Aim: The aim of the study is to draw attention to 94 farms which are included within the Project of Agricultural Tourism in Ecological Farms and Volunteer Information, Experience Exchange (TaTuTa) and to examine the prominent characteristics of these farms
Method: In the study designed as a screening model, it was examined the websites of 94 farms registered to TaTuTa network. Data were obtained by grouping secondary data from the websites of examined farms. In the analysis of the data obtained, it was used frequency and multiple response analyze.
Findings: As a result of the findings obtained in the study, it was found that TaTuTa farms are mostly in Aegean, Black Sea, Marmara and Mediterranean regions and are mostly in Muğla, İzmir, Samsun and Antalya respectively when the cities are examined. The other findings that TaTuTa farms are mostly small farms and they are more interested in vegatable/fruit/herb growing and domesticseed/traditional production and the majority of visitors type is formed by volunteers in TaTuTa farms.
Results and Suggestions: It has been revealed that 94 farms connected to the TaTuTa network offer a variety of holiday alternatives to visitors within the frame work of alternative tourism. Therefore, it is recommended to expand the TaTuTa farms since it is tought that it may create a potential to spread tourism activities to a whole year.

Araştırmada, gastronomi turizmi açısından bir cazibe olarak kullanmak, geliştirmek ve sürdürmek için Adana sokak lezzetlerini ve bu tatları deneyimleyenlerin sokak lezzetlerine yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma evrenini Adana sokaklarında Adana sokak lezzetlerini deneyimleyenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemini ise Adana sokak lezzetlerini deneyimleyip evreni temsil edecek sayıda ulaşılan kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri anket uygulanarak 20.09.2021–21.05.2022 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze, whatsapp ve facebook aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Faktör analizinde 4 faktör elde edilmiştir. Korelasyon analizinde boyutlar arasında yüksek ve orta düzeyde ilişki olduğu bulgulanmıştır.
