'material de fosforescência de luz amarela e método de preparação do mesmo além de dispositivo de iluminação com led utilizando o mesmo''. a presente invenção refere-se a um material fosforescente de luz amarela e a um método de preparação do mesmo além de um dispositivo de iluminação led utilizando o mesmo. o material fosforescente de luz amarela compreende a fórmula química de ay2o3.bal2o3.sci02:mce.nb.xna.yp, onde a,b,c,m,n,x e y são coeficientes, e a não é inferior a 1, mas não é superior a 2,b não é inferior a 2, mas não é superior a3, c não é inferior a 0,001, mas não é superior a 1,m não é inferior a 0,0001, mas não é superior a 0,6, n não é inferior a 0,0001, mas não é superior a 0,5, x não é inferior a 0,0001, mas não é superior a 0,2 e y não é inferior a 0,0001, mas não é superior a 0,5: em que y, al e si são elementos de substrato, e ce, b, na, e psão ativadores. o material fosforescente de luz amarela é preparado pelas seguintes etapas: pesagem de óxidos de elementos ou materiais que podem gerar óxidos em alta temperatura pro razão molar como materiais básicos, mistura homogênea e então sinterização de materiais básicos a 1200 a 1700ºc em uma atmosfera de redução.
