Are you feeling a bit stuck? Maybe you were once so intuitive, and now you find yourself doubting every decision. This could be because your third eye chakra or ajna is blocked. The third eye chakra is your spiritual center and is in charge of your perception, intuition, and imagination. When it’s blocked, you may feel uncertain, stressed, or frustrated with the universe and yourself. Thankfully, you can do quite a few things to activate and open your third eye. With our help and some willpower, you’ll be feeling enlightened in no time.
Quick Steps
- Meditate: this helps realign your energy while strengthening your intuition.

Life CoachPractice naming what you're feeling and simply acknowledging it. Just say "This is what I'm feeling in this moment" without feeling the need to change it in any way.

Tips from our Readers
- Find a nice, quiet place, where you can open your third eye in peace. If there are too many unearthly noises (like screaming, talking, air conditioners running, etc.), you might have difficulty. Then, go outside and just focus as you let all your energy out and clear your mind. Once your mind is clear, ask your third eye to open up and show you something.
- I highly recommend using brain waves when meditating, such as alpha, beta, theta, delta, and gamma waves. You'll mostly find these in lyricless music pieces known as binaural beats. Look these up on YouTube or whatever music platform you use.
- Whenever you find yourself waiting with nothing to do for a prolonged period of time, try deeply focusing on something or just thinking in general. You can achieve meditation when you're waiting at the doctor's office, for example.
- Before opening your third eye chakra, it helps to open your heart chakra, so you can understand and love everything that surrounds you.

To my surprise, I keep finding things that I used to do or am starting to do lately naturally, with no third party input whatsoever. My mind, though always skeptical, admits I might be on to something. My gut, meanwhile, tells me I might be close.Really enjoyed the 10-second rundown - very well made!"..." more
