Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DA 4-AMINODIFENILAMINA". A presente invenção apresenta um processo para a preparação da 4-aminodifenilamina, utilizando nitro- benzeno e anilina como matérias-primas, compreende cinco procedimentos de condensação; hidrogenação; separação, recuperação e reciclo de um catalisador de complexo de álcali e a separação, recuperação e reciclo do catalisador de complexo em pó, opcionalmente pelo menos parte do qual é regenerado; separação, recuperação e reciclo de anilina e separação, recuperação e reciclo do solvente para a hidrogenação; purificação, onde o catalisador de complexo de álcali é utilizado como catalisador de condensação, o catalisador de complexo em pó é utilizado como catalisador de hidrogenação. Este processo poderá ser executado continuamente. A presente invenção escolhe dois catalisadores, dos quais o preço é barato, a atividade é elevada; as condições de reação são suaves, e os subprodutos são poucos; e o processo de preparação poderá ser contínuo, e adequado para a produção sob escala industrial; o teor de 4-aminodifenilamina preparada poderá ser maior do que 99% (em peso), o rendimento de produção em escala industrial poderá ser maior do que 95%.
