Working principle:

Electro-vibrating feeder consists of material feeding slot, vibration exciter, spring bearing, transmission
and etc. The vibration source of electro-vibrating feeder is vibration exciter; vibration exciter is composed
of two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear pair, the motor drive the driving shaft
through triangular belt, then the cog of driving shaft will engage the driven shaft to rotate, the driving and
driven shaft contra rotation. In the same time to make the slot vibrate, and the materials will be flowed
continuously, thus to achieve the purpose of materials transmit.
