Abstract

Un diodo Emisor de Luz blanca LED de corriente AC se proporciona, y corresponde al campo técnico de la manufactura de LED de luz blanca. el problema a ser resuelto con le presente invento es el de superar aun bajo costo una serie de deficiencias como el estrobo flash de un LED impulsado por corriente AC y la dificultad de disipación de calor provocada por el empaque integrado de múltiples LEDs. Una unidad LED incluye un chip LED y un material emisor de luz que puede emitir luz cuando es excitado por el chip LED. La vida luminosa del material emisor de luz es de 1~100 ms. El chip LED sólo cuenta con una unión PN. La luz emitida por el chip LED se mezcla con la luz emitida por le material emisor de luz para formar la luz blanca. La unidad de LED blanco es impulsada por AC con una frecuencia de no más de 100 hz. El aparato de LED blanco del presente invento emplea un solo chip de unión PN en lugar de los multi chips LED AC en empaques integrados.
