Abstract
本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂及其制备方法,其成分由植物油脂肪酸、有机酸酐、多元醇、多元酸、二羟甲基丙酸、氟烯类单体、中和剂、多异氰酸酯、石墨烯、丙烯酸类单体和去离子水组成;本发明制得的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂具有良好的附着力、抗污性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐磨性、导电性能好、抗静电效果优良等性能,广泛用于水性木器涂料、水性工业涂料、水性防污涂料、水性防腐涂料和水性特种功能涂料等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,尤其涉及到一种硬度高、成本低、表面张力极低、导电性能好、防污、防静电功能的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,属于水性合成树脂技术领域。
背景技术
醇酸树脂开发于20世纪30年代,其具有漆膜附着力好、光亮、丰满等特点,且具有很好的施工性,但其涂膜较软、干燥慢,固化时间长,耐候、耐水、耐碱性欠佳。醇酸树脂是目前被广泛应用于涂料的树脂。
随着科技水平的不断进步和人们环保意识的不断增强,对涂料的环保要求越来越高,不含或少含挥发性有机物体系己成为新的发展方向,溶剂型树脂正逐步被水性树脂所替代,水性树脂的开发与研究越来越受到人们的重视,醇酸树脂分子具有极性主链和非极性侧链,分子上含有羟基、羧基和双键等反应性基团,这为醇酸树脂化学改性提供了条件。为了改善醇酸树脂存在的不足,改性醇酸树脂成为发展的必然趋势。
普通的醇酸树脂结构中只含有C-C、C-O键,所以普通醇酸树脂制成漆后表面张力较高、抗静电性能不好,虽然醇酸树脂价格便宜,但不能满足某些特殊涂料的要求;而且耐老化性、自洁功能也比较差,开发一种多功能、性价比高的水性树脂尤其显得重要。
目前应用于塑料、木材、金属等表面的醇酸树脂其抗污、防水、防静电需要加入其他助剂,助剂在涂料中容易存在分散不均、性能局限等缺点,因此开发一种抗污、抗静电功能的改性醇酸树脂势在必要。
发明内容
由于氟原子半径小对碳链具有屏蔽保护作用,这使得氟聚合物具有优异的热稳定性、耐候性和化学惰性,以及独特的低表面张力、低表面自由能、低摩擦系数和低的介电常数,这赋予了氟聚合物拥有优异的憎水、憎油性,是低表面能材料研究领域的一类重要聚合物。
而石墨稀是一种由单层sp2杂化碳原子组成的二维片状材料,其特殊的结构决定了它具有奇特的电学性能、良好的力学性能、优异的物理机械性能以及气体阻隔性能,石墨经由强氧化剂氧化后可以制备成氧化石墨,氧化石墨片层含有大量的含氧极性基团,如羟基、羧基、环氧基等,具有较高的比表面积。近年来以氧化石墨烯制备的纳米复合材料表现出非常优越的性能,越来越受到人们的重视。
氟聚合物的成本较高,难以适应目前市场的发展,因此本发明在成本较低的醇酸树脂中引入低表面能的氟元素既可较好地保留醇酸树脂的物理化学性能又可以有效地降低材料的表面能以满足材料的疏水和憎油要求,这既适合经济发展,又满足了应用需求。
本发明在醇酸树脂中同时引入石墨烯,弥补了醇酸树脂防静电性能不足、导电性不好等缺点,且引入二羟甲基丙酸DMPA,这使得其能与有机氨中和后形成稳定的水性树脂。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明在醇酸树脂中分子结构上引入有机氟元素以及石墨烯对其改性,改性后的醇酸树脂具有好的耐候性,抗污、防静电和良好的导电性能,改善了醇酸涂料性能的不足;同时也可以提高醇酸树脂的耐磨性和硬度等问题。而本发明在醇酸树脂中引入有石墨烯与氟元素,能有效改善了醇酸涂料性能的不足,提高树脂的耐磨性、抗污、抗静电功能等。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
本发明的另一目的提供一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂的制备方法。
本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,按重量百分比计,其组成为:植物油脂肪酸4.0~10.0份、有机酸酐2.0~5.0份、多元酸3.0~6.0份、多元醇2.0~8.0份、二甲苯1.5~5.0份、苯甲酸1.0~4.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.0~2.5份、丙酮2.0~5.0份、氟烯类单体2.0~5.0份、石墨烯1.5~5.0份、多异氰酸酯4.0~10.0份、丙烯酸类单体2.0~6.0份、中和剂1.5~4.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.02~0.08份、偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份、去离子水40.0~60.0份。
所述的的丙烯类单体为丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、2-丙基庚基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂醇酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸十八酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、环三羟甲基丙烷甲缩醛丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸四氢糠醇酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢糠醇酯中的一种或几种的组合;根据水性树脂的功能要求可以采用软硬不同比例的单体进行搭配使用。
所述的氟烯类单体为丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、丙烯酸八氟戊酯、甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯、全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种的组合。

所述的植物油脂肪酸为精制亚麻油、大豆油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、椰子油、菜籽油中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的石墨烯为含羟基的氧化石墨烯,由Hummers法、Staudemaier法、电化学法或Brodie法制备;进一步地,为Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯。
