Claims (6)
- 프론트 공조장치(20)에서 토출되는 공기중 일부를 시트(101)측으로 공급할 수 있도록 입구측은 상기 프론트 공조장치(20)와 연통하도록 설치되고 출구측은 상기 시트(101)의 쿠션부(101a) 및 등받이부(101b)와 연통하도록 분기되어 설치된 연결덕트(110)를 포함하여 이루어진 차량용 시트 공조장치에 있어서,상기 연결덕트(110)의 분기지점에는, 상기 시트(101)의 쿠션부(101a)와 등받이부(101b)로 공급되는 각각의 공기량을 조절할 수 있도록 도어(120)가 회전가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 상기 시트(101)의 쿠션부(101a) 및 등받이부(101b) 중 탑승자의 착석에 의해 하중이 크게 작용하는 쪽으로 공기를 많이 송풍할 수 있도록 상기 도어(120)를 조절하는 제어수단이 구비되되,상기 제어수단은, 상기 도어(120)에 상기 연결덕트(110)내에서 상기 도어(120)의 위치를 항상 초기위치인 중립상태로 유지하도록 탄력을 제공하는 탄력수단(130)을 설치함과 아울러 상기 시트(101)의 쿠션부(101a) 및 등받이부(101b)로 송풍되는 공기의 압력차에 의해 상기 도어(120)가 조절되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트 공조장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도어(120)는 상기 연결덕트(110)에 회전가능하게 설치되도록 회전축(121)을 구비하며,상기 탄력수단(130)은 상기 회전축(121)의 적어도 일단부에 비틀림 스프링(131)을 삽입 설치하되, 상기 비틀림 스프링(131)의 일단부(131a)는 상기 회전축(121)에 고정하고, 타단부(131b)는 상기 연결덕트(110)측에 고정하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트 공조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도어(120)는 상기 연결덕트(110)에 회전가능하게 설치되도록 회전축(121)을 구비하며,상기 탄력수단(130)은 상기 회전축(121)의 적어도 일단부에 탄성재질의 탄성링(132)을 삽입 설치하되, 상기 탄성링(132)의 내주면은 상기 회전축(121)과 고정하고, 외주면은 상기 연결덕트(110)측과 고정하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트 공조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도어(120)는,상기 연결덕트(110)의 양 측벽(110a)에 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전축(121)과, 상기 회전축(121)의 일측에 형성되는 평판형태의 플레이트(122)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트 공조장치.
