TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• PAYMENT
⎯ A fifty percent down payment shall be settled upon confirmation.
⎯ Remaining balance should be settled before the event date.
⎯ Incidentals will be settled upon check out.
⎯ Any delay in payment is subject to a late fee of 5% of remaining balance for everyday beyond
the serviced event date.

• The HOTEL will be prepared to serve up to 10% in addition to the minimum guaranteed attendance
or reasonable maximum number of persons given and agreed upon between PATRON and the HOTEL.
It is understood that additional persons served above the minimum guarantee will be charged
accordingly. The minimum guaranteed number of covers must be paid regardless of lesser number of
attendees or meals. Over and above the number of attendees availing the meals, package contract
applies.

• No credit reduction in charges will be granted for any decrease in the guaranteed covers within
seventy-two (72) hours preceding the function. On the other hand, the number of persons may be
increased within the same number of hours.

• Cancellations made after confirmation shall be charged with fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee.
However, cancellations made three (3) days before the function shall be charged 100% cancellation
fee. A 100% no-show charge shall be imposed in case of non-appearance.

• In case of failure to settle the required deposit within the specified time and in the absence of any
written agreement as to the manner of payment to be made, the function subject to this agreement
is automatically cancelled without prior notice.

• PATRON hereby specifically agrees that should he cancel the function seventy-two (72) hours before
the scheduled affair, all the sum paid therefore to the HOTEL shall be forfeited in favor of the HOTEL
or if a no-deposit agreement has been made, a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee based on the
minimum guaranteed attendance shall be charged to the PATRON. In the event of a cancellation, it
all always be affected by means of a formal letter submitted to the HOTEL.

• Bringing in of food and beverages inside the HOTEL by the PATRON or any of the PATRON’S guests is
not allowed.

• The HOTEL reserves the right to substitute similar or comparable accommodations / menus for
function for which such substitutions shall be deemed by the PATRON as full performances under this
agreement in cases beyond the control of the HOTEL.

• It is hereby agreed that the HOTEL shall not be liable for its failure to comply with this agreement or
any stipulation thereof, in case of labour disputes, fortuitous events or causes beyond its control.

• In case of loss and/or breakages of equipment (silverware, flatware, glassware, technical audio/video
equipment etc.) resulting from negligence of guests, PATRON hereby agrees to pay the cost of items
lost/damaged.

• No nailing of decorations, advertising ads, streamers, nor the use of sticky adhesive tapes and
pointed/sharp materials that can damage the walls, ceilings, carpets, floors, room dividers or wall
papers. If this procedure is done without the consent of the HOTEL and has caused damages to the
hotel facilities, the PATRON is liable for the damages thereof.

• Installation of electrical, audio/video equipment, lighting effects and other equipment brought in by
the PATRON are subject to inspection and approval by the HOTEL. The list of equipment must be
forwarded to the HOTEL at least one day before the function. In the event that such equipment have
caused damages to the HOTEL property and injuries to guests and hotel personnel, the PATRON is
liable for such damages or injuries.

• In case of loss and/or breakages of equipment (silverware, flatware, glassware, etc.) resulting from
negligence of guests, PATRON hereby agrees to pay the cost of items loss/damages. Meanwhile, the
HOTEL shall not be held liable in case of loss and/or breakages of any personal belongings of the
guests due to negligence and/or fortuitous event/s. As part of our security measures, guests are
required to register upon arrival all equipment to be brought inside the hotel for monitoring
purposes.

• Force Majeure – Both parties shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force
majeure including but not limited to labor disputes, natural disaster or other causes beyond the
control of both parties
