Abstract
本实用新型是一种可折叠的风扇。包括有扇头(1)、支撑柱(5)、脚架部分(3),其中支撑柱(5)包括有上支撑柱(5A)及下支撑柱(5B),两根上支撑柱(5A)与两根下支撑柱(5B)之间通过可折叠的横梁部分(2)连接。上述可折叠的横梁部分(2)包括有上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C),上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过若干活页(2B)铰接,且上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过可拆连接件(6)连接。上述脚架部分(3)为可折叠的脚架,本实用新型由于采用通过活页和可拆连接件连接横梁的两部分的结构,需要折叠风扇时,拆开可拆连接件,将横梁的两部分打开,从而达到将风扇扇头部分折叠的效果。此外,本实用新型的脚架也采用可折叠的结构,需要折叠时,拉动脚架的两部分,将脚架向上折叠成竖直状态,本实用新型便于存储及携带,且使用方便。

1、技术领域:
本实用新型是一种可折叠的风扇,属于风扇的改造技术。
2、背景技术:
目前,现有的风扇所采用的支架结构方式是通过螺钉来固定各支架之间的连接,所有的配件需要拆散装箱存放,使用时需重新组装;另外,在搬运时只能调节高度,且调节的高度也受到限制,存储、携带及使用都很不方便。
3、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种提供便于存储及携带,且使用方便的可折叠的风扇。
本实用新型的结构示意图如图1所示,包括有扇头(1)、支撑柱(5)、脚架部分(3),扇头(1)装设在两根支撑柱(5)的上端,两根支撑柱(5)的下端与脚架部分(3)连接,其中支撑柱(5)包括有上支撑柱(5A)及下支撑柱(5B),两根上支撑柱(5A)与两根下支撑柱(5B)之间通过可折叠的横梁部分(2)连接。
上述可折叠的横梁部分(2)包括有上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C),上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过若干活页(2B)铰接,且上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过可拆连接件(6)连接,上支撑柱(5A)及下支撑柱(5B)分别固装在上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)上。
上述上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)上分别设有对称的连接孔,可拆连接件(6)为螺纹连接件,上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)通过穿过连接孔的可拆连接件(6)连接。
上述上支撑柱(5A)与上横梁(2A)通过可拆连接件连接,下支撑柱(5B)与下横梁(2C)通过可拆连接件连接。
上述脚架部分(3)为可折叠的脚架,其包括设有两个端面的前脚架(3C)、后脚架(3D),前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的一端均通过连接销(4)分别与左脚架连接板(3A)铰接,前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的另一端均通过连接销(4)分别与右脚架连接板(3E)铰接,且两根弹簧(3B)的一端均固装在左脚架连接板(3A)上,两根弹簧(3B)的另一端分别固装在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的一侧上,另两根弹簧(3B)的一端均固装在右脚架连接板(3E)上,两根弹簧(3B)的另一端分别固装在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的另一侧上,两根下支撑柱(5B)分别固装在左脚架连接板(3A)及右脚架连接板(3E)上。
上述两根下支撑柱(5B)分别通过可拆连接件与左脚架连接板(3A)及右脚架连接板(3E)连接。
上述两根弹簧(3B)的一端均钩在左脚架连接板(3A)的连接销(4)上,另一端分别钩在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)上;另两根弹簧(3B)的一端均钩在右脚架连接板(3E)的连接销(4)上,另一端分别钩在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)上。
上述前脚架(3C)与后脚架(3D)为结构对称的脚架。
本实用新型由于采用通过活页和可拆连接件连接横梁的两部分的结构,需要折叠风扇时,拆开可拆连接件,将横梁的两部分打开,将上支撑柱及下支撑柱折叠,从而达到将风扇扇头部分折叠的效果。此外,本实用新型的脚架部分也采用可折叠的脚架,需要折叠时,拉动脚架的两部分,将脚架向上折叠成竖直状态,本实用新型可同时操作上述两个步骤。因此,其便于存储及携带,且使用方便。本实用新型是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,方便实用的可折叠的风扇。

5、具体实施方式:
实施例:
本实用新型的结构示意图如图1所示,包括有扇头1、支撑柱5、脚架部分3,其中扇头1装设在两根支撑柱5的上端,两根支撑柱5的下端与脚架部分3连接,其中支撑柱5包括有上支撑柱5A及下支撑柱5B,两根上支撑柱5A与两根下支撑柱5B之间通过可折叠的横梁部分2连接。
本实用新型中横梁部分2在使用状态的结构示意图如图2A所示,在折叠状态的结构示意图如图2B所示,上述可折叠的横梁部分2包括有上横梁2A及下横梁2C,上横梁2A与下横梁2C通过若干活页2B铰接,且上横梁2A与下横梁2C通过可拆连接件6连接,上支撑柱5A及下支撑柱5B分别固装在上横梁2A及下横梁2C上。
