Description

A Chinese medicinal composition and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with a blood sugar reducing effect and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorder syndromes of sugar, fat and protein which basically change pathophysiology by hyperglycemia caused by insulin secretion defects and/or reduction of biological effects (insulin resistance). That is, diabetes mellitus is characterized mainly by hyperglycemia and urine glucose, and also includes disorders of fat, protein, electrolytes, etc., often leading to serious complications. Briefly, diabetes can be classified into type I diabetes and type II diabetes, as well as other specific types of diabetes. With the increasing incidence of diseases in recent years, diabetes has become a common disease and a frequently encountered disease threatening human health. Up to now, the number of diabetics reaches 4.15 hundred million worldwide, which is 8% higher than the last year. At present, the number of people with diabetes in China becomes the first major country in the world, the number of patients with diabetes is nearly 1.1 hundred million, and the problem of treating and preventing diabetes becomes a key problem in the medical industry in China.
Diabetes is a chronic disease, long and complex in course of disease, and thus difficult to cure radically. At present, western medicines are mostly adopted to treat diabetes, and although the curative effect is quick and direct, the effects are not stable enough, the incidence rate of adverse reactions is high and the like; the traditional Chinese herbal medicine has mild treatment effect, long treatment time and small side effect. Modern researches show that active ingredients contained in part of Chinese herbal medicines have the effect of reducing blood sugar, and polysaccharides are the most, so that research and development of Chinese herbal medicines for treating diabetes become the key of development of new medicines and have great significance.
Mulberry leaf: the folium Mori is leaf of Morus genus plant of Moraceae family, and is bitter, sweet, cold in nature, and enters lung and liver meridians; has the functions of dispelling wind, clearing heat, cooling blood and improving eyesight. The main components of mulberry leaf include flavone, flavone glycoside, alkaloid, polysaccharide, amino acids, vitamins and trace elements. The mulberry leaves are exterior-releasing medicines, and a plurality of research results in recent years show that the mulberry leaves have good blood sugar reducing and oxidation resisting effects, and modern pharmacological research and further experimental verification of sugar tolerance in mice also prove that the mulberry leaves have the effects of inhibiting blood sugar rise and preventing and treating diabetes, wherein the reason is considered to be that the mulberry leaves have close relation with the alpha-glycosidase inhibition effect of polyhydroxy alkaloids in the mulberry leaves, and secondly, flavonoids and polysaccharides also have good inhibition activity.
Emblic leafflower fruit: emblic leafflower fruit is also called emblic leafflower fruit tree and emblic leafflower fruit. Belonging to Euphorbiaceae, root, leaf, fruit and bark can be used as raw materials. The growth form of the plant is deciduous small arbor. Yuganzi is sour and astringent in taste, sweet and cool in nature, and enters lung and stomach meridians. Has effects in promoting salivation, quenching thirst, clearing away heat and toxic materials, resisting aging, scavenging free radicals, resisting cytotoxicity, resisting mutation, tonifying heart, and protecting liver. The fruit contains various amino acids, vitamins, zinc, selenium, etc. In recent years, researches show that the emblic leafflower fruit is rich in various components including vitamin C and E, tannin and SOD, and has strong antioxidant capacity. The emblic leafflower fruit recorded by Chinese pharmacopoeia can produce saliva and slake thirst, promote digestion and invigorate stomach, clear heat and cool blood, and can treat liver and gall diseases, dry mouth, laryngalgia and the like.
Cinnamon: is dried bark of Cinnamomum cassia of Lauraceae, and can be used as perfume. Rou Gui is pungent, sweet and hot in flavor. It enters kidney, spleen, heart and liver meridians. The traditional Chinese medicine has the main functions of tonifying fire and supporting yang, guiding fire to the origin, dispelling cold and relieving pain, and warming and dredging channels and collaterals, and is used for treating cold uterus of male fistula, deficiency-type asthma of kidney, deficiency-type yang floating, dizziness and conjunctival congestion, deficiency-cold vomiting and diarrhea, cold pain and abdominal pain, dysmenorrheal and amenorrhea.
Purslane: sour and cold in flavor. It enters liver and large intestine meridians. The main functions are clearing away heat and toxic material, cooling blood and stopping bleeding.
Bitter gourd: bitter and cold in flavor. Clear heat and remove toxicity, improve eyesight. Can be used for treating heatstroke, fever, toothache, diarrhea, dysentery, and hematochezia.
Hawthorn fruit: is dried mature fruit of Crataegus pinnatifida (lour.) Merr of Rosaceae. Collected in autumn when the fruit is ripe, sliced and dried. Haw is sour, sweet and slightly warm in taste. It enters spleen, stomach and liver meridians. Promoting digestion, invigorating stomach, promoting qi circulation, removing blood stasis, eliminating turbid pathogen, and reducing blood lipid.
Under the guidance of the thinking of syndrome differentiation and typing, the modern traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes adopts the methods of nourishing yin and clearing heat, tonifying qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and dissolving stasis, tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen, soothing liver and regulating qi, tonifying qi and activating blood, tonifying kidney and activating blood and the like, wherein the methods mainly comprise tonifying middle-jiao and qi, clearing heat and nourishing yin, and activating blood and dissolving stasis. Because the traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment can achieve both principal and secondary aspects, the main symptoms are treated, and the complications of diabetes are effectively prevented and treated, the action mechanism and the way of the traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment show the multi-directional and multi-level pharmacological characteristics, the situations of insulin resistance and the like are not easy to generate, and the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment on diabetes and the complications gradually appear. Diabetes belongs to the range of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine, and belongs to endocrine and metabolic diseases in western medicine, and the main clinical typical symptoms are 'more than three and one less', namely polydipsia, diuresis, polyphagia and emaciation. The current management of diabetes is mainly focused on the elimination of the "more than three or less" symptoms, while the majority of diabetics are accompanied by the phenomena of high triglycerides and cholesterol. Therefore, lowering blood glucose, improving glucose tolerance, and lowering triglycerides and cholesterol are the basis for the current treatment of diabetes and the reduction of complications. The combination of the Chinese medicinal materials by utilizing different action mechanisms of the Chinese medicinal materials has the demand for developing foods, medicaments and health-care products for treating and preventing diabetes.
