在一实施方式中,可提取产品可以被压实成片剂(tablet),该片剂的压实度使得该片剂的流动阻力朝着盖子增大。当使用了压实的可提取产品的片剂时,可以省略入口层。因此,底部具有入口区,一定量的流体可以在没有入口层的情况下经过该入口区被供给。出口层可以是过滤层,以防止可提取产品离开包囊。因此,盖子的出口层的流动阻力可以高于底部的入口区的流动阻力。此外,可提取产品可以包括不同的压实的可提取产品的片剂,例如具有不同压实度。包囊在靠近盖子处可以具有最高流动阻力,例如可以具有最高压实程度。在有利的实施方式中,包囊可以没有入口层,并且消费者可以对其自己的包囊填充烘制并研磨的咖啡片剂。优选地,在使用之后弃置可更换包囊,但是可重用的包囊也是可能的。消费者可以用一个或多个烘制并研磨的咖啡片剂填充可重用包囊。优选地,在可重用包囊中省略入口层,并且出口层具有足够的强度,使得可以进行清洁。例如,可重用包囊可以是可用洗碗机洗涤的。
在一实施方式中,包囊可以设置有附加的薄片形多孔和/或穿孔层,其中该层被设置成大致上平行于底部和/或盖子。通过在包囊中提供一个或多个附加层,包囊中的流动阻力可以变化,使得包囊中的流动阻力从底部朝着盖子增大,并且压力从底部朝着盖子降低。优选地,附加层结合可提取产品的流动阻力高于入口层结合可提取产品的流动阻力,并且低于出口层结合可提取产品的流动阻力。这样的附加层可以例如除压实的可提取产品之外另外提供,或者结合压实的可提取产品提供。例如,通过提供附加层,可以将包囊划分成隔室。因此,获得的隔室可以例如填充有压实的可提取产品,每个隔室中的压实的可提取产品的压实度不同。通过提供附加层和/或可提取产品的可变压实度,在包囊中可以产生最佳流动阻力,该最佳流动阻力可以最佳地适于待生产的饮料。
在一实施方式中,包囊的周向壁可以设置有肋,以使流动阻力从底部朝着盖子增大。肋可以为包囊中的水提供机械性阻碍,因此可以增大流动阻力,从而允许包囊中的压力上升,直到用于从可提取产品酿造饮料的最佳值为止。例如,用大约十二巴的入口压力,包囊中的压力可以发展直到大约4至5巴为止,这取决于可提取产品和/或期望的饮料。进一步的压降,直到例如0.5巴,可以发生在出口区或出口区与支撑面之间和/或接收器的盖子刺穿工具。不同类型的可提取产品可能需要例如较高的或较低的用于制备优质饮料的最佳压力。肋可以是具有朝着盖子增大横截面的楔形。机械性阻碍也可以通过在底部与盖子之间延伸的杆形构件提供,例如其中杆形构件具有朝着盖子增大的横截面。此外,周向壁可以设置有沿大致上横切于(transverse to,横向于)周向壁的方向延伸的翅片。优选地,翅片朝包囊的中心延伸以提供机械性阻碍,从而增大包囊中的流动阻力。
用以增大包囊中从底部朝着盖子的流动阻力的各种组合是可能的。例如,附加的穿孔和/或多孔层可以结合机械性阻碍、和/或压实的可提取产品、和/或具有一定的流动阻力的出口层结合出口层处的可提取产品(这优选高于包囊中的流动阻力)、和/或具有一定的流动阻力的入口层结合出口层处的可提取产品(这优选低于包囊中的流动阻力)提供,或除上述这些之外另外提供。
在一实施方式中,包囊的周向壁是基本上硬质的(rigid,刚性的)。因此,包囊在使用前可以不易于变形,使得可以较容易地将包囊安装到接收器上。优选地,包囊包括与周向壁和/或底部成为整体的加强肋以增加包囊的刚度。在有利的实施方式中,这些加强肋也可以为包囊中的流体提供机械性阻碍,从而增大流动阻力。

