Abstract
本发明涉及一种氟‑磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,由氟‑磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂、填料、色浆或防锈颜料、助溶剂、流平剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠防沉剂、pH调节剂和去离子水组成;其中,所述的氟‑磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂由精制植物油、有机酸酐、多元酸、多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、苯甲酸、烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、氟烯类单体和中和剂通过化学反应制得;本发明制得的一种氟‑磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,结合了氟原子和磷酸酯基团性能,涂膜具有优异的附着力、疏水性、抗闪锈性、耐化学品性、耐油性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐盐雾性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,更涉及一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,属于水性功能涂料技术领域。
背景技术
涂料是国民生产、经济各部门不可或缺的材料,广泛应用于建筑物、工业制品的装饰以及各类五金件和交通工具的防腐涂装保护,醇酸树脂涂料具有原料价廉易得、涂膜附着力好、光亮、丰满、对颜料润湿性能好等优点,且具有良好的施工性,在传统涂料领域一直占有相当的比重。
传统的溶剂型醇酸树脂除了具有耐化学品性能差、耐候性差等缺陷,而且涂料在生产和使用过程中有机溶剂含量高,由于这些有机溶剂的存在挥发,导致生产,施工以及干燥过程中排入大气,严重危害生态环境和人类健康,由于人们对居住环境的要求越来越高,在使用传统溶剂型醇酸树脂追求室内装修的同时还要考虑其有机溶剂的挥发对人体健康的影响,而这些有机溶剂挥发物很容易生成光化学烟雾等有毒气体,造成二次污染,对人体的机能产生影响,严重时甚至会出现昏迷等,尤其对儿童危害性大,故有必要对醇酸树脂进行水性化。
水性涂料由于水无毒、无味、不燃而且廉价,因此,将水引入涂料中,既可降低生产成本,又大大降低VOC的含量,所以水性涂料才得以迅猛发展。水性醇酸树脂具有很好地湿润性和涂膜性能,但同时也存在着一系列问题,如漆膜的硬度低,耐水性差,耐候性差,附着力不好,防腐性能不好等问题。
因此,开发一种无有机溶剂挥发的醇酸树脂水性涂料,使其兼备良好的交联密度、耐水性、耐盐雾性、低表面张力、以及具有好的附着力、抗腐蚀性、疏水憎油等性能是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明引入磷酸酯功能单体,磷与金属底材能形成致密的保护膜,使金属底材磷化,能有效“咬住”底材,增加其与基材的附着力与交联密度,从而改善其防腐性与耐盐雾性能。
为了解决所述的技术问题,本发明引入氟原子,在制备氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂时,先合成水性醇酸树脂预聚体,然后滴加含氟单体与磷酸酯单体,这使得氟原子与磷酸酯结构位于醇酸树脂两端,在成膜干燥过程中,由于氟原子富集表面,能有效降低漆膜表面张力,提高其耐水、耐油性。
本发明旨在提供一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂35.0~70.0%、填料15.0~30.0%、色浆或防锈颜料3.0~30.0%、助溶剂3.0~8.0%、流平剂0.2~0.5%、分散剂0.5~3.0%、润湿剂0.3~1.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%、增稠防沉剂0.3~1.5%、pH调节剂0.1~0.5%、去离子水至100%。
其中,所述的磷酸酯/聚氨酯改性水性醇酸树脂,基于申请的发明专利“一种氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂及其制备方法”中所述,其制备步骤如下:
a)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量比,依次加入精制植物油、有机酸酐、多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、多元酸和二甲苯,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,通过分水器除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温反应2~2.5h,降温至140℃,加入苯甲酸,保温反应0.5h;继续升温至210~220℃,保温反应1h后,每隔15~30min,测定酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时停止反应,真空下蒸除溶剂,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌分散0.5h,加入去离子水,过滤,得所述的水性醇酸树脂预聚体;
b)、将水性醇酸树脂预聚体加入反应釜中,升温至76~80℃,在搅拌下,加入30%总量的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯和30%总量的偶氮二异丁腈,保温反应0.5h,然后升温至80~82℃,滴加70%总量的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、氟烯类单体和70%总量的偶氮二异丁腈的混合液,滴加时间为3~4h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得所述的氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂;