所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯XDI、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯H6XDI、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯TMXDI中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将氧化石墨烯和二羟甲基丙酸加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,在搅拌下,于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,即得到活性中间体A,待用;
b、在带有搅拌、滴液装置的反应器中,按配方要求加入丙烯酸类单体、氟烯类单体和催化剂偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌均匀得一单体混合物B,待用;
c、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量百分比,依次加入植物油脂肪酸、有机酸酐、多元醇、多元酸、二甲苯和苯甲酸,加热升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,在搅拌下,匀速滴加活性中间体A,滴加完毕继续反应2h,加适量丙酮调节粘度,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌0.5h,加入配方量的去离子水,过滤,脱丙酮,得到石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C,待用;
d、将石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加单体混合物B,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
本发明提供一种性能优良、无污染的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂及其制备方法。本发明制得的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂具有良好的附着力、抗污性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐磨性、导电性能好、抗静电效果优良等性能,广泛用于海洋领域、木器涂料、导电涂料、防污防水涂料,其应用潜力都非常巨大。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、将氧化石墨烯2.0份和二羟甲基丙酸2.0份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯8.0份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,即得到活性中间体A,待用;
b、在带有搅拌、滴液装置的反应器中,按配方要求加入丙烯酸类单体4.0份、氟烯类单体3.0份和催化剂偶氮二异丁腈0.07份,搅拌均匀得一单体混合物B,待用;
c、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量百分比,依次加入植物油脂肪酸8.0份、苯酐2.5份、新戊二醇4.0份、间苯二甲酸3.5份、二甲苯3.0份和苯甲酸2.5份,加热升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.03份,在搅拌下,匀速滴加活性中间体A,滴加完毕继续反应2h,加丙酮3.0份调节粘度,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂2.0份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水52.4份,过滤,脱丙酮,得到石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C,待用;
d、将石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加单体混合物B,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
实施例2
一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、将氧化石墨烯2.5份和二羟甲基丙酸2.0份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯8.5份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,即得到活性中间体D,待用;
b、在带有搅拌、滴液装置的反应器中,按配方要求加入丙烯酸类单体4.5份、氟烯类单体3.5份和催化剂偶氮二异丁腈0.08份,搅拌均匀得一单体混合物E,待用;
c、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量百分比,依次加入植物油脂肪酸8.5份、苯酐2.0份、新戊二醇4.5份、间苯二甲酸3.0份、二甲苯2.5份和苯甲酸3.5份,加热升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.02份,在搅拌下,匀速滴加活性中间体D,滴加完毕继续反应2h,加丙酮4.0份调节粘度,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂2.0份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水48.9份,过滤,脱丙酮,得到石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂F,待用;
d、将石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂F加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加单体混合物E,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
实施例3
一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、将氧化石墨烯3.5份和二羟甲基丙酸1.5份加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯9.5份,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,即得到活性中间体G,待用;
b、在带有搅拌、滴液装置的反应器中,按配方要求加入丙烯酸类单体3.5份、氟烯类单体2.5份和催化剂偶氮二异丁腈0.06份,搅拌均匀得一单体混合物H,待用;
c、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量百分比,依次加入植物油脂肪酸9.5份、苯酐2.5份、新戊二醇5.5份、间苯二甲酸4.0份、二甲苯3.5份和苯甲酸2.5份,加热升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.04份,在搅拌下,匀速滴加活性中间体G,滴加完毕继续反应2h,加丙酮4.5份调节粘度,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂1.5份,搅拌0.5h,加入去离子水45.9份,过滤,脱丙酮,得到石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂J,待用;
