背景技术
人们已为机动车辆门开发了电动力闩锁(“电动闩锁”)。通过致动电“解锁”开关可将动力门闩锁解锁。对开关的致动可引起电动机将棘爪移动至释放/解锁位置,使闩锁的卡爪移动并与撞针脱离,从而能够打开车辆门。电动闩锁可包括应急或备用释放杆,应急或备用释放杆机械地连接至闩锁机构。可从车辆的内部手动致动释放杆,以在由于门的动力闩锁控制器发生局部电力损失或带有该机械释放杆的门的动力闩锁控制器的电子部件或软件中发生其他故障时将动力闩锁解锁。
发明内容

如上文所述,动力闩锁6A-6D分别包括应急或备用电源28A-28D。如果主电源26中断,控制器38A-38D可配置成使动力闩锁6A-6D进入备用电力模式,在备用电力模式中,闩锁6A-6D利用备用电源28A-28D。
动力闩锁6A-6D的控制器38A-38D可配置成将周期性“心跳”信号送至系统25的车身控制模块40和/或其他模块/部件。如果车身控制模块40没有接收到“心跳”信号,这通常表示已发生工作或通信的故障/失去。在使用中,如果动力闩锁6A-6D中的一个或多个进入备用电力模式,相应的控制器可配置成停止传送“心跳”信号以节约能量。然后,车身控制模块40将检测到闩锁控制器38A-38D中的一个或多个离线(即,未与车身控制模块40通信)。如果离线状态持续预定义的时间(例如,5分钟)或者预定义数量的钥匙循环(钥匙开/钥匙关),车身控制模块40可配置成使显示屏8A和/或8B中的一个或多个在发生“钥匙开”或“钥匙关”事件后立即向用户提供“寻求维修”的显示。此显示(或音频信号)提示用户为离线的门/动力闩锁6A-6D寻求维修。应理解,“寻求维修”显示和/或音频/语音信号可包括各种信息、影像、声音等,且“寻求维修”显示/信号不一定必须包括“寻求维修”这一措词。在不是带有动力闩锁6的每个门都具有应急机械释放手柄18的车辆上,不寻求维修不久可能会导致闩锁控制器38A-38D中的电力贮备在一段时间(例如几天或一周)内慢慢耗尽,从而导致不能打开那些没有备用释放手柄18的门。对于此情形,如果不能打开门以移除调整螺钉(trimscrew)来接近门内部动力锁定系统进行维修,则此情形需要付出异常大的努力来维修动力锁定系统。

根据本发明的另一方面,车辆的后门可具有防儿童的机械备用把手18,机械备用把手18包装在门上对儿童来说很难释放、但对成人来说当提供与应急释放相关的信息时相对容易释放的位置。相应地,控制器40可配置成提供与位于车辆的后门上或附近的防儿童应急释放手柄的位置和/或操作相关的信息(例如,文本说明和/或影像)。
根据本发明的另一方面,车辆的后门可包括处于易接近位置的机械应急释放手柄18,但其中应急释放手柄使用需要特殊释放移动或操作的防儿童的盖板进行覆盖或封闭。控制器40可配置成提供关于防儿童盖板的位置和/或移除的具体信息(例如,文本说明和/或影像),防儿童盖板选择性地防止接近机动车辆的后门的应急释放手柄18。
系统25还可配置成利用车身控制模块40识别的无源密钥卡。如果车身控制模块40检测到曾使用很少使用的无源密钥卡来启动车辆,控制器40可配置成利用显示屏8A和/或8B提供与应急释放手柄18的位置和/或操作相关的信息(例如,文本说明和/或影像)。此外,对于可提醒新驾驶员的其他事件,例如有新电话与车辆配对、或者在驾驶循环期间没有已知电话,可重复进行新驾驶员训练例程。
系统25(例如闩锁控制器38A-38D)可配置成需要一连串的内部解锁开关14A-14D的致动来分别致动(解锁)动力闩锁6A-6D,从而允许离开车辆。例如,控制器38A-38D可配置成要求在3秒钟内将每个内部解锁开关14A-14D致动两次以将动力闩锁6A-6D解锁。可利用多个开关致动的要求来防止动力闩锁6A-6D发生意外解锁。在动力闩锁6A-6D的控制器38A-38D失去与车身控制模块40和/或其他系统部件的连接以致在钥匙开期间没有车辆速度信息的情形下,可利用多动作开关致动要求。在正常的“钥匙开”操作中,约束控制模块42B产生被系统25的其他部件接收的周期性信号。在“钥匙开”期间,如果控制器38A-38D没有收到来自约束控制模块42B的预期信号,控制器38A-38D可配置为需要开关14A-14D的多次致动。当出现“钥匙开”条件时,如果动力闩锁6A-6D的控制器38A-38D没有向车身控制模块40发送预期的“心跳”信号,这可能表明控制器38A-38D已变换至备用电源28A-28D,且还变换至需要内部开关14A-14D多次致动的模式。如果出现某个条件表明控制器38A-38D可能已变换至多致动模式,控制器40可配置成利用显示屏8A和/或8B提供关于内部解锁开关14A-14D的多次致动的信息。因而,在已发生规定的故障时,将向用户提供与内部开关多次致动程序相关的信息/说明。
车辆1还可配置成使后门不包括应急释放手柄18。当车辆以此方式配置时,动力门闩锁6A-6D的控制器38A-38D可配置为需要内部开关14A-14D的多次开关致动。系统的儿童锁状态可由闩锁控制器38A-38D之外的车身控制模块40或其他系统部件确定/储存。于是,如果发生数据连接性丢失,后门闩锁6B和6D不可从内部保持儿童锁状态。控制器38B和38D可配置为只有当内部解锁开关34B、34D在预定义时间间隔(例如,3秒钟)内多次致动时才将后面的动力闩锁6B和6D解锁。如果已为后门启动儿童锁部件,则后门的闩锁6B和6D将在预定义的多动作内部解锁开关启动序列被执行时解锁。如果后门的儿童锁部件未启用(例如,由于失去数据通信),控制器40可配置成利用屏幕8A和/或8B向用户提供信息指示后门的儿童锁部件未启用,并提供与将后面的闩锁6B和6D解锁可能需要的任何所需内部解锁开关序列有关的信息。车辆1可包括驾驶员门开关面板(例如,窗户锁定)使驾驶员能够选择儿童锁模式。如果已利用驾驶员门开关面板选择儿童锁模式,但已失去数据连接,控制器40可配置成在每个“钥匙开”循环显示“无儿童锁”信息,直到数据连接或电源失去情形得到解决。
