Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用工业固体废弃物煤矸石和镁渣、低品位铝矾土生料及锰粉制备低密高强陶粒支撑剂的工艺,其原料组成为:铝矾土生料60~90%,煤矸石7~33%,镁渣1~7%及锰粉2~10%。所述制备工艺是先按一定质量百分比称取煤矸石、镁渣、铝矾土及锰粉,湿磨混料、干燥后加入适量粘结剂,在糖衣锅或爱立许强力搅拌机中成球,最后于硅钼棒箱式炉或回转窑中1250~1450℃之间烧结,冷却后过筛,即得到具有一定粒度分布的低密高强陶粒支撑剂。所制备的陶粒,使用性能符合SY/T5108‑2014技术标准。本发明使用镁渣作为助熔剂,既降低烧结温度,提高陶粒致密度,同时也降低了制备成本;使用煤矸石取代部分铝矾土,极大地降低了陶粒支撑剂的制备成本,也为煤矸石的再利用开辟了一条新途径。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油气田井下水力压裂支撑剂的制备方法,具体地说涉及一种利用煤矸石和镁渣制备低密高强陶粒支撑剂的方法。
背景技术
低密高强陶粒支撑剂是石油及天然气低渗透油气井开采压裂施工过程中的关键材料,是一种具有高附加值的产品。支撑剂在油气井开采压裂过程中可以为油气流提供高渗透性的通道,维持高的导流能力,增加油气产量,属于环保产品。目前支撑剂主要有三类:陶粒、石英砂和树脂包砂。石英砂由于强度较低不能满足深井开采的要求;各种树脂包砂虽然解决了石英砂强度低的难题,但生产成本高,且工艺也复杂;烧结陶粒因强度高、化学稳定性好及较好的性价比而被越来越多的油田广泛采用。实践证明,使用陶粒支撑剂压裂的油井可提高产量30~50%,还能延长油气井服务年限。
目前未见使用固废煤矸石制备陶粒支撑剂的报道,但有一些添加固废碎玻璃、粉煤灰、镁渣等的报道。例如中国专利(公开号:CN 105018067A)提出了一种陶粒支撑剂的制备方法,该方法以低品位铝矾土为主要原料,添加碎玻璃和粘土,经混合研磨、喷雾造粒,在1300~1350℃烧结30-80min制得;中国专利(公开号 CN103910518A)公开了一种制备陶粒支撑剂的方法,该方法以铝土矿为主要原料,添加粉煤灰和磷矿石制得;中国专利(公开号:CN 103555316A)公开了一种页岩油气开采压裂陶粒支撑剂的制备方法,该方法以窑皮、铝土矿、粉煤灰和菱苦土为原料;中国专利(公开号 CN103173204A)公开了一种制备高强度陶粒支撑剂的方法,该方法以电厂煤灰、铝矾土和助熔剂为原料,助熔剂包括红土、锰矿粉、钾长石、陶瓷粉、铅锌矿,经均化处理、制球粒、干燥及烧结而成;中国专利(公开号 CN103131407A)报道了一种制备高强度陶粒石油支撑剂的方法,该方法以轻烧铝矾土矿为主料,添加镁渣、辅料及粘合剂,其中辅料为氧化锰,粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素或预糊化淀粉;中国专利(公开号 CN104560006A)报道了一种利用镁渣制备陶粒支撑剂的工艺,其原料组成为:铝矾土生料90~95%,锰粉5~8%及镁渣1~4% ,经混料、湿磨、烘干、制球、烧结制得。
煤矸石是一种在煤形成过程中与煤伴生、共生的岩石,是煤炭生产和加工过程中排放的固体废弃物,约占我国工业固体废弃物排放量的25%,目前我国煤矸石已累计堆存达50亿吨以上。现在煤矸石还没有行之有效的处理方式,主要用作回填煤矿采空区、铺路、土壤改良、做建筑材料和发电等,普遍存在技术含量不高、附加值低、经济效益不明显等问题,有时还存在严重的二次污染。镁渣是金属镁冶炼过程中排出的工业废渣。在其生产过程中,每冶炼出1吨金属镁,大约产出6.5~8吨镁渣。目前对镁渣的主要处理方式是倾倒在荒地或填埋,利用率也非常低。煤矸石和镁渣的大量堆存不仅占用大量的土地资源,也对农作物和周边环境造成污染,同时在一定程度上造成了资源的浪费。煤矸石的主要成分为SiO2和Al2O3,是陶粒支撑剂的主要成分,而其它成分如CaO、Fe2O3、MgO等可以作为烧结助熔剂和矿化剂;镁渣的主要成分为CaO、SiO2、Fe2O3、MgO等,具有很高的活性,可以作为助熔剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原材料价格低廉、制备工艺简单,生产具有低密高强的陶粒支撑剂的制备方法。在该技术中,添加固废煤矸石及镁渣为主要添加剂,显著降低了陶粒支撑剂的制备成本,并且操作简单,同时也开发了一条煤矸石和镁渣高附加值利用的新途径,实现了煤矸石和镁渣变废为宝的资源化再生利用,减少固废物堆积及环境污染问题。
