Abstract
本发明涉及一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,在醇酸树脂结构中引入聚氨酯、磷酸酯功能单体,由植物油脂肪酸、间苯二甲酸、有机酸酐、二元醇、支链多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、多异氰酸酯、中和剂通过反应制得;所述烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯由甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、R6‑8OH和五氧化二磷通过反应制得。本发明制得的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其玻璃化温度Tg为20~40℃、分子量为10000~12000、粒径为200~300nm;具有优良的附着力、耐水性、耐化学品性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐盐雾性;广泛用于水性防腐涂料、水性钢构涂料、水性工程机械涂料、水性木器涂料、水性塑胶涂料等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性水性醇酸树脂,尤其涉及到一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,属于水性树脂合成技术领域。
背景技术
以植物油或脂肪酸改性,由多元醇和多元酸酯化而合成的醇酸树脂,包括干性、半干性和不干性油树脂,有长油度、油度之分,具有良好的光泽和分散性,是醇酸、氨基、硝基、聚氨酯等许多类涂料的主要成膜物质,醇酸树脂是传统涂料用树脂,具有优良的耐久性、光泽、保光保色性、硬度、柔韧性,极好的涂刷性,因此在溶剂型涂料中占有极为重要的位置和极大的份额。另外,醇酸树脂的生产不依赖于石油工业,不易受到国际石油价格的影响,价格便宜,醇酸树脂各组分间可调,支化度、官能度可变,产品转型投入周转的周期短等优点,这些都是其他树脂所不能比拟的。
近些年来伴随着我国国民经济的蓬勃发展,在日常的生产生活中对涂料的应用需求也在逐年的增加,在涂料被大量使用的同时却因为涂料中存在大量的有机挥发物产生对大气严重污染,同时也会对人类的生活和生态环境有严重损坏,因此,为了保护这个人类赖以生存的环境和人类的健康,大多数的发达国家早已制定出越来越严格的标准来限制有机溶剂涂料的使用,加快溶剂型涂料向低污染方向发展,随着中国加入世贸组织,对涂料进行无污染化也体现的十分重要,故大多数的科研机构和高校已经着手进行无污染的绿色环境友好涂料开发研制。
水溶性醇酸涂料以水为溶剂,使成膜物质均匀地分散或溶解在水中,不含苯类等有机溶剂,有利于减轻环境污染和对人体健康的危害。因此,水性醇酸树脂是一种具有广阔市场发展前景的环境友好型涂料。
聚氨酯是由多异氰酸酯、大分子聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇以及小分子多元醇和多元胺类扩链剂聚合而成的聚合物,聚氨酯具有硬度大、耐磨损、附着性能优良等优点,因而被广泛应用于涂料、胶黏剂、泡沫塑料、油墨及橡胶等领域;磷酸酯是一类常用的附着力促进剂,适用于铜、铁、铝、木材、塑料等各种底材,特别是对铜、铁、铝等金属基材的附着有明显促进效果,这是因为磷酸基团的强极性与基材产生了强烈的化学键合作用,但磷酸酯具有较高的酸值,一般添加量不能过多,过多会影响涂层的耐水性。
何立凡,程星光等公开了磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂的合成及性能研究,其先采用马来酸酐和丙烯酸酯、磷酸酯自由基溶液共聚合成一种低相对分子质量的预聚物,再与单甘油酯、邻苯二甲酸酐、二羟甲基丙酸单体酯化合成一种改性的醇酸树脂,加入三乙胺中和成盐后,加水高速搅拌制得粒径分布在20~100nm澄清透明的水分散醇酸树脂。程星光(磷酸酯丙烯酸改性水性醇酸树脂的合成及性能研究,2011年,北京化工大学位,硕士论文),其采用单甘油酯法合成水性醇酸树脂,首先通过醇解反应提高反应物之间的相容性,接着利用马来酸配与丙烯酸酯、磷酸酯共聚合成一种新型的改性预聚体,利用该预聚体结构中的酸酐键参与酯化合成了丙烯酸酯改性的水性醇酸树脂;由于醇酸树脂附着力较差,上述发明的改性醇酸树脂附着力只能达到1级,且其硬度不高,不易打磨,交联密度不够,防水性不好,且所用的磷酸酯单体烷基碳数较少,合成乳液的相容性较差。
目前水性醇酸树脂涂料存在防腐期性能差,涂装后易闪蚀,耐酸耐候性差,附着力低,硬度不高和稳定性差等问题,至今还没有公开的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂资料,本发明引入聚氨酯/磷酸酯功能单体,增加乳液的交联密度、附着力以及硬度,提高水性醇酸树脂涂料的防腐性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂及其制备方法。
磷酸酯功能单体中的磷酸基团具有强极性,与基材能产生强烈的化学键合作用,磷与金属底材能形成致密的保护膜,使金属底材磷化,增加其与基材的附着力与交联密度,从而改善其防腐性与耐盐雾性能。
本发明引入的磷酸酯功能单体为烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,烷基碳链的长短将影响树脂性能,如碳链过长,在自由基聚合时位阻较大,影响烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的纯度;碳链过短,相容性较差,因此选择烷基碳链长为6-8。
为了解决醇酸树脂耐候不持久、附着力差、硬度不高等问题,本发明在醇酸树脂分子结构上引入脂肪族的异氰酸酯,提高水性醇酸树脂漆膜硬度、交联密度以及附着力;而脂肪族的异氰酸酯具有耐黄变、耐化学品性,涂膜具有柔韧性和高机械强度。
在合成技术上采用分步合成磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,先合成聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂预聚体,磷酸酯结构最后单独滴加反应,这使得磷酸酯结构位于树脂分子端位上,不易被包覆于树脂分子结构中,在树脂成膜过程中,磷酸酯功能单体更容易富集表面,与底材充分结合,充分发挥磷酸酯功能单体与聚氨酯结构的特性,同时保持醇酸树脂自身的优点。
本发明是一种自乳化水性醇酸树脂,避免乳化剂的使用而影响涂膜的耐水性、透明性和光泽。
因间苯二甲酸就比邻苯二甲酸(苯酐)的耐水解性好,本发明采用间苯二甲酸部分替代邻苯二甲酸(苯酐)以提高水性醇酸的耐水解性。而多元醇的支链越多其耐水解性会越好,合理调整支链多元醇与二元醇的比例来控制官能度,使反应平稳进行,在酯化反应后树脂中留下的羟基更多的是伯羟基,空间位阻小,有利于提高交联密度,无需成膜助剂就能获得很好的干性;另外在相对分子质量高的情况下有利于降低树脂粘度,其支链结构有利于降低树脂的极性,提高树脂的耐水解性;另外,树脂分子中的羟基越多,分散后的乳液粒径就越小,乳液就越稳定。
为满足本发明的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,按重量份计,其成分为:植物油脂肪酸6.0~12.0份、间苯二甲酸4.0~8.0份、有机酸酐2.0~5.0份、二元醇1.5~3.0份、支链多元醇2.0~5.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~3.0份、烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯1.5~6.0份、多异氰酸酯4.0~6.0份、中和剂1.5~3.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.02~0.08份、偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份、去离子水42.0~60.0份;其中,所述间苯二甲酸与有机酸酐的摩尔比为1:1/3~1/2;所述支链多元醇与二元醇的摩尔比为1:1/3~1/2。
所述的有机酸酐为苯酐、已二酸、顺酐、乙酸酐中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、一缩二丙二醇中的一种或几种的组合;所述的支链多元醇为新戊二醇、异戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的植物油脂肪酸要经过双漂精致处理,为亚麻油、大豆油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、椰子油、菜籽油中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,其合成反应式如下所示:
