QUALITY OBJECTIVE

Manufacturing

1. Increased customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of defect-free products and


services and complaint-free performance.
2. Improve Customer Satisfaction Index and reduce Customer Complaints and
dissatisfaction.
3. Development of a reliable subcontractor base, capable of defect-free product and
service delivery to the company.
4. Increased employee proficiency and job satisfaction through awareness, training, and
development programs.
5. Maximization of company profits through elimination of quality problems and related
costs.
6. Track supplier performance and maintain a minimum of 99% On Time Delivery (OTD).
7. Maintain less than 1% defects in our Manufacturing processes.
8. To minimize waste and scrap levels of raw materials.
9. Continually improve safety and permanent employee turnover.
10. Reduce the impact on the environment through reduction, reuse and recycling.
11. Clear and timely communication of accurate information internally and
with customers & suppliers.
12. Improve existing products through continuous process improvement.

SECURITY

1. To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at 85%.


2. Staff satisfaction at 90%.
3. To have no complaints per calendar month.
4. To have 0 Health & Safety incidents per calendar month.
5. To make effective responses to customer complaints within 24 hours, reporting,
investigating and concluding the complaints, to the satisfaction of the customer within
ten days.

CONSULTACY

1. To produce outputs conforming to client requirements;


2. To produce reports free of errors and omissions;
3. To complete assignments within timelines committed and within budget.
TRAINING

1. To address the training needs of the target group;


2. To produce good quality training material free of errors and omissions;
3. To deliver training programmes deploying well qualified and competent trainers.

Research & Publications

1. To conduct quality research in areas of relevance;


2. To produce publications of good quality;
3. To produce publications free of errors/omissions and plagiarism.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Providing agreed levels of product quality and services to our clients, by appreciating
and fully understanding their needs and expectations.
2. Maintaining competent and capable resources to comply with regulatory, client and
company requirements.
3. Continuous assessments of our employees’ training needs are done and necessary

4. To ensure high levels of staff satisfaction and motivation and facilitate continuous
enhancement of knowledge and skills through constant learning and training
initiatives.
5. Providing good quality service and solutions to assist client’s with achieving their goals.
6. To provide medical laboratory testing services in accordance with the applicable
standards to satisfy the expectation of customers and satisfy the requirements of
accrediting body and authorized body.

2. To consistently deliver quality by adhering to set specifications, regulatory, statutory
requirements and international standard ISO 17025.