当动力闩锁6A-6D中的一个或多个进入备用电力模式时,控制器40还可配置为要求外部把手开关32A-32D关闭预定的时间(例如,3秒钟)以锁定和/或解锁动力闩锁6A-6D。控制器40可配置成利用显示器8A和/或8B,以向用户提供关于如何通过保持外部开关32A-32D至少3秒种(或其他预定义时间间隔)而从外面紧固/锁定门的信息。
车辆1还可包括发射器58和备用电源60。发射器58可配置为与便携式蜂窝式电话或其他此种无线装置通信。系统25可配置为将信息(例如文本消息)发送至用户的蜂窝式电话以使蜂窝式电话提供/显示与应急释放手柄18的位置和/或操作有关的信息。类似地,系统25可配置为当需要对内部开关14A-14D进行多次致动以将动力闩锁6A-6D解锁时,以及当后面儿童锁状态或部件未完全启用时,向用户的蜂窝式电话发送信息(例如,文本消息)。此外,系统25可配置为利用备用电源60以向用户的蜂窝式电话发送与应急释放手柄18的位置和/或操作有关的文本消息,和/或当需要对内部解锁开关14A-14D进行多次致动以离开车辆时、和/或当用于后面座椅的儿童锁部件不完全可用时向用户的蜂窝式电话发送文本消息。
此外,系统25可包括语音命令系统,语音命令系统提供语音信息以向用户提醒某问题并提供与动力闩锁6A-6D的操作有关的指示。例如,系统25可提供语音信息“注意,车辆左手侧门闩锁没有电源,不允许出去,请使用在你的车辆信息屏幕上显示的备用释放把手”或其他合适信息。可以多种语言提供语音命令。系统25可配置成包括默认语言,且系统25可最初产生默认语言、然后是一种或多种其他语言的语音命令。
此外,系统可配置成确定是否使用有效蜂窝式电话、但车辆内没有检测到先前配对的电话而启用汽车点火。在这些情形中,系统25可假定驾驶员不是车主,而是一个临时性驾驶员。如果动力闩锁6A-6D中的一个或多个离线且没有检测到配对电话,系统25可利用语音命令来辅导用户关于如何利用应急释放手柄18离开车辆,和/或系统25可提供关于儿童锁部件的状态的语音信息以及关于在儿童锁部件不完全可操作时将后门解锁的信息。此外,如果动力闩锁6A-6D中的一个或多个失去通信,且如果没有检测到先前配对的电话,系统25可使用默认语言提供语音告警或信息,且然后还使用GPS系统确定车辆所处的国家或地理区域内的本地语言或最通用的语言提供警告和/或信息。
应理解,可对上述结构进行更改和修改,此不背离本发明的概念,且应进一步理解,此概念旨在涵盖于前面权利要求书的范围内,除非权利要求书按其语言明确地另有所指。
Claims (24)
1.一种用于车辆的动力门闩锁系统,包括:
控制器,配置为接收与车辆工作条件有关的数据;
至少一个电动门闩锁,具有能够被所述控制器致动以将所述电动门闩锁解锁的动力致动器;
应急释放装置,机械地连接至所述电动门闩锁以机械地释放所述闩锁,其中,所述应急释放装置可移动地安装在车门的内侧的远离把手的位置处;
用户通信装置,可操作地连接至所述控制器,
用户能够致动的解锁开关,其中:
如果所述控制器确定已发生至少一个预定义的工作条件,所述控制器使所述用户通信装置向用户提供与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作有关的信息;
所述电动门闩锁包括具有儿童锁部件的后门闩锁,且其中,当所述儿童锁部件由于系统故障而已停用时,需要所述解锁开关的预定义的多次致动以将所述电动门闩锁解锁;以及
所述用户通信装置配置成将所述儿童锁部件已停用通知给用户,并向用户提供与所要求的预定义的多次致动有关的信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述预定义的工作条件包括车辆里程低于预定义限值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述预定义的工作条件包括电动门闩锁发生故障。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述预定义的工作条件包括所述电动门闩锁的解锁不是由于来自所述控制器的解锁信号导致的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述预定义的工作条件包括检测到很少使用的无源密钥卡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述预定义的工作条件包括所述控制器与所述电动门闩锁之间的通信断开。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户通信装置包括向用户提供与所述应急释放装置的位置有关的信息的显示屏。
8.根据权利要求7所述的动力门闩锁系统,包括:
