背景技术

具体实施方式
图1到图3是风扇组件10的外部视图。总体上,风扇组件10包括本体12和喷嘴14,该本体12包括多个空气流动进口,空气穿过该空气进口进入风扇组件10,该喷嘴14是安装在本体12上的环形壳体的形式,喷嘴14包括用于从风扇组件10发射空气的多个空气出口。
喷嘴14被布置为,同时或分别地,发射两个不同空气流。喷嘴14包括后部区段16和被连接到后部区段的前部区段18。每个区段16,18是环形的形状,且区段16,18一起限定喷嘴14的孔眼20。该孔眼20在中心延伸穿过喷嘴14以致每个区段16,18的中心位于孔眼20的轴线X上。

第一空气出口30被布置为发射空气穿过喷嘴14的孔眼20的前部部分。第一空气出口30被成形为引导空气越过喷嘴14的外表面。在该实施例中,内部壳体区段24的外表面包括柯恩达表面40,第一空气出口30被布置为引导第一空气流越过该柯恩达表面40。柯恩达表面40是环形的,且由此是绕中心轴线X连续的。内部壳体区段24的外表面还包括扩散器部分42,该扩散器部分42沿从第一空气出口30到喷嘴14的前端44延伸的方向远离轴线X成锥形。

第一空气通道70穿过壳体区段的后部区段78,并且容纳用于产生穿过第一空气通道70的第一空气流的第一用户可操作系统。该第一用户可操作系统包括第一叶轮82,其在该实施例中为混流叶轮的形式。该第一叶轮82连接到从第一马达84向外延伸用于驱动第一叶轮82的旋转轴。在这个实施例中,第一马达84是直流无刷马达,其具有响应由用户选择的速度通过控制电路而变化的速度。第一马达84的最大速度优选在5000至10000rmp的范围。该第一马达84被容纳在马达桶内,该马达桶包括连接到下部部分88的上部部分86。马达桶的上部部分88包括扩散器90,该扩散器为具有螺旋叶片的静态盘形式。环形泡沫消声构件也可以被定位在马达桶中。该扩散器90直接地位于喷嘴14的第一空气进口28的下方。
马达桶位于大体为截头锥形的叶轮外壳92内,且被安装在其上。叶轮外壳92继而被安装在多个(在此示例中为3个)角度间隔开的支撑件94上,所述支撑件位于本体12的后部区段78内,且被连接至该后部区段。环形进气构件96被连接到叶轮外壳92的底部用于引导空气流进入叶轮外壳92。
柔性密封构件98被安装到叶轮外壳92上。柔性密封构件阻止空气从叶轮外壳的外表面周围流至入口构件96。密封构件98优选地包括环状唇形密封件,其优选地由橡胶制成。密封构件98还包括引导部分,用于引导电缆100到第一马达84。
第二空气通道72被布置为接收来自第一空气通道70的空气。第二空气通道72定位为与第一空气通道70相邻,且在第一空气通道70的旁边向上朝向喷嘴14延伸。第二空气通道72包括定位在壳体区段的后部区段78的下端处的空气进口102。该空气进口102定位为与本体12的空气流进口74相对。第二用户可操作系统被提供用于产生穿过第二空气通道72的第二空气流。该第二用户可操作系统包括第二叶轮104和用于驱动该第二叶轮104的第二马达106。在该实施例中,第二叶轮104为轴流叶轮的形式,且该第二马达106为DC马达的形式。第二马达106具有固定旋转速度,且可以由用于激活第一马达84的相同控制电路激活。第二用户可操作系统优选被配置为产生空气流动速度比第一空气流的最小空气流动速度更小的第二空气流。例如,第二空气流的流动速度优选在从1到5升每秒的范围,而第一空气流的最小流动速度优选在10到20升每秒的范围。
第二叶轮104和第二马达106被安装在本体12的下部内壁108上。如图4所示,第二叶轮104和第二马达106可以定位在空气进口102上游,且被布置为引导第二空气流穿过空气进口102并进入第二空气通道72。然而,第二叶轮104和第二马达106可以定位在第二空气通道72内。空气进口102可以被布置为接收直接来自本体12的空气流进口74的第二空气流;例如空气进口102可以邻接空气流进口74的内表面。
风扇组件10的本体12包括中央管110,用于接收来自空气进口102的第二空气流,且运输第二空气流到喷嘴14的第二空气进口54。在这个实施例中,第二用户可操作系统包括用于在第二空气流进入喷嘴14前增加第二空气流的湿度且被容纳在风扇组件10的本体12内的加湿系统。风扇组件的这个实施例可因此被视为提供加湿装置。加湿系统包括可移除地安装在下壁108上的水箱112。如图1到3所示,水箱112具有提供本体12的外部圆柱形表面的一部分的外部凸状壁114和绕管110延伸的内部凹状壁116。该水箱112优选具有从2至4升的范围的容量。水箱112的上表面成形为限定手柄118,使用户可使用一个手从下壁108提起水箱112。