其中,R为C6-8碳链,其能提供烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯良好的相容性,本发明采用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,因其双键活性比丙烯酸羟乙酯小,在后续反应过程中自聚较少。
所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,按重量份计,其组成为:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯35.0~45.0份、R6-8OH 30~40.0份、对苯二酚0.1~0.5份、五氧化二磷20~30.0份。
所述的R6-8OH为碳链为C6-8的单醇。
本发明所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,其制备步骤如下:
将一定量的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与一定量的对苯二酚加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃左右,同时分批加入五氧化二磷与R6-8OH,其在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯。
本发明提供一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
a)、将称好的多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,得所述活性中间体;
b)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量份比计,依次加入植物油脂肪酸、有机酸酐、二元醇、支链多元醇和回流溶剂二甲苯,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,在真空下蒸除溶剂二甲苯;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,滴加适量丙酮调节粘度,在搅拌下,匀速滴加所述活性中间体,滴加完毕继续反应2h,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时停止反应,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌0.5h,加入配方量的去离子水,过滤,真空下脱除丙酮,得所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂;
c)、将所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯和偶氮二异丁腈的混合液,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂。
本发明制备的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂具有分子量分布窄,粒径小为200nm~300nm、玻璃化温度Tg为20~40℃、分子量为10000~12000。
本发明的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,具有优良的附着力、耐水性、耐化学品性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐盐雾性;广泛用于水性防腐涂料、水性钢构涂料、水性工程机械涂料、水性木器涂料、水性塑胶涂料等。
具体实施方式
本发明结合以下实施例对磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂的制备做进一步描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯A,其制备步骤如下:
称取甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯35.0份与对苯二酚0.2份加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃左右,同时分批加入五氧化二磷28.0份与庚醇36.8份,其在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯A。
实施例2
一种烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯B,其制备步骤如下:
称取甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯40.0份与对苯二酚0.2份加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃左右,同时分批加入五氧化二磷26.0份与己醇33.8份,其在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯B。
实施例3
一种烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯C,其制备步骤如下:
称取甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯38.0份与对苯二酚0.2份加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃左右,同时分批加入五氧化二磷30.0份与己醇31.8份,其在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯C。

a)、将称好的丁二醇1.5份和二羟甲基丙酸1.2份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5.0份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,得所述活性中间体;
b)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量份比计,依次加入蓖麻油10.0份、苯酐2.0份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5份、新戊二醇2.2份、间苯二甲酸5.0份和二甲苯8.0份,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份,滴加丙酮6.0份调节粘度,在搅拌下,匀速滴加所述活性中间体,滴加完毕继续反应2h,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时停止反应,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂1.3份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水53.39份,过滤,脱丙酮,得所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂;
c)、将所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯A2.8份和偶氮二异丁腈0.06份的混合液,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂X。
实施例5
一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂Y,其制备步骤如下:
a)、将称好的新戊二醇2.0份和二羟甲基丙酸1.8份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6.0份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,得所述活性中间体;
b)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量份比计,依次加入大豆油12.0份、苯酐2.4份、三羟甲基乙烷2.6份、丙二醇2.2份、间苯二甲酸4.6份和二甲苯10.0份,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份,滴加丙酮7.0份调节粘度,在搅拌下,匀速滴加所述活性中间体,滴加完毕继续反应2h,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时停止反应,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂1.6份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水44.48份,过滤,脱丙酮,得所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂;
