SUBJECT: DESIGNATION OF BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

Effective June 1, 2021, the following will comprise the BAC members, members
of the TWG, and the members of the BAC Secretariat. Barangay Kagawad Sherwin
Cabute and Barangay Kagawad Wilfredo Abucay will serve as the BAC Chairman
and Vice-Chairman respectively. As such, you shall perform the duties and
responsibilities as provided in Section 12 and Section 14 of the Government
Procurement Act or RA 9184 and it’s IRR. You are advised to give utmost priority to
BAC assignments over all other duties and responsibilities (Section 14.3 of the IRR) and
the same being a “Dury Duty” per Executive Order No. 40, Section dated October 8,
2001.
