Description
図1,図2に示すように、ドアハンドル装置1は、乗用車用ドアのアウタパネル2の外面に固定されたハンドルベース3と、ハンドルベース3にピン4を介して揺動自在に支持されたドアハンドル5(アンテナ内蔵装置)と、ハンドルベース3に設けられたキーシリンダ6等から構成されている。
本発明者などは、結果を図8に示すように、アンテナ単体と、アンテナをドアハンドルに収容し、アウタカバーをメッキにより金属薄膜層(膜厚75μm)を形成した場合と、アウタカバーをスパッタリングにより金属薄膜層(膜厚0.05μm)を形成した場合とでアンテナ性能の比較試験を行った。
図9,図10に示すように、車両用電子キー装置21(アンテナ内蔵装置)は、外部装置との通信に供されるアンテナ23と、これを収納するケーシング22(外部部材)などから構成されている。ケーシング22の表面にはスパッタリングによる金属薄膜層24が形成されており、ケーシング全体を金属調に構成することにより外観の意匠性の向上が図られている。第1実施例と同様に、金属薄膜層24はその膜厚を、可能な限り薄くかつ金属調の表面を構成可能な0.05μm〜0.20μmとされている。また、形成した金属薄膜層を保護するため、アクリルウレタン系塗料などによる膜厚5〜50μm程度の保護膜層が金属薄膜層上に形成されて2層構造となっている。

Claims (2)
- 外部装置との通信に供されるアンテナと、このアンテナを収納する外殻構成部材とを備えた車両用ドアハンドルであって、前記外殻構成部材の意匠表面にベース膜層が形成され、該ベース膜層の表面にスパッタリングによる金属薄膜層が形成され、前記金属薄膜層の膜厚が0.05μm〜0.20μmの範囲に設定されたことを特徴とする車両用ドアハンドル。
- 外部装置との通信に供されるアンテナと、このアンテナを収納する外殻構成部材とを備えた車両用電子キーであって、前記外殻構成部材の意匠表面にベース膜層が形成され、該ベース膜層の表面にスパッタリングによる金属薄膜層が形成され、前記金属薄膜層の膜厚が0.05μm〜0.20μmの範囲に設定されたことを特徴とする車両用電子キー。