将所述电动门闩锁解锁所需的解锁开关的多次致动;
所述显示屏提供与所述解锁开关为将所述电动门闩锁解锁而进行的多次致动有关的信息。
9.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:所述电动门闩锁包括备用电源。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述系统包括儿童锁启用输入装置,所述儿童锁启用输入装置位于所述车辆的驾驶员座椅中并由所述车辆的驾驶员致动;以及
当车辆点火钥匙开循环启动时,所述用户通信装置指示所述儿童锁部件已停用,除非导致所述儿童锁部件停用的所述故障已解决。
11.根据权利要求9所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述系统故障包括失去数据传输和失去电力中的至少一个。
12.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
当所述车辆的主电源故障时,所述系统变换至备用电力模式并利用能够致动所述动力致动器的应急电源;
所述系统包括外部解锁开关;
通过将所述外部解锁开关致动预定义的时间段将所述电动门闩锁锁定,且其中:
所述用户通信装置配置成当所述系统已变换至所述备用电力模式时向用户提供与所述预定义的时间段有关的信息。
13.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,包括:
发射器,配置成使便携式电话提供与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作有关的信息。
14.根据权利要求13所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述发射器配置成向所述便携式电话发送与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作有关的文本消息。
15.根据权利要求9所述的动力门闩锁系统,包括:
发射器,配置成使便携式电话提供与所述预定义的多个动作有关的信息。
16.根据权利要求15所述的动力门闩锁系统,包括:
备用电源,可操作地连接至所述发射器,且其中:
所述发射器配置成利用来自所述备用电源的电力以向便携式电话传递信息,从而所述便携式电话提供与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或所述预定义的多个动作有关的信息和/或所述儿童锁部件的停用有关的信息。
17.根据权利要求16所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述发射器使用文本消息形式发送所述信息。
18.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户通信装置向用户产生音频信号。
19.根据权利要求18所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户通信装置还包括显示屏,所述显示屏在提供音频信号提示用户查看所述显示屏之后显示与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作有关的信息。
20.根据权利要求18所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户通信装置提供与所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作有关的音频信息。
21.根据权利要求20所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述系统包括儿童锁部件和配置成与一个或多个便携式电话进行无线通信的发射器,且其中,所述系统配置成使得当它没有在所述车辆中检测到先前已与其通信的便携式电话时,以及与所述电动门闩锁的通信已中断时,所述控制器使所述用户通信装置提供与如下项中的至少一个相关的音频信息:a)所述应急释放装置的位置和/或操作;b)所述儿童锁部件的状态。
22.根据权利要求21所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述音频信息以至少两种语言提供。
23.根据权利要求1所述的动力门闩锁系统,其中:
所述至少一个电动门闩锁包括四个电动闩锁,所述四个电动闩锁配置为选择性地将左前门、右前门、左后门的右后门保持在关闭位置。
24.一种向具有动力门闩锁的车辆的用户提供与应急释放装置相关的信息的方法,位于车辆门的凹槽内的可移动的所述应急释放装置配置为在失去电力时将所述动力门闩锁机械式解锁,所述动力门闩锁包括具有儿童锁部件的后门闩锁,所述方法包括:
确定是否已发生阻止所述动力门闩锁动力解锁的预定义故障;
当预定义故障已发生时,使所述车辆内的屏幕显示与所述应急释放装置的位置有关的信息;
当所述儿童锁部件由于系统故障而已停用时,需要用户能够致动的解锁开关的预定义的多次致动以将所述动力门闩锁解锁;以及
将所述儿童锁部件已停用通知给用户,并向用户提供与所要求的预定义的多次致动有关的信息。