图1a示出了根据本发明的一种使用可提取产品来制备适合于消费的预定量饮料的系统1的第一实施方式的实例。系统1包括可更换的开放式包囊2、和设备4。该设备4包括接收器6,该接收器用于保持可更换包囊2。在图1a中,为清楚起见,在包囊2与接收器6之间绘制有间隙。应了解的是,在使用中,包囊2可以与接收器6接触。在这个实例中,接收器6的形状与包囊2的形状互补。在这个实例中,接收器6包括上部8和支撑面10。

在图1a的实例中,周向第一壁14基本上是硬质的。周向壁14可以例如包括塑性材料,并且可以通过例如注射模塑、真空成型、热成型等形成。
在这个实例中,底部16与周向壁14成为整体。在这个实例中,底部16是薄片形并且包括多个入口开口26以便允许流体进入包囊2。
在这个实例中,盖子20是薄片形。另外,在这个实例中,盖子20是多孔的。盖子20在这个实例中是用滤纸制成的。在这个实例中,滤纸包括聚乙烯(PE)纤维。此外,其他纤维和/或细丝,例如可生物降解的或金属细丝,可以是可能的。在这个实例中,盖子20通过热密封连接到周向壁14。在这个实例中,盖子20形成包囊2沿其轴向方向的最外面的边界。从图1a可以看出,盖子20紧靠接收器6的支撑面10。过滤层的许多其他变体是可能的。
对图1a中所示的系统1操作如下,来制备一杯咖啡。
将包囊2放置在接收器6中。使盖子20处于紧靠支撑面10的状态。将流体(这里是热水)在例如12巴下经过入口开口26供给至内部空间24中的可提取产品。水将使咖啡渣变湿并提取期望的物质以形成咖啡饮料。制备好的咖啡将经过多孔的盖子20从包囊2排出。咖啡饮料进一步经由多个出口28从接收器6排出,并且可被供给至诸如杯子的容器30。
在图1a的实例中,底部16包括入口层32,该入口层带有多个入口开口26,所述多个入口开口基本上遍布入口层32。在这个实例中,入口层25形成底部16。入口层32具有一定的流动阻力,该流动阻力由例如入口开口26的宽度、横截面和/或在入口层32上的分布和/或入口层32的材料结合可提取产品来确定。入口层的流动阻力是入口层的结合和/或配合可提取产品的一种性质。靠近入口层的可提取产品也决定入口区的流动阻力。
在图1a的实例中,盖子20包括出口层34,该盖子形成包囊2的出口区,饮料(这里是咖啡)经过该出口区从包囊排出。在这个实例中,出口层34形成盖子20。在这个实例中,出口层34由诸如滤纸的多孔薄片形成。在这个实例中,整个盖子20形成为多孔薄片出口层34。在这个实例中,盖子20形成基本上连续的流体可渗透薄片,该薄片基本上跨越包囊2的整个第二端22。出口层34具有一定的流动阻力,该流动阻力由例如滤纸的孔隙度和/或渗透度确定。出口层的流动阻力是由出口层配合靠近出口层的可提取产品的特性而确定的性质。出口层处的可提取产品结合出口层本身提供了对包囊中的流体从包囊排出的阻碍或流动限制或阻力。一旦这种阻碍已经被包囊中的流体克服,流体就会流经出口层从包囊排出。当包囊填充有可提取产品时,这种阻碍是出口区的流动阻力的指示。
出口层34的流动阻力高于入口层32的流动阻力,以使包囊2中的压力能够在饮料经由出口层20从包囊2排出之前上升。例如对热水提供大约十二巴的压力,可以使包囊中的压力发展直到大约4至5巴为止。包囊2中的压力可以最适合于酿造过程并且可以产生更好的饮料。此外,热水在包囊2中用以从可提取产品提取饮料的时间可以变长以更好地提取,从而可以产生更好的饮料。此外,可以阻止包囊的上游的压力发展,这种压力发展可能会损坏系统1和/或不利于酿造过程。在入口区,可存在小压降(例如,0.5巴),在包囊的第一部分(上游部分)中,可存在进一步的小压降(例如,0.5巴),在这之后可能是包囊的第二部分(下游部分)中的较大的压降(例如4至5巴)。在入口区和/或在入口区之后,可以存在进一步压降(例如4至5巴)。这种方式可以获得针对最佳提取和酿造过程的遍及包囊的相对较佳的压力发展。