按重量份计,各原料成分为:精制植物油6.0~12.0份,有机酸酐5.0~10.0份,多元酸2.0~4.0份,多元醇6.0~10.0份,二甲苯6.0~10.0份,二羟甲基丙酸2.0~4.0份,烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯2.0~4.0份,氟烯类单体3.0~6.0份,苯甲酸1.2~2.5份,中和剂1.5~3.0份,偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份,去离子水42.0~62.0份。
所述的氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其数均分子量为10000~20000,粒径为400~600nm,玻璃化温度Tg为25~45℃。
其中,所述氟烯类单体为丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、丙烯酸八氟戊酯、甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯中的一种或几种的组合。
所述烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,其制备步骤如下:
将(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯、对苯二酚加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃,分批同时加入五氧化二磷与R6-8OH,在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯;
按重量份计,各原料成分为:(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯28.0~33.0份,R6-8OH 24.5~37.5份,对苯二酚0.3~0.8份,五氧化二磷34.2~40.5份。
所述填料为钛白粉、云母粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、高岭土、重钙中的一种或几种的组合。
所述防锈颜料为磷酸锌、钼酸锌、磷酸铝锌、云母氧化铁、三聚磷酸铝、复合钛铁粉、氧化铁红、复合磷铁粉、偏硼酸钡中的一种或几种的组合。
所述助溶剂为醇类溶剂、醇醚类溶剂中的一种或几种的组合。
所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂、氟表面活性剂中的一种或几种的组合。
所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸衍生物、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、聚醚胺衍生物、顺丁烯二酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物分散剂中的一种。
所述润湿剂为脂肪醇聚醚、硅氧烷聚醚、有机氟聚合物、炔二醇聚醚中的一种。
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂、矿物油类消泡剂中的一种或几种的组合。
所述增稠防沉剂为缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂、羟乙基纤维素、缩二脲增稠剂、气相二氧化硅、改性膨润土中的一种或几种的组合。
所述pH调节剂为AMP-95、三乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明制得的一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,结合了氟原子和磷酸酯基团性能,涂膜具有优异的附着力、疏水性、抗闪锈性、耐化学品性、耐油性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐盐雾性。

实施例5
一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料B1,按下述配方制备:
按重量份计,其组成为:氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂B46.0份、丙二醇2.0份、丙二醇单丁醚1.0份、钛白粉6.0份、硫酸钡8.0份、氧化铁红8.0份、二硝基苯甲酸锌4.0份、磷酸锌6.0份、流平剂0.2份、分散剂1.2份、润湿剂0.2份、消泡剂0.1份、防沉剂0.3份、pH调节剂0.2份、去离子水16.8份。
实施例6
一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料C1,按下述配方制备:
按重量份计,其组成为:氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂C 65.0份、丙二醇甲醚3.5份、钛白粉5.0份、硫酸钡6.0份、云母粉5.0份、流平剂0.2份、分散剂0.6份、蓝色浆2.5份、润湿剂0.4份、消泡剂0.2份、增稠防沉剂1.0份、pH调节剂0.2份、去离子水10.4份。
对比例
一种丙烯酸磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,按下述配方制备:
按重量份计,其组成为:PMA100改性水性醇酸树脂50.0份、丙二醇甲醚3.5份、滑石粉6.0份、硫酸钡6.0份、云母粉5.5份、流平剂0.2份、分散剂1.2份、磷酸锌12.0份、润湿剂0.4份、消泡剂0.2份、防沉剂1.0份、pH调节剂0.2份、去离子水13.8份。
将本发明实施例中的防腐涂料A1、B1、C1与对比例按照相关标准对性能进行检测,其性能指标如表1所示。

1.一种氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂35.0~70.0%、填料15.0~30.0%、色浆或防锈颜料3.0~30.0%、助溶剂3.0~8.0%、流平剂0.2~0.5%、分散剂0.5~3.0%、润湿剂0.3~1.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.5%、增稠防沉剂0.3~1.5%、pH调节剂0.1~0.5%、去离子水至100%;