水箱112具有下表面,喷口120被可移除地连接到该下表面(例如通过协作的螺纹连接)。在这个实例中,水箱112通过从下壁108移走水箱112且将水箱112反转以便喷口120向上突出来被填充。喷口120随后被从水箱112拧下,且水通过当该喷口120从水箱112分离时暴露的孔被引进水箱112。一旦水箱112被装满,用户将喷口120重新连接到水箱112,再次反转水箱112将水箱112放回下壁108上。弹簧承载阀门122位于喷口120内,该阀门114用于当水箱112再次反转时防止水通过喷口120的排水口124泄漏。阀门122被朝向一位置偏压,在该位置阀门122的裙部126接合喷口120的上表面以阻止水从水箱112进入喷口120。
下壁108包括凹部130,该凹部130定义了用于接收来自水箱112的水的水存储器132。当水箱112位于下壁108上时,从下壁108的凹部130向上延伸的销钉134突出进入喷口120。该销钉134向上推动阀门122以打开喷口120,从而允许水在重力作用下从水箱112行进到水存储器132中。这导致水存储器132中装满水到与销钉134的上表面大致共平面的水平。磁液位传感器135位于水存储器132内用于检测水存储器132内的水的水位。
下壁108的凹部130包括孔136,用于暴露位于下壁108下方的压电式换能器138的表面,该换能器138用于雾化存储在水存储器132中的水。环形金属散热器140定位在下壁128和换能器138之间用于将热量从换能器138传递到第二散热器142。第二散热器142被定位为邻近形成在本体12的壳体区段的外表面中的第二组孔144以便热量可从第二散热器142被传送通过孔144。环形密封构件146在换能器138和散热器140之间形成不漏水的密封。驱动电路定位在下壁128下方,用于驱动换能器138的超声波振动使水存储器132内的水雾化。
进口管148定位到水存储器132的一侧。进口管148被布置为在水存储器132中存储的水的最大水位上方的水平处输送第二空气流进入第二空气通道72,从而从进口管148发射的空气流越过位于水存储器132中的水的表面。
用于控制风扇组件的操作的用户接口位于本体12的壳体区段的侧壁上。图8示意性地示出了用于风扇组件10的控制系统,该控制系统包括这个用户接口和风扇组件10的其他电气部件。在这个实例中,用户接口包括多个用户可操作按钮160a,160b,160c和160d,和显示器162。该第一按钮160a用于激活和关闭第一马达84,而第二按钮160b用于设定第一马达84的速度,由此设定第一叶轮82的旋转速度。第三按钮160c被用于激活和关闭第二马达106。第四按钮160d用于设定风扇组件10所在的环境(如房间,办公室或其他家庭环境)的相对湿度的期望水平。例如,相对湿度的期望水平可通过第四按钮140c的重复按压选择在20℃处的30%至80%的范围内。该显示器162提供了当前选择的相对湿度水平的指示。
用户接口还包括用户接口电路164,该用户接口电路144根据按钮中的一个的按压输出控制信号到驱动电路166,并接收由驱动电路166输出的控制信号。用户接口还可包括一个或多个发光二级管(LED),该发光二级管用于提供取决于加湿系统的状态的视觉警告。例如,第一LED 168a可由驱动电路166点亮指示水箱112已经排空,如通过驱动电路166接收的来自液位传感器135的信号所指示。
湿度传感器170也被提供用于检测外部环境中的空气的相对湿度,且用于供应检测到的相对湿度的指示信号到驱动电路166。在这个实例中,该湿度传感器170可直接地位于空气流进口74的后面以检测被抽吸进入风扇组件10的空气流的相对湿度。用户接口可包括第二LED 168b,当来自湿度传感器170的输出指示进入风扇组件10的空气流的相对湿度在用户设定的期望相对湿度水平或在期望相对湿度水平之上时,该LED 168b由驱动电路166点亮。
为了操作风扇组件10,用户按压第一按钮160a,响应该操作驱动电路166激活第一马达84以旋转第一叶轮82。第一叶轮82的旋转导致空气穿过空气流进口74被抽吸进入本体12。空气流穿过第一空气通道70到喷嘴14的第一空气进口28,且进入喷嘴14的后部区段16内的第一内部通道46。在第一内部通道46的基座中,空气流被分为两股气流,该两股气流绕喷嘴14的孔眼20沿相反方向行进。当气流穿过第一内部通道46时,空气进入喷嘴14的嘴部48。进入嘴部48的该空气流优选绕喷嘴14的孔眼20大致均匀。该嘴部48引导空气流朝向喷嘴14的第一空气出口30,空气流从第一空气出口30从风扇组件10发射。
