      The plot was a longtime in building and in the end, it ended up being more sci-fi bc the twist wasn’t believable.

      I NEVER write reviews; however, I'm compelled to do so for this story. It was so well-written, and literally had me listening to it from beginning to end (luckily I had two sets of Bluetooth headphones, so I could switch out whilst still going about my chores, etc.).

      I'd seen reviews and worried I'd be disappointed; but nothing could be farther from the truth. I loved it - and the ending. Yes, there were a lot of twists in this book. And, although early in the last 1/3 of the book, I kind of sensed what was really going on - and I was right - it didn't take away from my enjoyment of the book (even the ending).

      I've never read anything by this author; I look forward to reading more of her books.

      This book was genius! I truly loved the writing style. The characters were so good & likable. Will be watching the movie on Netflix tonight. ? Such a great read. Nothing could’ve prepared me for the ending!!!! Wow.

      Did not finish... Watched the Netflix show first and really liked it, although a bit confusing. I thought I would try reading the book now, but I just could not get into it and found it very hard and confusing to stick to it; even with trying to picture the characters and events that took place to make it all come together. I was hoping the ending that I saw on the show would be explained better in the book, but I just could not bring myself to finish.

      I waited 52 chapters for something exciting to happen and the “big” twist at the end was predictable. Only finished this because I had already started and felt a duty to finish it. Nerve again.

      It was a good book with a great twist at the end. It’s a bit creepy & kinda questionable for those that do not believe in this sorta stuff. You should give it a read! I loved the storyline & the characters seemed interesting. I was hooked on finding out what happened to the main character.

      Absolutely phenomenal book. Head-scratchingly good the entire way through and then blows your mind entirely at the end. I went through a hundred scenarios in my head and was texting my bff literally in real time (shed already read it) and then was still amazingly shocked at the end. Can't wait to check out the author's other work.

      Intriguing as well as confusing at times. Ending shocker-surprising.