本实施例中,上述上横梁2A及下横梁2C上分别设有对称的连接孔,可拆连接件6为螺纹连接件,上横梁2A及下横梁2C通过穿过连接孔的可拆连接件6连接。上述上支撑柱5A与上横梁2A通过可拆连接件连接,下支撑柱5B与下横梁2C通过可拆连接件连接。
为使本实用新型实现更好的折叠效果,上述脚架部分3也采用可折叠结构,其包括设有两个端面的前脚架3C、后脚架3D,前脚架3C及后脚架3D的一端均通过连接销4分别与左脚架连接板3A铰接,前脚架3C及后脚架3D的另一端均通过连接销4分别与右脚架连接板3E铰接,且两根弹簧3B的一端均固装在左脚架连接板3A上,两根弹簧3B的另一端分别固装在前脚架3C及后脚架3D的一侧上,另两根弹簧3B的一端均固装在右脚架连接板3E上,两根弹簧3B的另一端分别固装在前脚架3C及后脚架3D的另一侧上,两根下支撑柱5B分别固装在左脚架连接板3A及右脚架连接板3E上。
本实施例中,上述两根下支撑柱5B分别通过可拆连接件与左脚架连接板3A及右脚架连接板3E连接。上述两根弹簧3B的一端均钩在左脚架连接板3A的连接销4上,另一端分别钩在前脚架3C及后脚架3D上;另两根弹簧3B的一端均钩在右脚架连接板3E的连接销4上,另一端分别钩在前脚架3C及后脚架3D上。上述前脚架3C与后脚架3D为结构对称的脚架。
本实用新型在使用过程中,在风扇使用状态时,横梁部分2通过可拆连接件6将上横梁2A及下横梁2C上下两部分分别连接,横梁2的上横梁2A及下横梁2C上下两部分中的横梁重合,可拆连接件6将其固定成一个整体。在风扇不使用而进行折叠时,旋开可拆连接件6,释放横梁2的上横梁2A及下横梁2C上下两部分,使上横梁2A及下横梁2C绕活页2B旋转,使上横梁2A及下横梁2C的横梁在同一平面上,如图2B、2C所示,从而将上支撑柱及下支撑柱折叠,达到将风扇扇头部分折叠的效果。
此外,在风扇使用状态,四根弹簧3B处于水平状态,前脚架3C、后脚架3D两部分脚架由于受到弹簧3B的拉力处于打开状态;当风扇不使用,如需实现更好的折叠效果,将脚架部分3也进行折叠,折叠时,将前脚架3C、后脚架3D两部分分别绕连接销4转动,使其从图3A的位置旋转到图3B的位置,弹簧3B也会绕轴心旋转至如图3B的位置,弹簧3B先拉伸后收缩,前脚架3C、后脚架3D两部分处于收起的位置,实现脚架部分3的折叠。实现扇体的整体折叠的结构示意图如图4所示。
Claims (8)
1、一种可折叠的风扇,包括有扇头(1)、支撑柱(5)、脚架部分(3),其中扇头(1)装设在两根支撑柱(5)的上端,两根支撑柱(5)的下端与脚架部分(3)连接,其特征在于支撑柱(5)包括有上支撑柱(5A)及下支撑柱(5B),两根上支撑柱(5A)与两根下支撑柱(5B)之间通过可折叠的横梁部分(2)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述可折叠的横梁部分(2)包括有上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C),上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过若干活页(2B)铰接,且上横梁(2A)与下横梁(2C)通过可拆连接件(6)连接,上支撑柱(5A)及下支撑柱(5B)分别固装在上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)上分别设有对称的连接孔,可拆连接件(6)为螺纹连接件,上横梁(2A)及下横梁(2C)通过穿过连接孔的可拆连接件(6)连接。
4、根据权利要求2所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述上支撑柱(5A)与上横梁(2A)通过可拆连接件连接,下支撑柱(5B)与下横梁(2C)通过可拆连接件连接。
5、根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述脚架部分(3)为可折叠的脚架,其包括设有两个端面的前脚架(3C)、后脚架(3D),前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的一端均通过连接销(4)分别与左脚架连接板(3A)铰接,前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的另一端均通过连接销(4)分别与右脚架连接板(3E)铰接,且两根弹簧(3B)的一端均固装在左脚架连接板(3A)上,两根弹簧(3B)的另一端分别固装在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的一侧上,另两根弹簧(3B)的一端均固装在右脚架连接板(3E)上,两根弹簧(3B)的另一端分别固装在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)的另一侧上,两根下支撑柱(5B)分别固装在左脚架连接板(3A)及右脚架连接板(3E)上。
6、根据权利要求5所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述两根下支撑柱(5B)分别通过可拆连接件与左脚架连接板(3A)及右脚架连接板(3E)连接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述两根弹簧(3B)的一端均钩在左脚架连接板(3A)的连接销(4)上,另一端分别钩在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)上;另两根弹簧(3B)的一端均钩在右脚架连接板(3E)的连接销(4)上,另一端分别钩在前脚架(3C)及后脚架(3D)上。
8、根据权利要求7所述的可折叠的风扇,其特征在于上述前脚架(3C)与后脚架(3D)为结构对称的脚架。