采用的技术方案是:利用煤矸石取代部分铝矾土,以镁渣为助熔剂,按一定的质量百分比称取铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉,经混料、湿磨、烘干后,加入适量粘结剂造粒,在糖衣锅或爱立许强力搅拌机中滚动成球,烘干后置于硅钼棒箱式炉或回转窑中在1250~1450℃之间烧结保温2~3小时,冷却后取出过20/40目筛,即得低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
所述的铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉粒度均小于0.054mm,即均过300目筛。
所述铝矾土生料中Al2O3含量在58~73%之间;煤矸石中Al2O3含量为21~38%,镁渣中CaO含量为40~60%,MgO为6~10%。
所述的粘结剂为水或PVA水溶液,其中PVA占溶液总质量的3~8%,添加量为10~15%。
所述的生坯干燥温度为90~110℃。
所述的烧结制度指烧结温度为1250~1450℃,升温速率为5℃/min,保温时间为2~3h。
采用上述工艺制备的陶粒支撑剂,性能符合SY/T5108-2014技术标准。
与现有方法相比,本发明的特点是采用原料来源丰富且成本低廉的固体废弃物煤矸石取代部分铝矾土,添加镁渣、锰粉两种助熔剂,降低烧结温度。实验所需设备简单,操作工艺简单易行,容易实现大规模生产。该技术不仅实现了固废物高附加值再生利用,同时极大地改善了环境污染,且制备的陶粒支撑剂性能符合SY/T5108-2014技术标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明:本实施例是以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下面的实施例。
本发明的原料为:铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉。所述铝矾土中Al2O3含量为58~73%,SiO2含量为8~11%,Fe2O3含量为3~6%;所述煤矸石中SiO2含量为51~66%,Al2O3含量为21~38%,CaO含量为0.5~3%,MgO含量为3~4%,Fe2O3含量为2~15%;所述镁渣中CaO含量为40~60%,SiO2含量为20~30%,Al2O3含量为1~5%,MgO含量为6~10%,Fe2O3含量为6~10%。利用本发明中的工艺方法制备出的低密高强陶粒支撑剂,其圆球度均不小于0.8,酸溶解度小于7%,体积密度小于1.36 g/cm3,视密度介于2.19~2.75 g/cm3,浊度<100FTU,69MPa闭合压力和52MPa闭合压力下破碎率均<10%。
实施例1:
将铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉分别粉磨至粒径小于300目标准筛的筛孔尺寸,按照质量百分比铝矾土62%、煤矸石30%、镁渣5%及锰粉3%配料、湿磨、烘干,然后添加15%的水或水溶液进行造粒,筛选出20/40目的球粒进行干燥得到半成品,将半成品于1270℃、1300℃、1330℃下保温3h烧成,冷却后过20/40目的标准筛,即得低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
制备的低密高强陶粒支撑剂,1270℃、1300℃、1330℃下烧成的陶粒支撑剂的圆球度均为0.8,浊度均小于100FTU,酸溶解度分别为4.37%、5.12%、5.09%,体密度分别为1.21 g/cm3、1.23 g/cm3、1.23 g/cm3,视密度分别为2.42 g/cm3、2.45 g/cm3、2.44 g/cm3,52MPa闭合压力下破碎率分别为5.81%、5.67%、5.65%。

将铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉分别粉磨至粒径小于300目标准筛的筛孔尺寸,按照质量百分比铝矾土68%、煤矸石20%、镁渣4%及锰粉8%配料、湿磨、烘干,然后添加13%的水或水溶液进行造粒,筛选出20/40目的球粒进行干燥得到半成品,将半成品于1350℃、1380℃下保温2.5h烧成,冷却后过20/40目的标准筛,即得低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
