RESOLUTION APPROVING CABUAN COMMUNITY VILLAGE AND COASTAL
TOUR (CCVCT) FOR DOLE AS THE LOWEST BIDDER WINNING FOR MEALS
AND SNACKS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DOLE-DILP PROGRAM IN
THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php
17,050.00).
WHEREAS, the Guidelines for the Shopping and Small Value Procurement
covered by GPPB Resolution No. 09-2009 dated 23 November 2009 (particularly
item (c) of the General Guidelines) provides that after the decision shopping and
Small Value Procurement has been made, the conduct thereof may be delegated
to the appropriate bureau, committee, or support unit daily authorized by Bids
and Awards Committee (BAC);
WHEREAS, Section 52.1 (a) and (b) of the Revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A) No. 9184 allows as method of
procurement in the following instances: (1) when there is an unforeseen
contingency requiring immediate purchase;
WHEREAS, the approved budget of the Barangay, contains
programs/activities/projects (PAP’s) specifically on the programs of Grant for
Department of Labor of Employment (DOLE) DILP program for various group and
individual grant in the Province of Camiguin with the total amount of
SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 17,050.00) only intended
for Payment of Catering of Meals and Snacks for DOLE-DILP Program.
WHEREAS, BAC conducted meeting which included the reading of RFQ’s.
The reading of RFQ consist the following:

WHEREAS, Bids and Awards Committee declared CABUAN COMMUNITY
VILLAGE AND COASTAL TOUR (CCVCT) Located at Cabuan, Guinsiliban,
Camiguin Province as the lowest calculated bidder;
NOW THEREFORE, the BAC RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that
WELFRED’S PRINTING AND SERVICES is the winning bidder for DOLE-DILP
Catering of Meals & Snacks in the total amount of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND
FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 17,050.00).
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
