Physical Education
I. Objectives
At the end of the discussion, the students should be able to:
1. Identify the difference between locomotor and non-locomotor skills.
2. Perform with mastery the different skills of locomotor and non-locomotor movements.
3. Express the value of each skill through dance performance.

Here’s how you will do the activity:
1. The class will be divided into 5 groups
and will be given 3 jumbled letters
each.
2. Using the jumbled letters, they will
identify the correct set of letters to get
the correct arrangement of each word.
3. They will be given 5 minutes to do the
activity.
4. They will post it in the board.
