Abstract

"COMPOSTO, PRODROGA DE UM COMPOSTO, MODULADOR DA FUNçãO DO RECEPTOR GPR40, AGENTE FARMACêUTICO, USO DE UM COMPOSTO E MéTODOS DE MODIFICAçãO DE UMA FUNçãO DO RECEPTOR GPR40 EM UM MAMìFERO, DE PROFILAXIA OU TRATAMENTO DE DIABETES EM UM MAMìFERO E DE PRODUçãO DE UM COMPOSTO". A presente invenção proporciona um composto inédito representado pela fórmula (I) sendo que cada símbolo é como definido na descrição, um sal do mesmo e um prodroga do mesmo apresentando uma ação moduladora superior da função do receptor GPR40, que pode ser usado como um secretagogo de insulina, um agente para a profilaxia ou o tratamento de diabetes e análogos. Eles apresentam, inesperadamente, atividade agonista superior de receptor GPR40, e também apresentam propriedades superiores como um produto farmacêutico, como estabilidade e análogos. Assim, eles podem ser agentes farmacêuticos seguros e úteis para a profilaxia ou o tratamento de doenças relacionadas com receptor de GPR40 em mamíferos.
