I. Objectives of AO No. 2020-0029
General Objective: To provide guidelines on the roles, functions
and responsibilities of the DOH Representatives
Specific Objectives:
1. To delineate the roles, functions and responsibilities of the DOH
Representatives with the local health officers and other personnel of the
Centers for Health Development.
2. To align the roles of the DOH Representatives with the goals of the UHC
Act and its IRR.