由第一空气出口30喷出的空气流被引导越过喷嘴14的科恩达表面40,导致来自外部环境(特别是从第一空气出口30附近,以及从喷嘴14的后部附近的区域)的空气的夹带所产生的次空气流。该次气流穿过喷嘴14的孔眼20,在该处它与从喷嘴14发射的空气流汇合。
当第一马达84运行时,用户可以通过按压第三按钮160c增加从风扇组件10发射的空气流的湿度。响应于此,驱动电路166激活第二马达106以旋转第二叶轮104。结果,空气被旋转的第二叶轮104从第一空气通道70抽吸以在第二空气通道72内产生第二空气流。由旋转的第二叶轮104产生的第二空气流的空气流动速度低于由旋转的第一叶轮82产生的,从而第一空气流继续穿过第一空气通道70到喷嘴14的第一空气进口28。
同时地,随着第二马达106的促动,驱动电路166驱动换能器138的振动,优选在从1至2MHz的范围的频率,以雾化水存储器132内的水。这造成在水存储器132内的水的上方的空气中的水滴。随着水存储器132内的水雾化,水存储器132不断地被来自水箱112的水重新装满,以便水存储器132内的水的水位保持大致不变同时水箱112内的水的水位逐渐下降。
随着第二叶轮104的旋转,第二空气流穿过进气管148且直接发射越过位于水存储器132中的水的上方,导致空中的水滴被夹带在第二空气流内。该目前湿的第二空气流向上穿过中央管110和第二空气通道72到喷嘴14的第二空气进口54,且进入喷嘴14的前部区段18内的第二内部通道58。在第二内部通道58的基座处,第二空气流被分成两股气流,该两股气流绕喷嘴14的孔眼20沿相反方向行进。当该气流穿过第二内部通道58时,每股气流从位于喷嘴14的前端44中的第二空气出口56中的相应一个发射。该被发射的第二空气流在通过第一空气流从喷嘴14的发射而产生的空气流内被运输远离风扇组件10,从而使湿气流被在距风扇组件10几米的距离处迅速体验到。
在第三按钮160c没有被接着按压的情况下,湿空气流从喷嘴的前部区段18发射直到由湿度传感器170检测到进入风扇组件的空气流的相对湿度比用户使用第四按钮160d选定的相对湿度水平高在20℃处的1%。于是湿空气流从喷嘴14的前部区段18的发射被驱动电路166通过终止供应促动信号到换能器138而终止。可选择地,第二马达106也可被停止以便没有第二空气流从喷嘴14的前部区段18发射。然而,当湿度传感器170定位为紧密靠近第二马达106时,最好第二马达106继续运行以避免在湿度传感器170的局部环境中不期望的温度波动。例如,当湿度传感器170位于风扇组件10的外部时,第二马达106也可以在湿度传感器170局部环境的空气相对湿度比用户选定的相对湿度水平高在20℃处的1%时被停止。
作为终止从风扇组件10发射湿空气流的结果,通过湿度传感器170检测到的相对湿度开始下降。一旦到湿度传感器170的局部环境的空气的相对湿度下降到比用户选定的相对湿度水平低在20℃处的1%,驱动电路166输出促动信号到换能器138以重新开始从喷嘴14的前部区段18发射湿空气流。如之前,湿空气流从喷嘴14的前部区段18发射直到湿度传感器170检测到的相对湿度比用户选定的相对湿度水平高在20℃处的1%,在该点处换能器138的促动被终止。
用于保持检测到的湿度水平在用户选定的水平周围的这个换能器138的一系列的促动继续进行直到按钮160a,160c中的一个被按压,或直到接收自水位传感器135的信号指示水存储器132内的水的水位已经下降到最小水位附近。如果按钮160a被按压,驱动电路166关闭马达84,106两者以关闭风扇组件10。

14.如权利要求11所述的风扇组件,其中,第二空气通道被布置为接收来自第一空气通道的空气。
15.如权利要求14所述的风扇组件,其中,第二空气通道被布置为在流动产生器件上游接收来自第一空气通道的空气。
16.如权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其中,流动产生器件包括第一叶轮和用于驱动第一叶轮以产生第一空气流的第一马达。
17.如权利要求16所述的风扇组件,其中,流动产生器件包括第二叶轮和用于驱动第二叶轮以产生第二空气流的第二马达。
18.如权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其中,第一内部通道与第二内部通道隔离。