图1b示出了根据本发明的使用可提取产品来制备适合于消费的预定量饮料的系统1的第二实施方式的实例。系统1包括可更换包囊2和设备4。该设备4包括接收器6,该接收器用于保持可更换包囊2。在这个实例中,接收器6的形状与包囊2的形状互补。在图1b中,为清楚起见,在包囊2与接收器6之间绘制有间隙。应了解的是,在使用中,包囊2可以与接收器6接触。设备4进一步包括流体分配装置12,该流体分配装置用于将一定量的诸如水的流体在压力下供给至可更换包囊2。

在这种实施方式中,底部16包括入口层32,入口开口26分布于入口层32上,入口开口分布于基本上整个底部16。在图1b的实例中,底部16与周向壁14成为整体。
在这种实施方式中,图1b的系统1包括底部刺穿工具122,该底部刺穿工具用于刺穿包囊。图1b示出了处于伸出位置的底部刺穿工具122,该底部刺穿工具用于在包囊的底部16中形成入口开口。然而,这里包囊2的底部16定位在离底部刺穿工具122一定距离处,使得当底部刺穿工具122处于伸出位置时,包囊2不被底部刺穿工具122刺穿并且底部16保持完好。

此外,在图1b中所示的系统1可以包括盖子刺穿工具128,该盖子刺穿工具用于刺穿替代包囊的盖子。然而,包囊2的盖子20包括出口层34,饮料可以经过该出口层从包囊2排出。出口层34被设置为具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或足够的刚性,以使在包囊2内侧的压力的影响下不被盖子刺穿工具128刺穿。然而,出口层34在包囊中压力的影响下可以靠着刺穿工具变形,但不会破裂和/或撕裂和/或被刺穿工具刺穿。包囊的压降可以产生相对最佳的提取和/或酿造过程。出口层34与盖子刺穿工具128之间可以存在压降,这可能对于在酿造好的饮料上形成泡沫层是最佳的。
在图1b的实例中,出口过滤器34由诸如滤纸的多孔薄片形成,该出口过滤器形成包囊2的出口区,饮料(这里是咖啡)经过该出口区从包囊排出。在这个实例中,出口过滤器34定位在盖子20的出口区中。出口过滤器36可以形成基本上连续的流体可渗透薄片,该薄片基本上跨越包囊2的整个第二端22。因此,液体能够遍及相对较大的区域从包囊2排出。
出口层34的流动阻力通常足够高,使得可以发生包囊2中的压力上升,以便增加热水在包囊中的时间和/或增大包囊中的压力。优选地,出口层34的流动阻力高于入口层32的流动阻力,因此可以在包囊2中发生最佳压力发展,以便可提取产品的更好提取和更好的酿造饮料。
除了出口层34的足够高的流动阻力之外,出口层34也可以具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或足够的刚度,使得出口过滤器34不会靠着盖子刺穿工具变形和/或撕裂和/或破裂。当出口过滤器34例如由滤纸制造时,能够很容易地选择滤纸的参数,诸如材料、密度、厚度和/或PE含量,以提供具有足够高的撕裂强度和/或形成足够的流动阻力的出口过滤器。此外,当出口过滤器34例如由设置有多个出口开口的聚合物膜形成时,能够容易地选择聚合物箔的参数,诸如密度、厚度、出口开口的数量、出口开口的大小和/或形状,以提供具有足够的撕裂强度和/或形成足够的流动阻力的盖子20。可替代地,过滤器和/或包囊可以由金属形成,或者材料可以具有金属成分。
可对根据本发明的系统1的包囊2的出口层34的参数进行选择,使得出口层34有足够的撕裂强度和/或足够的流动阻力,从而不被刺穿或撕裂。
