RESOLUTION ON THE PURCHASE OF SPECIFIC ITEMS
WHEREAS, this Procurement falls under Section E 1.8, Small Value Procurement as described in Section
53.9, IRR of RA 9184; the amount involved does not exceed the threshold of the Second Income Class Municipality
in the amount of ₱ 200,000.00;
WHEREAS, this Procurement is necessary in order not to hamper the governmental operations;
