This group-booking contract remains confidential between both parties and must not be
disclosed to any third party. Unauthorized disclosure will automatically terminate this

Extra Beds are available at IDR 150.000 nett per night including breakfast
Check in and Check out times:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Rooms for guests arriving prior to 2:00 PM will be subject to
availability;
Checkout time is 12:00 noon. Any late checkout is subject to availability. Late check-out until 6
PM will result in a half-day room charge;
Late check-out after 6:00 PM will result in a full day room charge.

4) Contract Due Date & Payment
Please taking note to the fact that we have booked of room and meeting room confirmed.
In order to confirm the booking, please sign this contract and send to me along with a copy of the
bank transfer / revised guarantee letter on or before 20 January 2020. Otherwise all arrangement
are cancelled.

5) Cut Off Date : Rooming List and Number of Participants
You should send me the final number of rooms you require and the number of participants at least
7 days prior to arrival.
After that date any rooms not confirmed will be released;
Any additional rooms required after the cut off date are subject to availability;
The number of participants can be reduced by a maximum of 2% from the original booking.
6) Cancellation & No-Show Policy
The following is our cancellation and no-show policy;
After signing the contract : 10% of total cost
Within 30 days of arrival : 50% of total cost
Within 07 days of arrival : 100% of total cost
Force Majeur - In an event of force majeur, no cancellation fees will be due.
