First of all thank you for decision to hold your group at HARRIS Hotel Pontianak. Further to the discussion between Personal
and HARRIS Hotel Pontianak, we are pleased to submit the contract as follows:

Meeting toolkit as one of our facilities for your successful meeting propose, if there is any lost, charged will be applied Rp. 1.000.000,-
Check In/ out Policy
- Early Check in and late Check out base on room availability (no guarantee will be granted at any conditions)
- Late Check out charges applies :
50% from room rate if check out start 14.00 – 16.00
100% from room rate if check out start 16.00
BILLING INSTRUCTION :
- Meeting Package and other expenses occur during event will be charged to Personal
- Room including breakfast, mini bar, room service, laundry and other expenses will be charged to personal account
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY :
The hotel have blocked and confirmed a certain number of rooms and meeting space you requested, therefore:
- Any cancellation should be informed to the hotel in written at lease by
After that period , all payment that has been settled could not be refund and the hotel will consider the payment as cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation made after Hotel received a full payment, then all payment that has been settled could not be refund and the hotel
will consider the payment as cancellation fee.
- Following the signing of the confirmation letter, the hotel’s cancellation policy on the deposit is as following :
- 50 % of the total revenue should the event be cancelled after signing the contract
- 75 % of the total revenue should the event be cancelled within 10 (ten) days prior to the event
- 100 % of the total revenue should the event be cancelled within 2 (two) days prior to the event
These amounts shall constitute full settlement of any and all obligations arising out of the non –performance of this agreement.
- The hotel will only amend or change any arrangement requested by the authorized contact person and organizer / company if the hotel
receive a written amendment letter.
NO SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY :
- Should the group or any individual travelling with group fail to show, a one night cancellation charge to be billed to Personal
- Should there any guest require an early departure from confirmed booking day and date,
100 % charges would be applied from max 3 number of rooms require an early departure and to be billed to Personal
PAYMENT:
- Rest Payment RP. 550,000 should be received latest on 27-Dec-22 prior to group arrival.
While the rest of the balance must be settled right after event / upon group departure.
- The payment can be settled by cash direct to the hotel or by bank transfer to our account number as follows :