在图2中示出了底部16的入口层32与周向壁14成为整体。入口层32包括多个入口开口26。盖子20包括箔出口层34,例如聚合物箔,该箔出口层设置有多个出口开口36。包囊2包括向外延伸的边缘38,盖子20例如通过胶合、焊接、热密封等附接到该边缘。出口层34可以包括比入口层32少的开口,使得出口层34的流动阻力比入口层32的流动阻力高。此外,出口层34与边缘38的附接可以是足够耐压的。另外,入口层32可如是例如单独的过滤层,该单独的过滤层可以附接至例如底部的向内延伸的边缘42(例如,图3中所示的)。此外,入口层和/或出口层可以在外部或内部附接至周向壁14。此外,出口层可以与周向壁成为整体。
在一实施方式中,包囊中的流动阻力从底部16朝着盖子20增大。例如,如图3中所示,附加层40可以设置在包囊2中。附加层40可以是薄片形的多孔和/或穿孔层,该薄片形的多孔和/或穿孔层被设置成与入口层32和出口层34大致上平行。图3的附加层设置有开口44。附加层40的流动阻力优选高于入口层32的流动阻力并且低于出口层34的流动阻力。因此,附加层40可以具有比入口层32少的开口44和具有比出口层34多的开口44。
此外,可以通过以压实片剂58、60、62和46提供可提取产品来改变包囊2中的流动阻力,如图4中所示。各个片剂可以具有不同的压实等级,因此每个片剂的流动阻力可以是不同的。优选地,靠近底部16的片剂具有最低的流动阻力,并且靠近盖子20的片剂具有最高的流动阻力。片剂64具有比片剂62高的流动阻力,片剂62具有比片剂60高的流动阻力。片剂58具有较低的流动阻力。一片剂上的流动阻力也可以变化,其中在一侧处具有较高的流动阻力,而在相对侧处具有较低的流动阻力。
出口层34的流动阻力也高于这些片剂的流动阻力,因此可以在包囊中获得针对最佳提取的最佳压力发展,诸如压降。因此,压力可以上升直到预定的值,例如,在大约4-10巴之间,优选5至6巴之间。因此,可以克服出口层34的流动阻力,可提取产品可以经由出口层34从包囊朝着杯子30排出,如图1a中所示。通过在包囊2中提供足够的压降,由于流动阻力从底部16到盖子20增大,可以提高提取的饮料的品质。此外,通过提供从底部到盖子增大的流动阻力,可以增加热水停留在包囊2中的时间,从而也提高了提取的饮料的品质。另外,通过对出口区和/或在出口区之后(例如在出口层与盖子刺穿工具之间)提供压降,可以获得泡沫形成效果。
包囊2中的可提取产品的流动阻力取决于例如产品的粒度、产品的压实等级、饮料的期望品质、以及许多其他变量。例如,包囊2包括烘制并研磨的咖啡,该烘制并研磨的咖啡的压实度可以是诸如从底部到盖子增大流动阻力。大致上,包囊可以填充有4-8克烘制并研磨的咖啡。对于包囊2中大约5克研磨的咖啡,咖啡的粒度可以例如是在0.2mm至0.4mm之间。
图5a和图5b示出了根据本发明的包囊的实施方式,在该实施方式中,流动阻力通过机械工具从底部朝着盖子增大。图5a和图5b的实施方式中的机械工具是楔形肋46。肋46的横截面从底部16朝着盖子20增加以便对包囊2中的水造成阻碍,从而朝着盖子增大流动阻力。可以提供多于一个的肋46,还可以提供其他机械性阻碍工具,诸如从包囊内部的周向壁延伸的翅片。
在上述说明书中,已经参考本发明的实施方式的具体实例描述了本发明。然而,很明显,在不脱离如所附权利要求中所阐明的本发明的精神和范围的前提下,可以作出各种修改和改变。本发明并不限于针对出口层和/或入口层使用滤纸。很显然,出口过滤器和/或入口过滤器的许多其他变体是可能的。

29.根据权利要求28所述的方法,其中,使用根据所述权利要求26-27中任一项所述的包囊。
30.根据权利要求26-27中任一项所述的包囊的应用,用于利用根据权利要求1-25中任一项所述的系统的设备来制备饮料。
