Claims (21)
1.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
刚性壳体;
适形座椅总成,所述适形座椅总成与所述刚性壳体连接,所述适形座椅总成具有座椅基部、座椅靠背基部、座椅侧垫和座椅靠背侧垫,所述适形座椅总成包含:
设置在所述座椅基部中的充气型发送器板;
设置在所述座椅侧垫和所述座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的充气型接收器室;
设置在所述充气型发送器板和所述刚性壳体之间的充液型发送器板;和
与所述充气型接收器室相邻并且设置在所述座椅侧垫和所述座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的充液型接收器室;
用于提供所述充气型发送器板和所述充气型接收器室之间的流体连通的多个毛细管;
用于提供所述充液型发送器板和所述充液型接收器室之间的流体连通的多个毛细管;以及
顶部垫层,所述顶部垫层在所述适形座椅总成上延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述刚性壳体包括底壁以及第一和第二侧壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充气型发送器板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述适形座椅总成包括用于将所述适形座椅总成固定到车辆中的座椅单元的紧固件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充液型接收器室之间的导向截止阀。
6.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
刚性壳体;
适形座椅总成,所述适形座椅总成与所述刚性壳体连接并且包含:
设置在座椅基部中的充气型发送器板;
设置在座椅侧垫和座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的充气型接收器室;
设置在所述充气型发送器板和所述刚性壳体之间的充液型发送器板;和
与所述充气型接收器室相邻并且设置在所述座椅侧垫和所述座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的充液型接收器室;以及
顶部垫层,所述顶部垫层在所述适形座椅总成上延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述刚性壳体包括底壁以及第一和第二侧壁。
8.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充气型发送器板之间。
9.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述适形座椅总成包括用于将所述适形座椅总成固定到车辆中的座椅单元的紧固件。
10.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充液型接收器室之间的导向截止阀。
11.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
设置在所述座椅基部的第一侧上的第一分配线路和设置在所述座椅基部的第二侧上的第二分配线路。
12.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述充液型接收器室设置在所述座椅侧垫和所述座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的高受力区。
13.根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述充气型接收器室设置在所述座椅侧垫和所述座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的低受力区。
14.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
刚性壳体;
适形座椅总成,所述适形座椅总成与所述刚性壳体连接并且包含:
设置在座椅基部中的被动式充气型发送器板;
充气型接收器室;
设置在所述充气型发送器板和所述刚性壳体之间的被动式充液型发送器板;和
与所述充气型接收器室相邻的充液型接收器室;以及
顶部垫层,所述顶部垫层在所述适形座椅总成上延伸。
15.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述刚性壳体包括底壁以及第一和第二侧壁。
16.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充气型发送器板之间。
17.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述适形座椅总成包括用于将所述适形座椅总成固定到车辆中的座椅单元的紧固件。
18.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
设置在所述充液型发送器板和所述充液型接收器室之间的导向截止阀。
19.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
设置在所述座椅基部的第一侧上的第一分配线路和设置在所述座椅基部的第二侧上的第二分配线路。
20.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述充液型接收器室设置在座椅侧垫和座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的高受力区。
21.根据权利要求14所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述充气型接收器室设置在座椅侧垫和座椅靠背侧垫中的一个中的低受力区。