制备的低密高强陶粒支撑剂,1350℃、1380℃下烧成的陶粒支撑剂的圆球度均为0.8,浊度均小于100FTU,酸溶解度分别为4.72%、4.86%,体密度分别为1.27 g/cm3、1.29 g/cm3,视密度分别为2.45 g/cm3、2.47 g/cm3,52MPa闭合压力下破碎率分别为3.41%、3.37%。
实施例3:
将铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉分别粉磨至粒径小于300目标准筛的筛孔尺寸,按照质量百分比铝矾土76%、煤矸石15%、镁渣3%及锰粉6%配料、湿磨、烘干,然后添加12%的水或水溶液进行造粒,筛选出20/40目的球粒进行干燥得到半成品,将半成品于1400℃、1420℃下保温2h烧成,冷却后过20/40目的标准筛,即得低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
制备的低密高强陶粒支撑剂,1400℃、1420℃下烧成的陶粒支撑剂的圆球度均为0.9,浊度均小于100FTU,酸溶解度分别为4.63%、4.66%,体密度分别为1.31 g/cm3、1.33 g/cm3,视密度分别为2.50 g/cm3、2.51 g/cm3,69MPa闭合压力下破碎率分别为5.41%、5.19%。
实施例4:
将铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉分别粉磨至粒径小于300目标准筛的筛孔尺寸,按照质量百分比铝矾土83%、煤矸石10%、镁渣2%及锰粉5%配料、湿磨、烘干,然后添加10%的水或水溶液进行造粒,筛选出20/40目的球粒进行干燥得到半成品,将半成品于1400℃、1440℃下保温2h烧成,冷却后过20/40目的标准筛,即得低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
制备的低密高强陶粒支撑剂,1400℃、1440℃下烧成的陶粒支撑剂的圆球度均为0.9,浊度均小于100FTU,酸溶解度分别为5.39%、5.51%,体密度分别为1.32 g/cm3、1.33 g/cm3,视密度分别为2.50 g/cm3、2.49 g/cm3,69MPa闭合压力下破碎率分别为7.38%、6.91%。
Claims (7)
1.一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于,固废煤矸石作为主要添加料,固废镁渣作为助熔剂;所述制备工艺包含以下主要步骤:
(a)以铝矾土生料为主要原料,以煤矸石为主要添加料,镁渣、锰粉为助熔剂,按原料所占质量百分比进行配料,其中铝矾土60~90%,煤矸石7~33%,镁渣1~7%,锰粉2~10%;
(b)将配好的原料湿法球磨混料;
(c)将球磨好的物料烘干,同时添加适量的粘结剂造粒;
(d)将造粒粉料置于糖衣锅或爱立许强力搅拌机中滚动成球,然后将球粒置于烘箱中进行干燥,得到半成品;
(e)将上述半成品置于硅钼棒箱式炉或回转窑中按特定的烧结制度程序升温烧结,冷却后过筛,得到低密高强陶粒支撑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的铝矾土、煤矸石、镁渣及锰粉的粒度均小于0.054mm,即均过300目筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于:
所述铝矾土主要成分:Al2O3含量为58~73%,SiO2含量为8~11%,Fe2O3含量为3~6%;所述煤矸石主要成分:SiO2含量为51~66%,Al2O3含量为21~38%,CaO含量为0.5~3%,MgO含量为3~4%,Fe2O3含量为2~15%;所述镁渣主要成分:CaO含量为40~60%,SiO2含量为20~30%,Al2O3含量为1~5%,MgO含量为6~10%,Fe2O3含量为6~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂为水或PVA水溶液,其中PVA水溶液的浓度为3~8%,添加量为10~15%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的球坯的干燥温度为90~110℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的烧结温度为1250~1450℃,升温速率为5℃/min,保温时间为2~3h。
7.一种低密高强陶粒支撑剂,其特征在于,该陶粒支撑剂以煤矸石、镁渣、铝矾土以及锰粉烧制而成,体积密度小于1.36 g/cm3,视密度为2.19~2.75 g/cm3,69MPa闭合压力和52MPa闭合压力下破碎率均<10%。