其中,所述氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂,由以下步骤制备:
a)、在装有温度计、冷凝管、分水器、搅拌器的四口反应器中,按配方重量比,依次加入精制植物油、有机酸酐、多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、多元酸和二甲苯,加热升温至100℃,保温0.5h,通过分水器除去部分水,继续升温至140℃,开慢速搅拌,1h后升温至180℃,保温反应2~2.5h,降温至140℃,加入苯甲酸,保温反应0.5h;继续升温至210~220℃,保温反应1h后,每隔15~30min,测定酸值,当酸值达到理论设计值时停止反应,真空下蒸除溶剂,降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂,搅拌分散0.5h,加入去离子水,过滤,得所述的水性醇酸树脂预聚体;
b)、将水性醇酸树脂预聚体加入反应釜中,升温至76~80℃,在搅拌下,加入30%总量的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯和30%总量的偶氮二异丁腈,保温反应0.5h,然后升温至80~82℃,滴加70%总量的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、氟烯类单体和70%总量的偶氮二异丁腈的混合液,滴加时间为3~4h;滴加完毕继续升温至85℃,保温反应1h,降温,过滤,得所述的氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂;
按重量份计,各原料成分为:
精制植物油6.0~12.0份
有机酸酐5.0~10.0份
多元酸2.0~4.0份
多元醇6.0~10.0份
二甲苯6.0~10.0份
二羟甲基丙酸2.0~4.0份
烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯2.0~4.0份
氟烯类单体3.0~6.0份
苯甲酸1.2~2.5份
中和剂1.5~3.0份
偶氮二异丁腈0.04~0.1份
去离子水42.0~62.0份;
所述氟-磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂,其数均分子量为10000~20000,粒径为400~600nm,玻璃化温度Tg为25~45℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为钛白粉、云母粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、高岭土、重钙中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述防锈颜料为磷酸锌、钼酸锌、磷酸铝锌、云母氧化铁、三聚磷酸铝、复合钛铁粉、氧化铁红、复合磷铁粉、偏硼酸钡中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸衍生物、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、聚醚胺衍生物、顺丁烯二酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物分散剂中的至少一种;所述润湿剂为脂肪醇聚醚、硅氧烷聚醚、有机氟聚合物、炔二醇聚醚中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂、氟表面活性剂中的一种或几种的组合;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂、矿物油类消泡剂中的至少一种;所述增稠防沉剂为缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂、羟乙基纤维素、缩二脲增稠剂、气相二氧化硅、改性膨润土中的至少一种;所述pH调节剂为AMP-95、三乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺中的至少一种。

7.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯,按重量份计,其成分为:(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯28.0~33.0份、R6-8OH 24.5~37.5份、对苯二酚0.3~0.8份、五氧化二磷34.2~40.5份;其制备步骤如下:将(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯、对苯二酚加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀加热到50℃,分批同时加入五氧化二磷与R6- 8OH,在1.5h内加完,然后将混合体系升温到82℃,保温反应3h,测定酸值,使其达到设计值一致时停止反应,降温,出料,得所述的烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述精制植物油为亚麻油、大豆油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、椰子油中的一种或几种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述多元醇为丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇中的一种或几种的组合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的氟-磷酸酯改性醇酸水性防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述有机酸酐为苯酐、乙酸酐、马来酸酐中的一种或几种的组合;所述多元酸为邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、已二酸中的一种或几种的组合。
