SUBJECT GUIDE
Welcome to Leadership Development I!
This is an Ateneo Mission-driven subject under the Formation Program of AdDU SHS. It will
provide you a general background for the understanding of Sui Generis Leadership.
Subject Description:
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) I is a formation program that intends to develop Sui
Generis leaders for Mindanao. It brings together both the academic and non-academic aspects of
Catholic Filipinos and Jesuit Formation into a coherent and integrated leadership development
program.
LDP 1 offers modules that are essential in forming Sui Generis leaders. These modules contain
the human and spiritual aspects of a leader.
Over-all Objectives
This subject primarily aims to equip and enhance learners with the fundamentals of the wholistic
formation program of AdDU Senior High School in their search to becoming Sui Generis leaders
in Mindanao. As becoming leaders themselves, this subject will help form learners with life skills,