c)、将所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯B 3.2份和偶氮二异丁腈0.07份的混合液,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂Y。
实施例6
一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂Z,其制备步骤如下:
a)、将称好的己二醇2.1份和二羟甲基丙酸1.5份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加六亚甲基二异氰酸酯4.5份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,得所述活性中间体;
b)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量份比计,依次加入蓖麻油8.0份、马来酸酐2.2份、三羟甲基乙烷2.0份、季戊四醇2.0份、间苯二甲酸4.0份和二甲苯6.0份,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.05份,滴加丙酮5.0份调节粘度,在搅拌下,匀速滴加所述活性中间体,滴加完毕继续反应2h,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时停止反应,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂1.5份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水58.69份,过滤,脱丙酮,得所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂;
c)、将所述的聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯C2.4份和偶氮二异丁腈0.06份的混合液,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂Z。
将本发明的实施例中的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂X、Y、Z与对比例(磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂D)按下述配方分别配制成水性防腐涂料X1、Y1、Z1和对比例D2。
水性防腐涂料配方:水性醇酸树脂30~50%、填料(滑石粉、云母粉)10~18%、铁红10~20%、复合磷酸锌20~30%、分散剂0.5~2.0%、1.0~助剂1.0~5.0%、其余为去离子水。
按照相关标准,对上述的水性防腐涂料进行性能对比检测,其性能技术指标如表1所示。

从表1中看出,本发明的乳液制成的水性防腐涂料在耐水性、耐盐雾性、附着力优于对比例,这是基于本发明的磷酯酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂的双重作用(钝化作用与高耐水性),涂膜与基材之间的附着力和致密性高,有效地隔离水分子、氯离子、钠离子等进入树脂与基材之间,有效地提高涂膜的附着力和抗闪锈性能,从而提高其耐水性、耐盐雾性和耐腐蚀性能。
尽管本发明已作了详细说明并引证了实施例,但对于本领域的普通技术人员,显然可以按照上述说明而做出的各种方案、修改和改动,都应该包括在权利要求的范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,按重量份计,其成分为:植物油脂肪酸6.0~12.0份、间苯二甲酸4.0~8.0份、有机酸酐2.0~5.0份、二元醇1.5~3.0份、支链多元醇2.0~6.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~3.0份、烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯1.5~4.0份、多异氰酸酯4.0~6.0份、中和剂1.5~3.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.02~0.08份、偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份、去离子水42.0~60.0份;
其中,所述间苯二甲酸与有机酸酐的摩尔比为1:1/3~1/2;所述支链多元醇与二元醇的摩尔比为1:1/3~1/2;
所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,按重量份计,其组成为:甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯35.0~45.0份、R6-8OH 30~40.0份、对苯二酚0.1~0.5份、五氧化二磷20~30.0份;其制备步骤如下:
将一定量的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与一定量的对苯二酚加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃左右,同时分批加入五氧化二磷与R6-8OH,其在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯;
所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其玻璃化温度Tg为20~40℃、分子量为10000~12000、粒径为200~300nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的有机酸酐为苯酐、已二酸、顺酐、乙酸酐中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、一缩二丙二醇中的一种或几种的组合;所述的支链多元醇为新戊二醇、异戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的植物油脂肪酸要经过双漂精致处理,为亚麻油、大豆油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、椰子油、菜籽油中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的多异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于,所述的R6-8OH为碳链为C6-8的单醇。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备步骤如下:
a)、将称好的多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,得所述活性中间体;
b)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量份比计,依次加入植物油脂肪酸、有机酸酐、二元醇、支链多元醇和回流溶剂二甲苯,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,在真空下蒸除溶剂二甲苯;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,滴加适量丙酮调节粘度,在搅拌下,匀速滴加所述活性中间体,滴加完毕继续反应2h,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时停止反应,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌0.5h,加入配方量的去离子水,过滤,真空下脱除丙酮,得所述聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂;
c)、将所述聚氨酯改性的醇酸树脂加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯和偶氮二异丁腈的混合液,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂。
