The Competent Authority has accepted your offered rates in

connection with the subject work. The total cost of the work at the
accepted rates works out to Rs. 5784114.71 (Rupees Fifty-Seven
Lakh Eighty-Four Thousand One Hundred And Fourteen Rupees
And Seventy-One Paise Only)

A sum of Rs.118700 deposited as Earnest Money vide IREPS

reference ID PE82526098470 has been retained towards initial
Security Money for due and faithful fulfillment of the contract, and the
balance Security Money will be recovered from the progressive bills
@ 6 % of the bill amount till it reaches 5 % of the contract value in
terms of clause 7.1 of Chapter - III of Tender Document.

You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in the form

as given in Clause 21 of Chapter - III of Tender Document
equivalent to 5 % of the contract value amounting to Rs. 289205.74

Rupees And Seventy-Four Paise Only) within 21 days from the date
of issue of Letter of Acceptance, valid up to stipulated date of
completion plus 60 days so that contract agreement can be executed.

The entire work shall be completed within 12 month from the

date of issue of Letter of Acceptance.

Guarantee: The contractor shall give guarantee for satisfactory

working of installations erected by him, for a period of 12 (Twelve)
months from the date of commercial operation or from the date of
Provisional Acceptance of each section by the purchaser whichever
is earlier. The guarantee for spares should be co-incident with
guarantee for erected equipment.

Inspection: All equipment, materials and components covered in this

contract shall be inspected by Railway Representative or M/s RITES
at manufacturer's/supplier's/consignee's premises as and when
required. The contractor is advised to submit inspection call letter
with copy of purchase order well in advance to Sr. Divisional
Electrical Engineer/Traction Distribution/Sealdah's office along with
relevant documents.

Execution: The SSE/OHE/SPR/Eastern Railway will be consignee of

the work. AEE/TRD/SDAH/South is the officer in-charge of the
work. For execution aspect you have to correspondent with Sr.
DEE(TRD)/Sealdah.

Wages of Labour: The contractor shall be responsible to ensure

compliance with the provision of minimum Wages Act,1948 as
modified up-to-date (hereinafterreferredto the as the said Act) and
the rules made there under in respect of any employees employed by
him directly or through petty contractors, sub-contractors for the
purpose of carrying out this contract. In this respect the relevant Para
of GCC may be referred to. You are advised to get registered
inwww.shramikkalyan.indianrailways.gov.in and furnish all details
related to labours for this instant of work within 07 (Seven) days
from date of issue of LOA.

GCC: The conditions of contract shall be governed by General

Conditions of Contract-2022 or latest.

All Other terms and conditions, as stipulated in the tender

documents shall be applicable.