d、将石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂J加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加单体混合物H,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
按照相关标准,对本发明的实施例与氟改性醇酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂进行对比,检测的性能指标如表1所示。
附着力:按照GB/T1720-1988的规定,使用划格法进行测试;
硬度:按照GB/T6739-2006色漆和清铅笔法测定漆膜硬度;
表面张力:采用吊环表面张力法测定;
耐水性:按照GB/T1733-93的规定进行检测;
耐盐雾性:按照GB/T1771-1991的规定进行检测;
表面电阻率:按照SJ/T 11294—2003的规定进行检测。

Claims (9)
1.一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,按重量百分比计,其组成为:植物油脂肪酸4.0~10.0份、有机酸酐2.0~5.0份、多元酸3.0~6.0份、多元醇2.0~8.0份、二甲苯1.5~5.0份、苯甲酸1.0~4.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.0~2.5份、丙酮2.0~5.0份、氟烯类单体2.0~5.0份、石墨烯1.5~5.0份、多异氰酸酯4.0~10.0份、丙烯酸类单体2.0~6.0份、中和剂1.5~4.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.02~0.08份、偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份、去离子水40.0~60.0份;
其中,所述的石墨烯为含羟基的氧化石墨烯,由Hummers法、Staudemaier法、电化学法或Brodie法制备;进一步地,为Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的的丙烯类单体为丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、2-丙基庚基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂醇酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸十八酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、环三羟甲基丙烷甲缩醛丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸四氢糠醇酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢糠醇酯中的一种或几种的组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的氟烯类单体为丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、丙烯酸八氟戊酯、甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯、全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的植物油脂肪酸为精制亚麻油、大豆油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、椰子油、菜籽油中的一种或几种的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的有机酸酐为苯酐、乙酸酐、马来酸酐中的一种或几种组合;所述的多元酸为邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、已二酸、癸二酸中的一种或几种组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯XDI、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸酯H6XDI、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯TMXDI中的一种或几种的组合。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇、木糖醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种组合。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,其制备工艺如下:
a、将氧化石墨烯和二羟甲基丙酸加入带有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口反应器中,搅拌条件下于60~70℃匀速滴加多异氰酸酯,滴加时间为1h,然后继续升温至80℃,保温反应2h,即得到活性中间体A,待用;
b、在带有搅拌、滴液装置的反应器中,按配方要求加入丙烯酸类单体、氟烯类单体和催化剂偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌均匀得一单体混合物B,待用;
c、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量百分比,依次加入植物油脂肪酸、有机酸酐、多元醇、多元酸、二甲苯和苯甲酸,加热升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温约2h,当出水很少时,继续升温至210~220℃,1h后测定其酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时,真空下蒸除溶剂;降温至80℃,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,在搅拌下,匀速滴加活性中间体A,滴加完毕继续反应2h,加适量丙酮调节粘度,测定NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论设计值时,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌0.5h,加入配方量的去离子水,过滤,脱丙酮,得到石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C,待用;
d、将石墨烯改性的醇酸树脂C加入反应器,升温至82℃,在搅拌下,匀速滴加单体混合物B,滴加时间为3~5h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得到一种石墨烯改性水性氟醇酸树脂。
