高度至少为50mm,突出设置在下横板本体1的内表面,蜂窝结构强度很高,重量又很轻,可使下横板本体1的强度增加,很大程度的提高了座椅靠背的静强度和冲击强度,且螺钉孔基座5可使螺钉到座椅的距离减短,使下横板与座椅连接牢固。
基材层2由TPU材料制作而成,TPU具有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,是一种成熟的环保材料,其具有其它塑料材料所无法比拟的强度高、韧性好、耐磨、耐寒、耐油、耐水、耐老化、耐气候等特性,同时具有高防水性透湿性、防风、防寒、抗菌、防霉、保暖、抗紫外线以及能量释放等许多优异的功能,能保护汽车座椅内部的零部件不受环境影响而受损,抗老化层3由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成,可加强基材层2的抗老化能力,延长使用寿命,耐磨层4由三氧化二铝材料制作而成,可防止人体与靠背座椅的接触摩擦使横板受损。

1.一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,包括下横板本体(1),其特征在于,所述下横板本体(1)由基材层(2)、抗老化层(3)和耐磨层(4)组成,所述基材层(2)的外部包覆有抗老化层(3),所述抗老化层(3)的外部包覆有耐磨层(4),所述下横板本体(1)的内部的四个角分别设置有螺钉孔基座(5),所述螺钉孔基座(5)的表面设置有螺钉孔(7),所述螺钉孔基座(5)的边侧设置有加强筋(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,其特征在于,所述加强筋(6)呈蜂窝结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型汽车座椅靠背下横板,其特征在于,所述基材层(2)由TPU材料制作而成,所述抗老化层(3)由聚丙烯树脂材料制作而成,所述耐磨层(4)由三氧化二铝材料制作而成。
